Vane rotary compressor having a bearing with back pressure pockets

A vane rotary compressor has a cylinder. A main bearing and a sub bearing are coupled to the cylinder forming a compression space. The main and sub bearing each have a back pressure pocket on a surface facing the cylinder. The main bearing and the sub bearing radially support a rotation shaft. A roller coupled to the shaft is disposed within the compression space. The roller has circumferentially spaced vane slots, each vane slot extending from an open end on an outer circumferential surface of the roller to a back pressure chamber disposed within the roller at an opposite end of each vane slot. A plurality of vanes slide within the vane slots and divide the compression space into compression chambers. At least one of the back pressure chambers in the vane slots fluidly communicates with at least one of the back pressure pockets in the main and sub bearings.

A plurality of vanes are slidably supported in the vane slots protruding toward an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. A compression space formed by the vanes between the roller and the cylinder includes an inlet port and an outlet port formed at both sides of a contact point between the roller and the cylinder. A vane positioned between the inlet port and the outlet port is configured such that a front gap between a front surface of the vane and the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is smaller than a rear gap between a rear surface of the vane and an inner surface of the back pressure chamber.

A plurality of vanes are slidably supported in the vane slots protruding toward an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. A compression space formed by the vanes between the roller and the cylinder includes an inlet port and an outlet port formed at both sides of a contact point between the roller and the cylinder. A vane positioned between the inlet port and the outlet port is configured such that a front gap between a front surface of the vane and the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is smaller than a rear gap between a rear surface of the vane and an inner surface of the back pressure chamber.

Vane pump

A vane pump includes: a casing forming a pump chamber therein; a rotor arranged inside the casing to rotate eccentrically with respect to the casing; and a plurality of vanes configured to rotate with the rotor and slide on an inner side surface of the casing. At least one of Formula (1): l≤(b/a)×k and Formula (2): l≤(c/a)×j is satisfied, where “a” represents a height of the pump chamber, “b” represents a height of the rotor, “c” represents a height of the vane in a rotation axis direction of the rotor, and where “l” represents a linear expansion coefficient of the casing in the rotation axis direction, “k” represents a linear expansion coefficient of the rotor in the rotation axis direction, and “j” represents a linear expansion coefficient of the vane in the rotation axis direction.

Electric pump

An electric pump including a motor unit including an end cap attached to a motor cover, and a power supply bus bar having wiring inserted therein is integral with the end cap; a pump unit including a rotor having a vane groove for receiving a vane and connecting to the rotation shaft and also including a pump plate having a cam ring; and a cover covering the pump unit from a side opposite to the motor unit and provided with a connector box surrounding an insertion recessed portion into which the power supply bus bar is inserted. The cam ring has a penetration hole through which the power supply bus bar and wiring can be inserted, the wiring being electrically connected to a connection unit provided in the insertion recessed portion.

Pump body assembly and compressor

A pump body assembly and a compressor are provided. The pump body includes: a spindle, wherein the spindle has a sliding vane chute, a back pressure oil cavity being at least a part of an oil passage is located at a tail end of the sliding vane chute, an oil outlet of the back pressure oil cavity is located at the top of the back pressure oil cavity, and a position of the oil inlet of the back pressure oil cavity is lower than that of an oil outlet of the back pressure oil cavity such that a lubrication medium enters the back pressure oil cavity through the oil inlet of the back pressure oil cavity and fills up the back pressure oil cavity and flows out from the top of the back pressure oil cavity.

Pump body assembly and compressor

A pump body assembly and a compressor are provided. The pump body includes: a spindle, wherein the spindle has a sliding vane chute, a back pressure oil cavity being at least a part of an oil passage is located at a tail end of the sliding vane chute, an oil outlet of the back pressure oil cavity is located at the top of the back pressure oil cavity, and a position of the oil inlet of the back pressure oil cavity is lower than that of an oil outlet of the back pressure oil cavity such that a lubrication medium enters the back pressure oil cavity through the oil inlet of the back pressure oil cavity and fills up the back pressure oil cavity and flows out from the top of the back pressure oil cavity.

Vacuum pump

A pump includes a pump chamber in which a rotor with gates is supported so that it can rotate, an electric motor for driving the rotor, an outlet, and an inlet port that is fastened to a mounting plate and is in active connection with an inlet channel. The pump should be improved so that its service life and reliability are improved with minimal installation complexity in a vehicle, wherein intense cleaning of lines and devices connected on the suction side can be eliminated. This is achieved in that a filter is arranged in the area of the inlet channel between the mounting plate and the pump chamber.

A gas compressor includes at least two first and second discharge ports (45a, 45b) which are provided at an upstream side in a rotation direction of a rotor (50) along a peripheral direction of an inner peripheral surface 40a of a cylinder (40) with respect to a closest area (proximity part (48)) where the inner peripheral surface (40a) of the cylinder (40) and an outer peripheral surface (50a) of the rotor (50) are closest in a range of one revolution of a rotation shaft (51) and configured to discharge the refrigerant gas compressed in compression chambers (43). Of the first and second discharge ports (45a, 45b), on only the first discharge port (45a) closest to the proximity part (48), a cutout groove portion (47) is provided at a downstream-side edge portion of the first discharge port (45a) in the rotation direction of the rotor (50).
