Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor having a casing, a drive motor which is held in place within the casing and has an internal flow passage and an external flow passage to pass through, a rotation shaft which is combined with the drive motor for rotation, a frame that is provided under the drive motor and through which the rotation shaft passes for support, a first scroll which is provided under the frame and on whose one flank surface a first wrap is formed, a second scroll which is provided between the frame and the first scroll, on which a second wrap that is engaged with the first wrap is formed, with which the rotation shaft is eccentrically combined and which forms a compression chamber, and a flow passage separation unit which separates a space between the drive motor and the frame into an internal space and an external space is provided.
Scroll compressor including a buffer member between a shaft and a recess part of an eccentric bush
A scroll compressor includes a shaft being rotated by a drive source, an eccentric bush including a recess part into which the shaft is inserted and an eccentric part being eccentric to the shaft, an orbiting scroll configured to perform an orbiting motion in interlock with the eccentric part, a fixed scroll tooth-engaged with the orbiting scroll, and a buffer member configured to prevent an outer periphery of the shaft and an inner periphery of the recess part from coming in contact with each other, wherein the buffer member is formed to be able to perform a relative motion with respect to the shaft and the recess part. Accordingly, the scrolls are prevented from being damaged, an impact sound is prevented from being generated, and an increase of an inertial force and an unbalance force of a rotating body is suppressed.
Compressor
A compressor includes a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll for performing an orbiting motion relative to the first scroll to form a compression chamber along with the first scroll. A stator is disposed at one side of the second scroll and includes a stator core. A rotor is rotatably disposed inside the stator core, and includes a rotor core. A rotary shaft has one end portion eccentrically coupled to the second scroll and the other end portion coupled to the rotor core. The rotor core is formed with at least one space portion axially recessed into the rotor core.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a movable scroll, an eccentric shaft, an opposed wall, a looped elastic plate, a looped support portion, an annular protrusion, a back pressure chamber, and a back pressure supplying groove. The distance in the radial direction of the rotary shaft from the rotation axis of the rotary shaft to then outer end of the back pressure supplying groove in the radial direction of the rotary shaft is shorter than or equal to the distance obtained by subtracting the distance in the radial direction of the rotary shaft between the rotation axis of the rotary shaft and the axis of the eccentric shaft from the distance in the radial direction of the rotary shaft from the axis of the eccentric shaft to the part of the protrusion that contacts the elastic plate.
COMPRESSOR
Disclosed herein is a scroll compressor having a shaft balancer capable of attenuating vibration while preventing deformation of the rotary shaft during operation at a high speed.
Coupling Between Crankshaft And Orbiting Scroll Plate
A system for use in a scroll compressor is described. The system comprises a crankshaft with a first end portion, wherein the crankshaft defines an axis of rotation, and slider block having a recess, wherein the first end portion of the crankshaft and the recess in the slider block are configured for connecting the slider block to the first end portion. The first end portion of the crankshaft comprises a first flat contact surface portion and the recess of the slider block comprises a second flat contact surface portion, the first and second contact surface portions facing each other when the first end portion is connected to the slider block. The system is characterized in that at least one of the flat contact surface portions comprises a slit beneath the at least one flat contact surface portion. Further, a corresponding slider block and a corresponding crankshaft are described.
CO-ROTATING SCROLL COMPRESSOR HAVING SYNCHRONIZATION MECHANISM
A compressor includes a shell, a first compression member, a bearing housing and a second compression member. The first compression member is rotatable relative to the shell about a first axis. The bearing housing is coupled to the first compression member and rotatable relative to the shell about the first axis. The bearing housing includes a first pin that extends therefrom. The second compression member is rotatable relative to the shell about a second axis. The second compression member includes a base plate and an arcuate-shaped first pin pocket. The first pin pocket is formed in the base plate and receives the first pin. The first compression member is moveable between a first position in which the first pin is engaged with a surface of the first pin pocket and a second position in which the first pin is disengaged from the surface of the first pin pocket.
CO-ROTATING SCROLL COMPRESSOR WITH OLDHAM COUPLINGS
A compressor may include first and second scroll members, first and second bearings, and first and second Oldham couplings. The scroll members define compression pockets. The first bearing may define a first rotational axis about which the first scroll member rotates. The second bearing may support the second scroll member for rotation about a second rotational axis that is offset from the first rotational axis. The first Oldham coupling may include a first body and a plurality of first keys extending from the first body. The first keys may engage slots formed in the second scroll member. The second Oldham coupling is separate and distinct from the first Oldham coupling. The second Oldham coupling may include a second body and a plurality of second keys extending from the second body. The second keys may engage slots formed in a surface that rotates about the first rotational axis.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes a base seat portion which is integrally formed with one end surface of a shaft and in which a press-fitting hole exposing a first hole portion is formed. The base seat portion is disposed in a second portion of a penetration portion with a gap interposed between a drive bush body and the base seat portion.
Oldham coupling in co-rotating scroll compressors
In some examples, a co-rotating scroll compressor includes a driver scroll having an axis aligned with the main axis and having a spiral involute, an idler scroll having an axis offset from the main axis and having a spiral involute intermeshed with the spiral involute of the driver scroll, and an Oldham coupling disposed between the driver scroll and idler scroll. The driver scroll may offset key slots so to engage with corresponding Oldham coupling keys. In another example, the Oldham coupling may offset driver scroll keys so to engage with corresponding key slots of the driver scroll.
