Flow controller
The present invention relates to a flow controller configured to selectively act as a pump or as a flow regulator. The flow controller comprises: an inlet for a fluid; an outlet for the fluid; a pump assembly arranged between the inlet and the outlet and configured to pump the fluid through the flow controller from the inlet to the outlet; a hydro electrical generator assembly arranged between the inlet and the outlet, the hydro electrical generator assembly configured to allow the fluid flow through the flow controller from the inlet to the outlet and to generate electricity by transforming flow energy of the fluid flowing through the flow controller into electricity; and a mode controller configured to selectively set the flow controller in a pumping mode or in an electricity generating mode.
PARAMETER MONITORING AND CONTROL FOR AN ELECTRIC DRIVEN HYDRAULIC FRACKING SYSTEM
An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump mounted on the single pump trailer. A controller associated with the single VFD and is mounted on the single pump trailer. The controller monitors operation parameters associated with an operation of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system as each component of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system operates to determine whether the operation parameters deviate beyond a corresponding operation parameter threshold. Each of the operation parameters provides an indicator as to an operation status of a corresponding component of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system. The controller initiates corrected actions when each operation parameter deviates beyond the corresponding operation threshold. Initiating the corrected actions when each operation parameter deviates beyond the corresponding operation threshold maintains the operation of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system.
PORTABLE AUTO SPRAYER
Disclosed is an automatic spray. The automatic spray includes a main body containing a mixed liquid, a pump unit contained in a space formed at a lower portion of the main body to provide power for discharging the mixed liquid, a battery module contained in the space to supply electric power to the pump unit, and a control unit contained in the space to control the supply of the electric power of the battery module to the pump unit, wherein the control unit includes a pair of male and female connectors as a connection part for receiving a current from the battery module or outputting a control current for controlling a speed of the pump unit, and each of the pump unit and the battery module includes one of male and female connectors connectable to the male and female connectors of the control unit.
Power distribution trailer for an electric driven hydraulic fracking system
An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration that includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump that is mounted on the single pump trailer. A power distribution trailer distributes the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation voltage level to the single VFD and converts the electric power at a power generation voltage level to a VFD voltage level and controls the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The power distribution trailer converts the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation level to an auxiliary voltage level that is less than the power generation voltage level. The power distribution trailer distributes the electric power at the auxiliary voltage level to the single VFD that controls an operation of the of the auxiliary systems.

Centrifugal Pump
A centrifugal pump includes a pump and a motor. The pump includes an impeller configured to forcibly transfer a fluid and defines a pump chamber housing the impeller therein. The motor includes a hollow rotational shaft configured to rotate the impeller, and a casing defining a motor chamber that houses the rotational shaft therein. The rotational shaft forms a discharge passage therein and has a first end engaged with the impeller and a second end where a first end of the discharge passage opens. The first end of the discharge passage is in fluid communication with a low pressure area in the pump chamber via a second end of the discharge passage and is in fluid communication with a high pressure area in the pump chamber via an introduction passage formed in the casing.
Fluid Pump Assembly
A self contained battery operated pump assembly to be installed in fluid communication between a shower arm and a shower head includes a pump; a pump motor connected with the pump for, when energized, driving the pump; and a battery that is electrically connected with the pump motor for energizing the pump motor. An inlet fitting is in fluid communication with the pump for directing water from the shower arm to the pump, the inlet fitting being configured for connection with the shower arm. An outlet fitting is in fluid communication with the pump for directing water under pressure from the pump to the shower head, the outlet fitting being configured for connection with the shower heal.

An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration that includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump that is mounted on the single pump trailer. A pump configuration includes a single VFD configuration, the single shaft electric motor, and the single shaft hydraulic pump mounted on the single pump trailer. The single VFD configuration converts the electric power at the power generation voltage level distributed from the power distribution trailer to a VFD voltage level and drives the single shaft electric motor to control the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The VFD voltage level is a voltage level that is required to drive the single shaft electric motor. The VFD configuration also controls operation of the auxiliary systems based on the electric power at the auxiliary voltage level.

A power distribution trailer distributes the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation voltage level to the single VFD and converts the electric power at a power generation voltage level to a VFD voltage level and controls the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The power distribution trailer converts the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation level to an auxiliary voltage level that is less than the power generation voltage level.
