Pump, pump assembly and liquid cooling system
A pump assembly includes a plurality of pumps. Each of the pumps includes a pump body, a first opening, a second opening, a first connecting member and a second connecting member. The first opening and the second opening are located at a periphery of the pump body. The first connecting member is disposed on the first opening and the second connecting member is disposed on the second opening. The first connecting member of one of the pumps is detachably connected to the second connecting member of another of the pumps, such that each of the pumps can be connected to any of the pumps.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TERMINATING CABLE
A system and a method for removing a portion of an electric submersible pump power cable conduit housing are provided. The method may include cutting a conduit housing of the conduit, sliding the cut conduit housing off the conduit, and squaring an end surface of remaining conduit housing. The cutting of the conduit housing is not a through cut and the sliding of the cut conduit housing off of the cut conduit is performed with a conduit housing spreader. The system may include a conduit housing cutter for cutting partially through the conduit housing of the conduit and a conduit housing spreader for pulling the portion of the conduit housing apart from a remaining conduit housing. In addition, the system may include a squaring tool to square an end surface of the remaining conduit housing relative to an axis of the conduit.
Low profile pump motor lead protector
A low profile pump motor lead protector with a head guard and a trailing guard, the head guard including a front section with a front end and a rear section with a rear end, the trailing guard having a pin end for insertion in a head guard socket, the lead protector for protecting a motor lead of a pump and motor assembly of a downhole production string for surfacing fluid from a reservoir such as a subterranean oil well.
Electrically driven pump
An electrically driven pump includes a first housing and a second housing, and the first housing and the second housing are fixed to form an impeller chamber for receiving an impeller. The second housing and a rear housing are fixed to form a first receiving chamber for receiving a motor assembly; and the motor assembly includes a stator and a rotor, the rotor is arranged in an inner cavity enclosed by the stator, and the rotor drives the impeller to rotate. An electronic control unit is cooperated with the motor assembly, and the electronic control unit controls the operation of the motor assembly. The electrically driven pump includes a cooling passage for accommodating a working medium, and the working medium in the cooling passage may exchange heat with the electronic control unit, thereby facilitating improving the service life of the electrically driven pump.
Electric Motor Back Cover with a Sealing Structure
This invention discloses an electric motor back cover with a sealing structure, which includes a cylinder and a cover plate, the cover plate is disposed within the cylinder, and a first O-shaped groove and a second O-shaped groove are concavely arranged on the outer surface of the cylinder, the first O-shaped groove is located above the second O-shaped groove. A position-limitation protruding ring is arranged on the outer surface of the cylinder, and at least one power cord outlets are arranged on the cover plate, and a circle of upward protruding waterproof cofferdam is arranged on the edge of each power cord outlet. The outer wall of the waterproof cofferdam. Via adding waterproof cofferdam on the edge of the power cord outlet is to prevent the condensed water from going into the interior of the motor and improved the stability of use.
Universal mount for a variable speed pump drive user interface
Disclosed herein is a user interface that can be universally mounted to a combination variable speed pump and a drive assembly therefor. The user interface is universally configured to be selectively mounted to the drive assembly and/or to an environmental surface that is remotely located from the drive assembly. The user interface is universally configured to be selectively mounted to the drive assembly in any one of a plurality of available positions relative thereto.
Power connector with gripping slips for electrical submersible pump
A motor lead for an electrical submersible well pump motor has three insulated conductors wrapped with a metal armor. A power connector has a housing with an upper opening into which the motor lead and a lower portion of the armor extend. The housing has an interior with a converging upper portion converging toward the upper opening. A slips member is located in the interior of the housing and has an upper opening into which the lower portion of the armor extends. The slips member has fingers that are wedged into the converging upper portion of the housing, which causes the fingers to deflect into the armor.
Electronic pump
An electronic pump is provided, which includes a rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes an impeller and a rotor which are separately injection-molded respectively. The material for injection-molding the rotor includes a magnetic material, and the material for injection-molding the impeller does not include a magnetic material. The impeller includes a first fitting portion, the rotor includes a second fitting portion, the impeller and the rotor are cooperated by the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion, and the impeller and the rotor are fixed with respect to each other by a fixing device. In this way, the impeller and the rotor may be made respectively by different materials, and an ordinary plastic material may be employed for the impeller, which may reduce the cost of manufacturing material of the rotor assembly.
