A tip end face of the first protruded part and a tip end face of the second protruded part are located on one imaginary face intersecting the rotation center line, a tip end on the opposite-to-output side of the frame part is located on the output side with respect to the imaginary face, and the second protruded part is provided at a position closer to the frame part between the first protruded part and the frame part.

The system includes a fluid lifting device (102, 202) located inside a well (106, 206), and comprising an electrical motor (108, 208), a three phase cable (114, 214) for coupling the fluid lifting device to a power source (112, 212), at least one high sensitivity differential current transformer (104, 203, 204) for generating imbalance signals (128, 227) representative of an imbalance current in at least one of the electrical motor and the three phase cable, wherein the at least one high sensitivity differential current transformer is disposed such that the at least one high sensitivity differential current transformer surrounds at least a portion of the three phase cable, and a processing subsystem (136, 236) for monitoring the health of at least one of the fluid lifting device and the three phase cable based on the imbalance signals.

An explosion proof motor, pump system, and method is provided comprising a motor housing having a circular first end spaced by a cylindrical wall to a circular second end and a cavity formed therebetween within the cylindrical wall. The circular second end formed by a bell wall. The cylindrical first end and circular second end sharing a longitudinal axis that extends concentrically from the first and second ends. A pump housing having a cavity for nesting for rotational movement a rotor comprising a plurality of blades and vanes. The rotor couples to a motor shaft of the motor during use. The cavity is further formed by the cylindrical wall wherein the cylindrical wall has an inner surface and an outer surface such that the outer surface runs parallel longitudinally about the longitudinal axis and the inner surface runs transversely about the longitudinal axis.

A stator may include a stator yoke including one or more yoke portions extending along a circumferential direction of the stator yoke; and a cover configured of resin. The stator yoke may include: a contact part at which an end surface of one yoke portion among the one or more yoke portions in the circumferential direction contacts the other end surface of the one yoke portion in the circumferential direction; a first groove extending along an axial direction of the stator yoke in a vicinity of the contact part; and a second groove extending along the axial direction and disposed at a position spaced father away from the contact part than the first groove. The cover may include a filling that fills the first groove, and the second groove may be hollow.

A hanging bracket for supporting a suspended apparatus and a control unit housing includes a base having a first end and a second end. The bracket also includes a support portion vertically spaced from the base, where the support portion adapted to support the suspended apparatus, and a neck extending between the base and the support portion. At least the first surface of the first end of the base, the second surface of the second end of the base, and the first and second screw bosses collectively form an interface configured for juxtaposition with complementary surfaces and screw holes of the control unit housing.

A cover end of a fuel pump is formed by resin molding and has a tubular portion, which holds a bearing that is placed along a central axis of the tubular portion and rotatably supports one end portion of a shaft of a motor arrangement. Furthermore, three terminals, which supply three-phase electric power received from an outside to windings on a phase-by-phase basis, are insert molded in the cover end. In the cover end, a first transverse passage, which is formed between the first terminal and the second terminal in a circumferential direction, and a second transverse passage, which is formed between the second terminal and the third terminal in the circumferential direction, are configured into a form of V-shape, which diverges in a radially outer direction, in a view taken in an axial direction.

Motor and method for manufacturing motor

The motor of the invention includes the resin sealing member which covers a stator and a circuit board. The stator includes a stator core for winding a driving coil through an insulation member, and a terminal pin secured to the insulation member. The insulation member includes a press fitting portion for pressing and securing a portion of the terminal pin on a side of a second direction, whereas a portion of the terminal pin on a side of a first direction is soldered to the circuit board. A stopper portion is formed on a second direction end of the terminal pin. The stopper portion contacts a surface of the press fitting portion in the second direction to prevent the terminal pin from falling off in the first direction.
