A radial turbomachine has a first housing part and a second housing part, which jointly form and delimit a flow channel. The first housing part forms a motor chamber for accommodating a drive motor, and the second housing part forms a gas inlet. Furthermore, a radial impeller is provided, which can be driven about an axis of rotation by the drive motor in order to suction a gas from outside the turbomachine through the gas inlet into the flow channel and to convey said gas out of the flow channel through a gas outlet to the outside. The first housing part or the second housing part forms the gas outlet at a radial distance from the axis of rotation and peripherally delimits the gas outlet.

A multi-stage fluid conditioning system having a housing with a fluid inlet and outlet. A shaft extends within the housing and supports a first fan unit with a first magnet/electromagnet plate on an inlet side of said housing and a second fan unit with a second magnet/electromagnet supporting plate on an outlet side of the housing. Each of the first and second magnet/electromagnet supporting plates include at least one vane configured to direct fluid flow. The shaft rotates the plates in order to draw a fluid flow through the inlet and successively across the inlet and outlet sides for thermal conditioning resulting from creation of high frequency oscillating magnetic fields according to a succeeding conditioning operations before being outputted the conditioned fluid from the housing through the fluid outlet.

Crossflow blower apparatus and system

Some embodiments of an apparatus and system are described for a crossflow blower. An apparatus may comprise an enclosure having a first side and a second side where a portion of the first side is recessed in a direction of the second side. The enclosure may also comprise a first internal height between the first side and the second side and a second internal height between the recessed portion of the first side and the second side. The enclosure may also comprise a motor and a crossflow blower arranged to generate a flow of air between the first side and the second side in a direction substantially perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the crossflow blower. A blower device includes a housing including an intake chamber, an accommodation chamber communicating with the intake chamber, and an exhaust port, a motor provided in the accommodation chamber and including a coil, a fan provided on a rotating shaft of the motor, a sealing member configured to seal up the intake chamber, and a flow path of the air which is introduced into a gap between a first surface of the fan and the housing, is returned from a flow path hole provided in the housing and communicating with the intake chamber to an opening, and is introduced to a second surface of the fan opposed to the first surface by an air-blowing operation of the fan.

Single or multiple stage blower and nested volute(s) and/or impeller(s) therefor

A double-ended blower includes a blower motor assembly supporting opposed first and second shaft ends. The first and second shaft ends have respective first and second impellers attached thereto and enclosed within first and second volutes, respectively. The first volute is connected to an inlet and the second volute is connected to an outlet. The blower motor assembly is supported in a chassis enclosure and a radially outer inter-stage path is between the first and second volute. The second volute is at least partially substantially concentrically nested with the radially outer inter-stage gas path.

Built-In Air Pump Assembly

A pump assembly is provided for use with an inflatable product. The inflatable product has a chamber having an air inlet and an air outlet. The pump assembly has a pump unit that is positioned inside the chamber for inflating and deflating the chamber, the pump unit having at least one motor that is operatively coupled to a first blower and a second blower, with the first blower fluidly coupled to the air inlet and the second blower fluidly coupled to the air outlet. The chamber is inflated by intake of air through the air inlet to the first blower and then into the chamber, and the chamber is deflated by drawing air from the chamber to the second blower and then out of the chamber through the air outlet.

Single or multiple stage blower and nested volute(s) and/or impeller(s) therefor

A double-ended blower includes a blower motor assembly supporting opposed first and second shaft ends. The first and second shaft ends have respective first and second impellers attached thereto and enclosed within first and second volutes, respectively. The first volute is connected to an inlet and the second volute is connected to an outlet. The blower motor assembly is supported in a chassis enclosure and a radially outer inter-stage path is between the first and second volute. The second volute is at least partially substantially concentrically nested with the radially outer inter-stage gas path.

Fan for regenerative air vacuum street sweeper, and method of fan manufacture and assembly

A fan with airfoil blades is provided for a regenerative air vacuum street sweeper. The blades are formed using cut and pressed upper and lower panels which are welded at a forward edge to a rod to form the airfoil leading edge and welded at the rear edges to form the airfoil trailing edge. Pins extend laterally outwardly from the rod for mounting each blade in corresponding holes in the front and rear plates of the fan housing. The side edges of the blade are welded to the plates at a 9-11 angle of attack. The airfoil blades allow for reduced size, horse power, noise, and manufacturing and shipping costs.

The invention relates to a two-stage blower apparatus 120 for a ventilator for providing a respiratory gas for a patient having a multi-part blower housing 121 comprising at least one first housing part 122 and a second housing part 132. A gas inlet 123 for the respiratory gas is provided on the first housing part 122 and a gas outlet 133 for the respiratory gas is provided on the second housing part 132, wherein the blower apparatus 120 comprises a first blower wheel 140 and a second blower wheel 150. The first blower wheel 140 or the second blower wheel 150 are arranged in sections in the first housing part 122 and are arranged in sections in the second housing part 132.

Center bushing to balance axial forces in multi-stage pumps

A multi-stage pump featuring different stages configured to pump a fluid from a pump suction and to a pump discharge; and a center bushing configured between the different stages, having a center bushing side configured with pockets to balance axial forces between the different stages of the multistage pump. The pockets are configured as curved rib pockets, extruded circle or circular pockets, or full length rib pockets.
