Pap system blower
A blower includes a housing including an inlet and an outlet, a bearing-housing structure provided to the housing and adapted to rotatably support a rotor, a motor provided to the bearing-housing structure and adapted to drive the rotor, and an impeller provided to the rotor. The bearing-housing structure includes a bearing shaft having a bearing surface that rotatably supports the rotor. The bearing shaft provides only a single bearing of the non-ball bearing type for the rotor.
Electric blower, vacuum cleaner, and hand drying device
An electric blower includes an air blowing unit including a mixed-flow fan to generate a current of air, a motor to rotate the mixed-flow fan, and a housing including a first portion surrounding the mixed-flow fan in a circumferential direction, and a second portion surrounding the motor in the circumferential direction. The inner diameter of the second portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the first portion.
MIXED FLOW FAN
A mixed flow fan and a method of manufacturing a mixed flow fan. The method may include molding a fan wheel with a plurality of blades and a plurality of apertures. The plurality of blades extends radially outward from an axis of rotation and a plurality of apertures arranged with one aperture positioned between each pair of adjacent blades. The method also includes molding a plug having a conical shape. The plug includes a plurality of plugging members arranged circumferentially, where the number of the plurality of plugging members corresponds to the number of the plurality of apertures in the fan wheel. The method further includes welding together the fan wheel and the plug, where each of the plurality of apertures of the fan wheel is sealed by one of the plurality of plugging members of the plug to form a continuous surface.
Electric blower
An electric blower includes a centrifugal impeller, a diffuser including stationary vanes on a discharge side of the centrifugal impeller, a motor configured to drive the centrifugal impeller, a fan case configured to cover the centrifugal impeller and the diffuser, a housing case joined to the fan case, and return guide vanes that guide air which has been guided by the stationary vanes to an inner surface of the fan case radially inward through a space under the diffuser. The housing case includes an annular lower plate portion located axially below the diffuser. Each return guide vane is continuous with an upper surface of the annular lower plate portion. An upper end of each return guide vane is located axially opposite to the diffuser.
Blower
A blower includes a housing including an inlet and an outlet, a motor to drive a rotatable shaft, first and second impellers provided to the shaft, the first and second impellers each including a plurality of impeller blades, a first stationary component provided to the housing and including stator vanes downstream of the first impeller, and a second stationary component provided to the housing and including stator vanes downstream of the second impeller. A first set of stator vanes of the first stationary component is provided around the motor and are configured and arranged to direct airflow along the motor, to de-swirl the airflow and to decelerate air to increase pressure. A blower including a third impeller and third stationary component positioned above the first impeller is also described.
INTEGRAL FAN BLADE, FAN AND FAN LAMP THEREOF
An integral fan blade includes a fan blade connecting disk and a plurality of fan blade bodies arranged around and equidistantly surrounding the fan blade connecting disk. The fan blade bodies and the fan blade connecting disk are integrally formed. This design allows the wind angle to cover a cone-shaped area from top to bottom. Under the same specifications, the wind force is relatively larger than ordinary conventional fan blades, and the coverage area is also larger, thus bringing better blowing effect and better use effect to users.
Fan system and arrangement of one or more such fan systems in a flow duct
A disclosed fan system includes a housing having side walls, an inflow side, and an outflow side; a fan secured in the housing by a mounting; and a backflow blocker mounted to the side walls within the housing on the outflow side of the housing partially blocking a cross-sectional area of the outflow side. The backflow blocker is positioned approximately centrally in a flow path of the housing and is configured to block part of an airflow cross section such that, between side walls of the housing and side walls of the backflow blocker, an annular duct is formed as an air passage. Further, the backflow blocker has a thickness that is greater than 5% of a width of the housing, and is less than 20% of an axial design height of the fan system.
BLOWER
A blower includes a body having a main inlet opening and a discharge opening, a motor assembly housed in the body, and an auxiliary inlet opening. The motor assembly includes a case, a motor and a fan. The case has a first opening and a second opening. The motor is housed within the case. The fan is configured to rotate in response to driving of the motor to generate a flow of air passing the main inlet opening, the first opening, the motor, the second opening and the discharge opening in this order. A first space that communicates with the main inlet opening and the first opening of the case is formed within the body. The auxiliary inlet opening is configured to introduce the air from an outside of the body into the first space.
BLOWER
A blower includes a body, a motor, and a single fan configured to rotate in response to rotation of a motor shaft to discharge air through a discharge opening. The maximum rotational speed of the motor shaft is within a range of 50,000 rpm to 120,000 rpm. An area of the discharge opening is changeable by a user. The blower is configured to selectively operate in a first mode or in a second mode according to the area of the discharge opening. In the first mode, the maximum blowing force of the air discharged through the opening is within a range of 2.5 N to 5.0 N when the motor is driven at the maximum rotational speed. In the second mode, the maximum dynamic pressure of the air discharged is within a range of 30 kPa to 65 kPa when the motor is driven at the maximum rotational speed.
FAN MOTOR
A fan motor includes a housing, a stator assembly disposed inside the housing, a rotor assembly rotatably disposed inside the stator assembly, an impeller configured to generate a flow of air in the housing based on receiving power from the rotor assembly, a first housing cover disposed at one side of the housing, a first bearing disposed in the first housing cover, a second housing cover disposed at another side of the housing and configured to guide the air along an axial direction of the impeller, a second bearing disposed in the second housing cover, and a vane disposed at a lower portion of the second housing cover and configured to guide the air in the second housing cover.
