The housing further comprising a detachable component part having an intake opening to receive air flow from a clothes dryers, exhaust vent, and intake opening to receive air from the External Dryer Vent Lint Blower and an opening to expel air into the dryer exhaust vent of a building or structure. The electric motor comprising an attached impeller to generate a powerful air flow. A power supply cord. A second power cord attached to control the power—on/off positions of a power ON/OFF switch.
Turbomachine
A turbomachine having a rotor assembly, a stator assembly and a toroidal inductor. The rotor assembly includes an impeller. The inductor is located between the impeller and the stator assembly, and is exposed to an airflow generated by or acting upon the impeller.
Ceiling fan
A ceiling fan assembly having a motor assembly with a rotating blade hub, and at least one fan blade mounted to the rotating blade hub with a blade span defined between a tip and a root, and defining an airfoil cross section including a rounded leading edge and a v-shaped trailing edge defining a chord therebetween. The blade comprising a pressure side surface and a suction side surface extending between the leading and trailing edges and including a hollow interior and including a tip opening at the tip and a root opening at the root for accessing the hollow interior. The at least one fan blade includes a thickness to chord ratio of less than about 15%.
Fan structure having integrated rotor impeller, and methods of producing the same
A fan structure having integrated rotor impeller, and methods of producing the same are provided. The fan structure includes a fan housing that encircles a longitudinal axis, and defines an airflow direction from an inlet side to an exit side. The integrated rotor impeller structure is disposed to rotate within the fan housing. The integrated rotor impeller structure includes (a) a cylindrical rotor shell being annular about the longitudinal axis, and having a shell length, and (b) an axis rod coaxial with the longitudinal axis, and having an axis rod length of less than or equal to the shell length. An airflow annulus is created therebetween. A blade is disposed within the airflow annulus to extend radially from the external surface of the axis rod to the inside surface of the the cylindrical rotor shell. One or more magnets are integrated within the integrated rotor impeller structure.
Motor-driven compressor
A motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, a motor controller, a housing, and a connector. The motor controller includes a circuit board. The housing includes an inverter accommodation chamber, and the inverter accommodation chamber accommodates the motor controller. The connector is accommodated in the inverter accommodation chamber and electrically connects the circuit board and a member located outside the inverter accommodation chamber. The connector includes one or more busbars and a case. The one or more busbars are electrically connected to the circuit board. The case is formed from a resin and accommodates the one or more busbars. The circuit board and the connector are fastened to the housing. The one or more busbars are allowed to move in the case when the circuit board vibrates.
Blower unit
A blower unit can include an outer housing, an inlet subassembly, a fan subassembly, an outlet subassembly, and a grommet. The outer housing can have an aperture extend along a first axis between first and second ends. The inlet subassembly can be received in the first end of the aperture. The fan subassembly can be received in the aperture adjacent to the inlet subassembly and include at least one wire. The outlet subassembly can be received in the second end. The grommet can be positioned between at least part of the second end and the outlet subassembly. The at least one wire can extend through the grommet. The grommet can seal against the at least one wire. The grommet can seal between the outer housing and the outlet subassembly.
FAN MOTOR
This fan motor includes a motor, an impeller arranged to rotate together with a rotating portion of the motor, a housing arranged to house the motor and the impeller therein, and a lead wire connected to the motor and arranged to extend outwardly of the housing. The housing includes a tubular portion, a bottom plate portion fixed below the motor, and a support portion arranged to extend from at least a portion of the tubular portion toward the bottom plate portion, and joined to at least a portion of the bottom plate portion. The support portion includes a groove portion recessed upward. The tubular portion includes a cut portion defined at a portion thereof continuous with the groove portion. The lead wire is drawn out of the housing through the groove portion and the cut portion. At least one of the groove portion and the cut portion has a thermosetting resin arranged therein.
PERMANENT MAGNET DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR AND COOLING FAN MODULE
A cooling fan module includes a fan and a PMDC motor. The PMDC motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator has 2P magnetic poles. The rotor includes a rotary shaft, a rotary core, a commutator, and a winding. The rotor core includes m×P pole teeth. The commutator includes k×m×P commutator segments. Adjacent pole teeth define therebetween winding slots for receiving the winding. The winding includes winding units each having P coils. Each of two ends of each winding unit includes a lead-out line connected to the commutator segment. Any two lead-out lines extending out of different winding slots are spaced from each other at locations outside the commutator segments.
CENTRIFUGAL FAN
A centrifugal fan comprises a rotor that has a rotor yoke, an impeller that has a blade and is coupled to the outer periphery of the rotor yoke, a motor that rotates the rotor and a casing that has a suction opening and a discharge opening, and houses the rotor, the impeller, and the motor. The impeller rotating together with the rotor discharges air sucked in through the suction opening to the outside of the casing through the discharge opening. An inner periphery part of the blade on the rotor yoke side extends to the inner periphery side, in such a manner as to overlap with an outer peripheral surface of the rotor yoke in the axial direction of the motor.
