Electric pump
An electric pump includes a motor rotor provided in a first end region in the axial direction of a rotary shaft, a pump rotor provided in a second end region in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a pump housing supporting the rotary shaft. The pump housing has a first housing portion for accommodating the pump rotor and a second housing portion having a blocking portion. The first housing portion has a suction port for drawing in fluid and a discharge port for discharging the drawn-in fluid.
Fan control system
The present invention relates to a fan control system, which comprises a controller and a detection circuit. The controller controls a fan. The detection circuit detects at least one state of the fan control system, and generates a confirmation signal according to the at least one state. The confirmation signal represents the state of the fan control system.
Power supply integrated vacuum pump
A power supply integrated vacuum pump comprises: a pump housing in which a pump rotor is arranged; a power supply housing fixed to an outer surface of the pump housing; a connector configured to connect a pump-housing-side line and a power-supply-housing-side line; and a spacer fixed to the outer surface of the pump housing and having a connector fixing surface to which the connector is fixed.
BLOWER UNIT
A blower unit can include an outer housing, an inlet subassembly, a fan subassembly, an outlet subassembly, and a grommet. The outer housing can have an aperture extend along a first axis between first and second ends. The inlet subassembly can be received in the first end of the aperture. The fan subassembly can be received in the aperture adjacent to the inlet subassembly and include at least one wire. The outlet subassembly can be received in the second end. The grommet can be positioned between at least part of the second end and the outlet subassembly. The at least one wire can extend through the grommet. The grommet can seal against the at least one wire. The grommet can seal between the outer housing and the outlet subassembly.

An electric unit such as an electric water pump or an electric radiator fan for a motor vehicle with a plug-in connection comprises a region of the connections between contact tongues and stripped ends of the individual wires of the cable of the plug is sealed, and that a sufficient tightness can be ensured in relation to the ingress of moisture along the wires from the surroundings of the water pump through the plug into the housing. A plug and method for producing the plug for a plug-in connection on an electric unit includes a strain relief means, and a seal in the region of the electric contact between the contact tongues and the wire ends of the individual wires.
FAN MOTOR
The fan motor according to the present invention comprises a fan (10) comprising a fan body (11) having a circular plate shape, a plurality of fan blades (12) formed in an upper portion of the fan body (11), a central protruding part (13) protruding upwardly from a central portion of the fan body (11), a shaft fixing part (14) formed in an inner side 124 of the central protruding part (13), a shaft (15) coupled and fixed to the shaft fixing part (14) to rotate when the fan body (11) rotates, and a magnet receiving part (16) formed in a central lower portion of the fan body (11); a ring plate magnet (20) coupled to the magnet receiving part (16); a motor bracket (30) having a PCB bracket coupling part (31) formed in a center; a PCB bracket (40) comprising a body (41) having a cup shape, a bearing insertion part (42) having a cylinder shape, protruding upwardly from a center of the body (41), a through-hole (44) formed inside the bearing insertion part (42), into which a bearing (45) is inserted, and the bearing (45) inserted and fixed to the through-hole (44); and a coil-PCB assembly (50) comprising a coil cover (51), a pair of D-type coils (52) installed in the coil cover (51), and a PCB (53) located in a lower portion of the coil cover (51) and installed in the body (41), wherein the ring plate magnet (20) installed in a lower portion of the fan body (11) is located in an upper portion of the pair of D-type coils (52) to face therewith.
Ceiling fan
An ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.
BLOWER ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A blower assembly includes a blower shelf having a first support channel. The blower shelf includes a guide bracket coupled to the blower shelf to form a second support channel. A blower housing having a flange is configured to extend into the first support channel and the second support channel. The blower assembly includes a control mounting panel configured to couple to the blower housing and having a tab extending therefrom. The flange of the blower housing is configured to engage with the first support channel and the second support channel during transition of the blower housing along a first direction and into an installed configuration of the blower housing and during transition of the blower housing along a second direction, opposite the first direction, and into an uninstalled configuration of the blower housing. The tab abuts the guide bracket in the installed configuration.
Air blower
An air blower includes an impeller, a motor, a lead wire, and a casing. The impeller rotates around a central axis extending in a vertical direction. The motor rotates the impeller. The lead wire is connected to the motor. The casing houses the impeller and the motor. The casing includes a bottom plate portion, a side wall portion, and a top plate portion. The top plate portion is disposed axially above the impeller and is connected to the upper end of the side wall portion. The casing includes a lead-out port through which the lead wire is led out to the outside in the radial direction. The lead-out port includes a lower portion provided on the bottom plate portion and an upper portion provided on the side wall portion, and the lower and upper portions are defined by different members.
VACUUM PUMP AND CONTROL APPARATUS OF VACUUM PUMP
A vacuum pump in which a pump main body and a control apparatus that controls the pump main body are integrated with each other. The control apparatus includes a cylindrical portion which protrudes from a chassis of the control apparatus and inside which a cable that connects the pump main body and the control apparatus to each other is passed. A height of the cylindrical portion exceeds a height of a gap formed between a bottom portion of the pump main body and the chassis of the control apparatus.
