Germicidal lighting
Apparatus, methods and instructions for disinfecting air. The apparatus may include, and the methods may involve, a fixture. The fixture may include a germicidal light source. The fixture may include a fan. The fan may circulate air through a volume into which the germicidal light source propagates germicidal light. The light source may be configured to emit, upward from a horizontal plane, a beam that, absent reflection off an environmental object, does not cross the horizontal plane. The apparatus may include a shield that prevents light from the light source from crossing the horizontal plane. The sensor may face upward from the horizontal plane. The sensor may face downward from the horizontal plane.
Remote control system for forward/reverse rotation of a fan
A remote control system for forward/reverse rotation of a fan includes a remote control and a forward-reverse rotation control unit. The remote control includes an operation module, and a first control module capable of outputting an operation signal which corresponds to an operation condition of the operation module. The operation signal can switch between a forward rotation mode and a reverse rotation mode to correspond to the operation condition of the operation module. The forward-reverse rotation control unit includes a double-pole relay that is controllable to switch between a first mode and a second mode and that is used to provide electric power to the fan, and a second control module that controls the double-pole relay to switch modes according to the operation signal, thereby making a rotational direction of the fan correspond to the operation of the operation module.
CEILING FAN
An ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.
LONG-DISTANCE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR OF FAN
A long-distance speed control system for a brushless DC motor of a fan is provided. The long-distance speed control system includes a switch connected with a mains power supply, a switch circuit, a voltage detection module, a power cord, a processing unit, and a drive unit, which can control the multi-stage rotational speed of the motor. In the field of brushless DC motors for fans, there is no need to use analog-to-digital conversion chips between the mains power supply and the processor, having the advantages of low cost, environmental protection, and reduction of waste of earth resources. Besides, the switch, the switch circuit and the power cord can withstand the mains power supply, having the advantages of less signal attenuation and long-distance transmission.
Ceiling fan with multiple blades
A ceiling fan assembly having a motor with a rotor with multiple blade mounts, multiple blades having a removable blade tip, a balancing weight mount carried by the multiple blades and covered by the removable tip, and where each of the multiple blades are pre-balanced and indexed to a corresponding one of the multiple blade mounts.
WALL FAN SUSPENSION STRUCTURE
A wall fan suspension structure comprises a wall-side coupling element with a first bottom plate part and a first side plate part connected to each other, the first bottom plate part extends from the first side plate part, and the first bottom plate part is provided for locking on a wall surface; and a fan-side coupling element with a second bottom plate part and a second side plate part connected to each other, the second bottom plate part extends from the second side plate part, the second bottom plate part is provided for coupling with a wall fan, and the second side plate part and the first side plate part are connected by sleeving with each other.
Motor and ceiling fan including the motor
A motor including a support unit, a first rotating part, a second rotating part, a rotor and a stator is disclosed. The support unit includes an axle and a bearing coupled with the axle. The first rotating part is fit around the axle and is coupled with the bearing. The second rotating part is coupled with the first rotating part. The rotor is coupled with the second rotating part. The stator is connected to the support unit.
ATTACHABLE DUST FILTER FOR A CONVENTIONAL CIRCULATION FAN
An attachable air filter medium for attachment to a conventional circulation fan is disclosed comprising a netting fabric filter medium being adapted to fit over the rear half of the conventional circulation fan's housing for filtering dust particles in air coming into the circulation fan preventing dust buildup on the fan blade thus eliminate the need to periodically clean the fan.
CEILING FAN WITH CEILING PROJECTION FUNCTION
A ceiling fan with a ceiling projection function includes a ceiling fan body and a ceiling fan housing. The ceiling fan body includes a plurality of blades, a motor that drives the blades to rotate, and a hanging rod. The ceiling fan housing is provided with a pattern hole unit and a light-emitting unit. The pattern hole unit has at least one pattern hole. The pattern hole of the pattern hole unit passes through the ceiling fan housing. The light-emitting unit has at least one light-emitting member. When in use, the light-emitting member of the light-emitting unit projects a light beam passing through the pattern hole of the pattern hole unit to project a pattern of the pattern hole of the pattern hole unit outside the ceiling fan housing and above the blades.
Ceiling fan control system
A system for controlling operation of a ceiling fan is provided. The ceiling fan includes a fan device and a light device, and can be operated via a user operation module that is to be operated by direct operation, or a wireless receiver module that receives a wireless control signal. Within a predetermined control duration from the time of activation, the ceiling fan can, upon receipt of an operation signal from the user operation module or a wireless control signal from the wireless receiver module, switch to operate in a mode where the ceiling fan is controlled via one of the user operation module and the wireless receiver module that corresponds to the signal received thereby.
