METHOD FOR COATING A COMPONENT OF A TURBOMACHINE
The present invention relates to a method for coating a component of a turbomachine in a bath, in which method, the component is partially immersed in the bath containing a coating material; the component is rotated at least intermittently around an axis of rotation, which lies outside of the bath, during the at least partial immersion; the component is at most immersed partially over and beyond the rotation.
Fan
A fan includes a column assembly, a fan head, a hinge assembly, and a support structure connected to the fan head and the column assembly. The hinge assembly includes a first connection member and a second connection member which are hinge-connected to each other. The first connection member is connected to the column assembly, and the second connection member is connected to the fan head. The fan head is configured to rotate around the support structure, and an axis around which the fan head rotates relative to the support structure coincides with an axis around which the first connection member and the second connection member rotate relative to each other.
CLIP FAN FOR PLANT TENT
A clip-on fan includes a specialized clamping clip that is attached to rectangular or cylindrical tent poles that are commonly used for grow tents; wherein fans are essential components for growing in tents and the current designs clip-on fans do not meet the needs of indoor growers; the clip-on fan comprising a fan assemblage and clip clasp assemblage arranged at the base of the complete product, wherein the clip is able to grasp to the vertical tubular structure of a grow tent; the grasping clasp assembly consisting of: a left clip plate, a right clip plate, a clip plate rotation shaft, a clip spring, a fan connection hole and, a clip clamp opening; the left and right clip plates are connected in a bilateral symmetry through the clip plate rotation shaft at the central connection position.
Fan blade having closed metal sheath
A method for forming a blade for a gas turbine engine may include forming a suction side sheath and a pressure side sheath, a first cavity and a second cavity established on opposed sides of a rib, forming a structural core configured for positioning in an interior section of the blade between the suction side sheath and the pressure side sheath, the structural core including a first core member, a second core member and a root interconnecting the first and second core members, assembling the suction side sheath and the pressure side sheath with the structural core such that the first core member is positioned in the first cavity and such that the second core member is positioned in the second cavity, and securing the suction side sheath to the pressure side sheath to form the blade.
Vacuum pump and vacuum-pump damper
A vacuum pump and a damper for the vacuum pump are provided so as to increase vibration isolation in a twisting direction with a simple structure and prevent rupture of an O-ring and an elastic member by regulating a misalignment of flanges facing each other. Provided are a first flange and a second flange, each having a central opening, the flanges being shaped like rings opposed to each other; an O-ring and an intermediate ring that are disposed between the first flange and the second flange; O-rings disposed between the first flange and the intermediate flange and between the intermediate ring and the second flange; a plurality of elastic members that are disposed between the first flange and the second flange and are spread in the circumferential direction of central openings; and airtightness keeping means including positioning pins inserted into positioning holes sequentially provided on the first flange, the intermediate ring, and the second flange.
MODULE FOR TURBOMACHINE
A turbomachine compressor module, comprising an annular array of structural arms defining inter-arm spaces between two circumferentially adjacent arms; and an annular array of stator vanes with variable orientation about a respective axis (A) and disposed at least partially within the inter-arm spaces. The arms are provided with flaps pivotable about a respective axis (B). Also, a turbomachine provided with such a module and a row of rotor blades directly downstream of the module.
Window Fan
A dual window fan having a rectangular body adapted to engage a window, two fan heads pivotably engaging the body independently of each other about a vertical pivot axis from aiming directly outwardly normal to the body to aiming inwardly through a pivot angle of at least 225 angular degrees.
Device for assembling a turbine engine, and method using the device
A device for assembling a turbine engine is configured for centering a shaft of a second module relative to a longitudinal axis of a hollow hub placed in front of a first module, the first module including a longitudinal cavity opening at the front into the hollow hub and passing through the first module until a rear end, the shaft configured to be inserted into the longitudinal cavity. The device includes a centering element and a guiding tube. The centering element is configured to be placed in the hollow hub. The guiding tube is configured to enter into at least one portion of the longitudinal cavity of the first module. The device is arranged so that the guiding tube slides inside the centering element. The invention also relates to the assembly formed by the device and a calibration jig, as well as an assembly method using same.
Vacuum pump, cylindrical portion used in vacuum pump, and base portion
Provided is a vacuum pump including a turbomolecular mechanism having rotor blades and stator blades alternately arranged in multiple stages in an axial direction inside a casing having an inlet port that sucks gas from an outside and an outlet port that exhausts the sucked gas to the outside, the vacuum pump including: a plurality of annular spacers that are stacked on each other and position the stator blades in the axial direction; the casing that has a cylindrical portion arranged to surround outer peripheries of the plurality of stacked spacers and a base portion attached to a lower portion of the cylindrical portion; and an upper radial positioning portion and a lower radial positioning portion provided at two vertical positions inside the cylindrical portion and coaxially hold at least a spacer of an uppermost stage and a spacer of a lowermost stage among the plurality of stacked spacers.
Blowing system
A blowing system includes: a first blowing unit including a first body that houses a first fan and includes a first air outlet for blowing-out wind from the first fan; a second blowing unit including a second body that houses a second fan, includes a second air outlet for blowing-out wind from the second fan, and has a shape that is in two-fold symmetry with the first body; and a first connection that rotatably-connects an edge on a back face-side of a first side face of the first body and an edge on a back face-side of a second side face of the second body so that an angle formed by the first and second bodies is variable.
