Servo valve with asymmetrical redundant piezoelectric actuator
A driving stage of a servo valve, including a hydraulic ejector and a hydraulic receiver able to be moved relative to each other, one of the two hydraulic units being integral with a mobile unit, movable relative to a body of the servo valve through actuation means, characterized in that the actuation means comprise two piezoelectric actuators connected in series. Control device comprising a servo valve comprising such a driving stage.
Work machine
A work machine has a controller which has an area limiting control section correcting the pilot pressures of pilot lines, a regeneration control section adjusting the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid caused to flow from a tank side line of an arm cylinder into a pump side line thereof between zero and a predetermined upper limit value, and a regeneration control switching section that issues an order to the regeneration control section to set the predetermined upper limit value to a first set value when the function of the area limiting control section is invalid and that issues an order to the regeneration control section to set the predetermined upper limit value to a second set value that is smaller than the first set value when the function of the area limiting control section is effective.

HYDRAULIC FLUID PRESSURE COMPENSATOR UNIT WITH INTEGRATED LOAD SENSE AND REVERSE FLOW CHECKS
Hydraulic pressure compensator units and hydraulic systems incorporating hydraulic pressure compensator units. The pressure compensator units include a main valve body defining a central axis and a first central passage, a compensation valve member positioned in the first central passage and defining a second central passage, the first central passage being in selective fluid communication with a port of hydraulic actuator. A load sense check component is positioned within the second central passage and adapted to move in a first axial direction to selectively open a fluid communication between a pump output and a load sense line. A reverse flow check component is positioned within the second central passage and adapted to move in a second axial direction opposite the first axial direction to selectively open a fluid communication between the hydraulic actuator and a tank line.
Directional control valve
An example valve section includes: a valve body configured to be fluidly coupled to the source and the actuator; a spool movable in the valve body intermediate the source and the actuator; a pressure compensator valve disposed upstream from the spool and configured to regulate flow received from the source, where the valve body defines (i) a first passage disposed upstream from the spool and configured to fluidly couple the pressure compensator valve to the spool, and (ii) a second passage disposed downstream from the spool and configured to fluidly couple the spool to the actuator; and a counterbalance valve disposed in the second passage downstream from the spool, where the counterbalance valve is opened to permit flow therethrough from the actuator to the spool in response to a pilot pressure derived from the first passage when the spool is shifted from a neutral position.

HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE FOR CARGO VEHICLE
A hydraulic drive device for a cargo vehicle includes a hydraulic cylinder supplying and discharging of hydraulic oil, an operation member that operates the hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic pump, a lowering oil path connecting the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump, an operation valve disposed in the lowering oil path, a bypass oil path that branches off from the lowering oil path, a bypass flow rate control valve disposed in the bypass oil path and that controls a bypass flow rate, and a resistance element that is disposed closer to the hydraulic cylinder than the operation valve in the lowering oil path and that increases a fluid resistance. A pilot flow path of the bypass flow rate control valve is connected to a part of the lowering oil path between the hydraulic cylinder and the resistance element.

PILOT VALVE ASSEMBLY WITH ORIENTATION ADJUSTMENT
A pilot valve assembly (10) includes a cylindrical connector (12) having a first end portion (16) with external threading (18) for engaging a threaded control socket (106) of a hydraulic valve (100), and a second end (20) with an array of teeth (22) arrayed around its edge. A circumferential slot (24) around connector (12) is spaced from second end (20). The assembly also includes a pilot valve (26) with a mechanism for controlling a pressure within the hydraulic control valve actuator chamber. Pilot valve (26) is formed with a recess (28) having a complementary teeth (30) for engaging teeth (22) of connector (12) in a range of angular orientations. A clamping arrangement engages slot (24) and clamps pilot valve (26) to second end (20) of connector (12), thereby fixing an angular orientation of the pilot valve.
