ARRANGEMENT AND MANIPULATION SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR MANIPULATING THE FLOW OF A FLUID
An arrangement for manipulating the flow of a fluid into a fluid actuator, preferably of a seat, has a base body having an opening designed to introduce the fluid into the base body, and at least one further opening provided for forwarding or discharging the fluid introduced into the base body. Means for producing and/or interrupting a fluid-conducting connection between the openings are provided. The means comprise such additional means that can be charged with a pressure of the fluid to be conducted and are designed such that, in a first pressure range of the fluid, the fluid entering the base body from the fluid actuator is discharged via one of the openings from the base body to the surroundings and, in a second pressure range of the fluid that is higher than the first pressure range, the fluid introduced into the base body is introduced into the fluid actuator.
Hydraulic system having a drain bypass
A hydraulic system including a first cylinder conduit configured to couple to a cylinder, an auxiliary conduit configured to couple to a case drain conduit, and a pressure regulator coupled to the first cylinder conduit and to the auxiliary conduit. The pressure regulator may block fluid flow to the auxiliary conduit if a first fluid pressure is less than or equal to a threshold pressure and enable fluid flow if the first fluid pressure is greater than the threshold pressure. The hydraulic system further includes a supplemental conduit with a check valve that directs fluid from the auxiliary conduit to a reservoir. The check valve blocks fluid flow if a second fluid pressure is less than or equal to a third fluid pressure, and enables fluid flow if the second fluid pressure greater than the third fluid pressure.
VALVE FOR DIVIDING A HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT AND HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT COMPRISING SAID VALVE
A valve for a hydraulic circuit for an aircraft, the valve being configured to unite or separate multiple circuit portions in at least two configurations. More particularly, the valve allows to create one hydraulic circuit or two independent hydraulic circuits in order to circulate a coolant in two distinct manners and thus to adapt the function of the hydraulic circuit to any of two distinct phases of the functioning of an engine of the aircraft.
OPERATING TABLES, RELATED DEVICES, AND RELATED METHODS
A hydraulic circuit for an operating table includes a hydraulic unit, a first hydraulic cylinder with a first chamber defined at least partially by a first leading active surface; and a second hydraulic cylinder with a second chamber defined at least partially by a second leading active surface; wherein: in a control operating mode of the hydraulic circuit, the first chamber is in fluid communication with only the second chamber, and in a maintenance operating mode of the hydraulic circuit, the first chamber and the second chamber are in fluid communication with the hydraulic unit.
Hydraulic Control Circuit
To achieve improvement of operability and reduction of energy loss, when controlling so that an upper limit pressure of a discharge line becomes a pressure corresponding to an manipulation tool manipulation amount by controlling an increase or decrease of a bypass amount, in a hydraulic control circuit equipped with a bypass valve for controlling a bypass amount flowing from a hydraulic pump to an oil tank. By using a bypass valve control map representing a relationship between a manipulation tool manipulation amount and a spool stroke, the spool stroke of a bypass valve is controlled, and an upper limit pressure of the discharge line is set so that an opening area of the bypass valve is fully closed by a manipulation amount which is larger than a manipulation tool manipulation amount at which the maximum pressure of the discharge line is reached.
Control fluid power apparatus and related methods
Control fluid power apparatus and related methods are disclosed. An example control fluid power apparatus includes a first housing having a first piston defining a first chamber and a second chamber, where the first chamber receives a control fluid and the second chamber receives a process fluid from a process system. The first chamber is oriented above the second chamber when the control fluid power apparatus is coupled to a control valve assembly. A second housing has a second piston defining a third chamber and a fourth chamber, where the third chamber receives the control fluid and the second chamber receives the process fluid. The third chamber is oriented above the fourth chamber when the control fluid power apparatus is coupled to the control valve assembly.
ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR
Disclosed is an electric hydraulic actuator including a hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic power generator. The hydraulic cylinder includes a hollow rod that is connected to a piston and is linearly movable to protrude outward or to retract. The hydraulic power generator includes a motor, a fluid tank, and a gear pump and a pilot check valve disposed in a pump housing. The cylinder housing and the pump housing are directly coupled to each other. The cylinder housing includes a first port through which the working fluid is transferred to a first side of the piston and a second port connected to a return pipe that is provided in the hollow rod. The pump housing includes a third port that is configured to communicate with the first port and a fourth port that is configured to communicate with the second port.
Hydraulic cylinder for use for example in a hydraulic tool
The invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder, for example for use in a hydraulic tool, comprising at least one piston/cylinder combination composed of a cylinder body and a piston accommodated in said cylinder body and provided with a piston rod that projects from said cylinder body, wherein the cylinder body and the piston body define a first cylinder chamber while the cylinder body, the piston body and the piston rod define a second cylinder chamber, and wherein during operation the piston performs alternating forward and return operational cycles under the influence of a fluidum under pressure that is conducted to the first and the second cylinder chamber through a first and a second line, respectively, and a control valve which regulates the supply of a fluid under pressure through the first or the second line to the piston/cylinder combination.
Gangway having self-raising assembly
A gangway comprises a fixed platform and a support structure connected to the fixed platform in a manner that allows the support structure to rotate with respect to the fixed platform between a raised stowed position and a lowered deployed position. A self-raising assembly is operative to rotate the support structure from the deployed position to the stowed position. The self-raising assembly includes at least one fluid actuated cylinder connected between the fixed platform and a distal end of the support structure. A raising actuator is usable by an operator to cause operation of the cylinder in a manner that rotates the support structure toward the stowed position.
