In a hydrostatic pressure cylinder, a holding member which holds a magnet is mounted on a piston unit to rotate together with a cylinder tube. The cylinder tube is capable of rotating with respect to a rod cover and a head cover. It is thereby possible to change an attachment position of a magnetic sensor by rotating the cylinder tube.

A hydraulic module including a cylinder (2) which accommodates a piston (3) which delimits a chamber (4) which receives the brake fluid. The piston (3) is connected to the electric motor (5) of the module (1) by a recirculating ball screw (6), whose core (61) is fixedly connected to the piston (3) which itself is guided by needles (21) which are parallel to the axis (xx) of the piston (3) and with which notches (351) on the circumference of the piston (3) interact. The piston (3) is a piece, which is formed from a cylindrical body (32) made from anodized aluminum and an outer ring (35) made from steel, which is forcibly mounted on the edge (34) of the piston and is provided with notches (351) with a cross section which corresponds to the effective cross section of the needles (21).

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE MOTOR AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE MOTOR
20200367922 · 2020-11-26 ·

A differential pressure motor comprising two working pistons and a rod that move in a hollow space. Walls defining the hollow space have five openings. A valve piston moves between and against the working pistons and can be driven by the working pistons. The valve piston with the five openings forms a valve with which an alternate impact of a first pressure and a second pressure on the working pistons is controllable when the pressures are applied to three of the five openings such that the working pistons periodically move which drives a periodic movement of the valve piston. Also disclosed are a surgical drive system with, a medical lavage system for the debridement of soft tissue and/or bone tissue having, and a medical device for brushing, rasping or sawing soft tissue and/or bone tissue with such a differential pressure motor, and a method for operating a differential pressure motor.

LEVELLING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR A RAIL VEHICLE
20200361500 · 2020-11-19 ·

A levelling system for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, includes at least one levelling cylinder and a levelling piston. The levelling piston is at least partially provided in the levelling cylinder in a movable manner for setting the level of the rail vehicle. Further, the levelling system includes at least one guiding element, which is arranged within the levelling piston and partially protrudes from the levelling piston into at least one recess of the levelling cylinder such that an end stop in a longitudinal direction is provided for the relative movement between the levelling piston and the levelling cylinder.

Hydraulic artificial lift for driving downhole pumps

A hydraulic lift apparatus for operating a downhole pump features a hydraulic linear actuator with a piston longitudinally slidable on a central axis of a rotatable portion of a housing. An anti-rotation rod runs longitudinally through the piston at a position radially offset outwardly from the central axis to prevent rotation between the piston and housing. A stationary motor powers a drive train whose output is connected to the rotatable portion of the housing and centered on the central axis. The actuator is one-way actuator with a hydraulically driven upstroke. A leak detection passage extends through the piston to collect fluid that has leaked across the piston seals and convey it to a leak detection port and associated containment tank. A position sensor for monitoring the piston movement features a sensing rod depending downwardly into a hollow piston shaft carried by the piston and connected to the pump rod.

Method for controlling a lifting jack for an aircraft engine nacelle, a jack-type lifting system implementing the method and the thus equipped nacelle

The jack-type lifting system includes a valve for modifying a maximum force value of a lifting jack activated by a protrusion for determining a determined portion such as the beginning of the extension stroke of the lifting jack. Thanks to the modification of the maximum force value, a pressure source thus applies the full force of the lifting jack after a start-up stroke so as to protect a lock of a reverser cowl which has been forgotten during maintenance.
