CONNECTING DEVICE
A cable connection system for a thick-walled case having a tiered cable opening with a an inner portion and an outer portion, the inner portion having a first diameter, and the outer portion having a second diameter larger than the first diameter, including a connecting part rotatably mountable in the tiered cable opening to direct cables of the cable connection system into a desired angular position with respect to the case. The connecting part includes a body with a first section having a first section diameter matching the inner portion first diameter and a second section having a second section diameter matching the outer portion second diameter. A fixation disc is configured to lock the connecting part into the tiered cable opening when the cables of the cable connection system are adjusted to the desired angular position. The fixation disc has a central opening configured to fit the second section diameter and a shaped outer contour having a diameter configured to press into the outer portion.
Actuator and fluid pressure control circuit having the same
An actuator capable of preventing the inside of a cylinder from being scratched is provided. A two-way piston includes a cylinder having an opening, a piston, and a stroke sensor that detects a position of the piston. The stroke sensor includes a stay that extends from a portion exposed from the opening of the piston to the outside of the cylinder, a member to be detected that is attached to the stay, and a sensor that detects a position of the member to be detected. The piston including a fixing hole having a depth smaller than a diameter of the piston in the portion exposed from the opening. The stay is fixed by a bolt that is inserted into the fixing hole.
FLUIDIC CYLINDER
A fluidic cylinder has a cylinder tube having a cylinder chamber defined in an interior thereof has a pair of cover members attached to respective ends of the cylinder tube. A piston is disposed displaceably along the cylinder chamber, and a piston rod is connected to the piston. The piston and the cylinder tube are formed with rectangular shapes in cross section, the piston includes a wear ring which is in sliding contact with an inner wall surface of the cylinder tube, and a magnet is incorporated in the wear ring. At least one of the cover members includes bolt holes therein, the bolt holes extending in at least two or more directions including a direction in which the piston is displaced, and fastening bolts are selectively inserted into the bolt holes to fix the at least one of the cover members with respect to another member.
System, method, and apparatus to retain in-cylinder linear position sensor
A system, a method, and an apparatus to retain an in-cylinder linear position sensor in a cavity of a housing of a hydraulic cylinder assembly are described. The in-cylinder linear position sensor includes a sensor body that houses circuitry of the in-cylinder linear position sensor, and a sensor cap that extends from an upper surface of the sensor body. The sensor cap has a retention mechanism with a portion that extends radially outward relative to a central vertical axis of the sensor body so as to extend into and engage a wall of an access port of the housing to hold the in-cylinder linear position sensor in the cavity of the housing. The portion of the retention mechanism is configured to move inward from an outer position toward the central vertical axis of the sensor body.
HYDRAULIC FLUID DEVICE
A hydraulic fluid cylinder is equipped with a cylinder tube, a piston unit, and a piston rod. The piston unit has a piston body provided with a gasket-mounting groove. A gasket member is mounted in the gasket mounting groove. The gasket member has a gasket body provided with a magnet-mounting groove exhibiting groove depth in the axial direction of the piston unit, and also has a magnet mounted in the magnet-mounting groove.
Fluid processing apparatus
A fluid processing apparatus having a housing (2), which at least substantially seals a fluid chamber fluid chamber (18, 20) from the external environment. At least one sensor device (26, 40, 60) provides information regarding the state of the fluid located in the fluid chamber (18, 20), such as pressure, moisture level, temperature or viscosity and/or provides information regarding the motion of a separating element (16) that can be moved within the fluid chamber (18, 29). At least one component (40, 60) of the sensor device can be included as an interchangeable, modular component in a part (6) of the housing (2) such that the component (40, 60) has an inlet (42) to the fluid located in the fluid chamber (18, 20).
