PULSATION DAMPENER WITH GAS RETENTION
A pulsation dampener for a dispensing system comprising a housing, a diaphragm comprising at least one fluoropolymer layer, the diaphragm dividing the housing into a first compartment and a second compartment, an inlet port and an outlet port each in fluid communication with the first compartment thereby providing a flow path for a liquid to enter the first compartment via the first inlet port and exit the first compartment via the outlet port, and at least one gas disposed within the second compartment, the at least one gas having a kinetic diameter of 0.36 nm or greater, wherein the fluoropolymer of the at least one fluoropolymer layer and the at least one gas are selected such that a gas transmittance rate of the at least one gas through the diaphragm is from 0 mbar*L/second to 1*10.sup.5 mbar*L/second.
Regulator for clutch operating mechanism
Disclosed is a regulator for clutch operating mechanism. The regulator includes a main body, a supply flow path for fluid flow from a master cylinder to an operating cylinder, and a return flow for fluid flow from the operating cylinder to the master cylinder inside of the main body. The regulator further includes a first valve installed inside the main body and configured to close an exit of the return flow path and open the supply flow path when the fluid flows to the operating cylinder and a second valve installed inside the main body configured to close an exit of the supply flow path and to open the return flow path when the fluid flows to the master cylinder. The regulator further includes a damping apparatus having a damping space which communicates with the supply flow path of the main body and whose internal capacity changes according to hydraulic pressure.
EQUALIZATION DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR IN THE FORM OF A TANK
The invention relates to an equalization device, in particular in the form of a tank, the housing (2) of which has at least one inlet (8) and one outlet (10) for receiving and discharging fluid, respectively, at least in one of the housing walls (4) of said housing, which housing can be filled with the fluid, characterized in that at least one equalization body (14) is arranged within the housing (2), which equalization body is at least partly provided with an elastically compliant separating wall (20), the interior of the equalization body thus being delimited, and that the interior is at least partly in pressure-equalizing connection (32) with the surroundings at a passage (12, 32) through one of the housing walls (4).
THREE-DIMENSIONAL MONOLITHIC DIAPHRAGM TANK
A three-dimensional monolithic diaphragm tank including a first portion having a first inner surface, a second portion having a second inner surface, and a deformable diaphragm extending from a peripheral junction with the first inner surface and the second inner surface. The first inner surface and the diaphragm defining a first chamber. The second inner surface and the diaphragm defining a second chamber. The first portion having an outlet port in fluid communication with the first chamber, and the second portion having an inlet port in fluid communication with the second chamber. The peripheral junction of the diaphragm and the first inner surface including an integral inner fillet having an inner radius.
Expansion tank with improved pipe fitting
An expansion tank includes two half-shells coupled to each other, an inner flexible membrane suited to divide the inside of the casing in two compartments, a counter cap made of a thermoplastic material, a pipe fitting suited to provide a connection and having a first tubular portion and a second portion in the shape of a flat ring that are made of a thermoplastic material, wherein the second ring-shaped portion is joined to the counter cap at the level of an opening in the tank.
Hydropneumatic pressure accumulator
A hydropneumatic pressure accumulator, in particular a pulsation damper, includes an accumulator housing (2) and a movable separating element (20), which separates a pressurized working gas-containing gas working space (24) from a fluid chamber (22) in the accumulator housing (2). A gas storage chamber (12) is provided, which contains an additional volume of the pressurized working gas, and is connected via a connecting path (30) having a throttle point to the gas working space.
Device for recuperation of hydraulic energy and working machine with corresponding device
This invention relates to a device for the recuperation of hydraulic energy in a working machine with at least one differential cylinder and to a corresponding working machine.
Moisture detecting air cap indicator for expansion tank failure
Disclosed is an expansion tank having an internal cavity separated by a flexible diaphragm to form an upper pressurized gas portion and a lower pressurized fluid portion, and an indicator positioned at an upper part of the expansion tank in communication with the contents of the upper pressurized gas portion. The indicator is configured so as to display a first color if the operating conditions are normal in the pressurized gas portion, and a second color if the amount of moisture detected in the pressurized gas portion greater than or equal to a predetermined amount. Further disclosed is a method for detecting whether there is an excessive amount of moisture in a pressurized gas portion of an expansion tank by allowing pressurized gas from the pressurized gas portion to come into contact with the indicator, and viewing the color displayed by the indicator. As such, the tank can be simply visually inspected to determine whether there is a potential failure in the tank.
