An improved practical solution of a unit a dog will use to urinate and/or defecate on, and will clean itself. The unit has a post for the dog to urinate on and a based plate with the surface covered with artificial grass for the dog to defecate on. The dog would urinate on post to mark their territory and would feel comfortable to defecate on an artificial grass surface. The urination post is cleaned by water flowing down it and into a drain on the base. The deification base surface has a slight grade to help direct the feces to the drain. Water is sprayed from nozzles in motion and towards the drain to wash the surface clean of feces. Two possible solutions one for outdoor for public use, and the other for in home use.

The present disclosure discloses an intelligent pet toilet. An animal toilet includes: a front-rear direction, a right-left direction, and a height direction; an upper container that is to be placed with excrement treating material on a bottom portion having a plurality of holes through which urine passes, the bottom portion being a part positioned lowest inside the upper container, in a state where an absorbent body has been placed in a tray, a central position of the bottom portion of the upper container being arranged nearer to a rear side than a central position of the absorbent body, in the front-rear direction; the tray that is to be placed with the absorbent body that absorbs urine that has passed through the holes; and a lower container put below the upper container, the lower container storing the tray.

An automated pet waste collection and disposal apparatus is presented herein. The apparatus includes automated closing door, pivotal at or near the bottom, such that the door can be disposed in an open, extended position and closed, substantially vertically oriented position. When the door is open and/or extended, the top portion thereof defines a main collection surface designed to act as a surface upon which a pet may leave its waste. A movable nozzle assembly is disposed on the interior of the apparatus and is used to spray water or fluid upon the main collection surface for cleaning. The nozzle assembly moves in a manner to spray the entire or a substantial portion of the main collection surface of the door.

An animal litter, process for preparing the animal litter and a method for removal of animal waste using the animal litter are provided. The animal litter generally includes at least about 10 weight % finely ground pine wood powder. Further the animal litter includes a lubricant and a cohesiveness agent. The animal litter is in the form of discrete plural particles which lend to agglomerate when wetted.

An animal litter box (100) includes: a litter-box main portion (1) including an upper container (10) and a lower container (30); an output main portion (60) including an output portion (61); and a position regulator. The upper container (10) includes a plurality of holes (h) passing through the upper container in the up-down direction, and the lower container (30) includes a reception portion (32) that receives excrement that has passed through the plurality of holes (h). The output portion (61) includes: a top surface (61a) that comes into contact with the litter-box main portion (1); and a side wall (61b) extending from an edge of the top surface (61a) in the up-down direction. The output-side regulating portion (62) is a portion different from the side wall (61b). The position regulator regulates a relative position between the litter-box main portion (1) and the output main portion (60) in at least one of the front-back direction and the left-right direction.

A method of health management for a self-cleaning cat litter box is disclosed. The method comprises measuring a first weight of the self-cleaning cat litter box, measuring a second weight of the self-cleaning cat litter box in responsive to a cat entering the self-cleaning cat litter box, identifying the cat entering the self-cleaning cat litter box, measuring a third weight of the self-cleaning cat litter box after the cat leaves the self-cleaning cat litter box, measuring a fourth weight of the self-cleaning cat litter box after the self-cleaning cat litter box performs waste cleaning, and uploading the identified cat with a body weight, a waste weight, and a waste type according to weight differences among the first, second, third and fourth weights.

Exemplary embodiments of a pet toilet are provided. A pet toilet is provided having a base, a standing surface provided on the base configured to allow a pet to stand on the standing surface, a first flush mechanism to provide water for flushing the standing surface, a rim tube connected to the first flush mechanism configured to provide water from the first flush mechanism to the standing surface, and at least one water outlet disposed on the rim tube for providing water from the first flush mechanism to the standing surface. The flush mechanism can be an automatic flush mechanism triggered by one or more motion sensors. The standing surface can have a concave surface.

The invention is unique, not so much by the separate details many of which can be found in other devices or prior art, but by the grouping of them all together to function in an innovative way to remove the repellant odor of urine found in most previous models in a speedy, relatively effortless, economical and hygienic manner. The process is done employing a pump attached to the dog toilet's funnel to send the urine through a small hose which the owner may either manually take to the toilet and discharge it there, or the hose may be installed in the cabinetry of the bathroom with the nozzle located near the toilet, or alternately fed into the sink drain below its trap if the invention is located in a room adjacent to the bathroom.

The present invention relates to an animal waste collection and disposal apparatus that separates solid and liquid waste. The collection and disposal apparatus has a basin and a corresponding grate. The grate is placed on top of the basin and allows for any liquid waste to pass through, while retaining any solid waste on the upper surface. An absorption pad may be placed in between the basin and grate. The basin may have securement means located about at least one of its exterior edges, allowing multiple basins to be connected to one another so as to create a single, larger unit for use with larger animals.
