ROTATING STRUCTURE
20230061276 · 2023-03-02 ·

A rotating structure includes a rotating part and a fixing piece. The rotating part has a lateral perforation part, the lateral perforation part is for perforating an object; the fixing piece is combined to the lateral perforation part and the object, so that the rotating part is movably combined with the object for making the rotating part rotate or move the object. Accordingly, the rotating structure of the present disclosure has the effects of simplicity of operation, saving labor and convenience.

Biasing positioning element
11466718 · 2022-10-11 ·

The positioning pin has a pin body and a biasing element. The pin body defines a slit through which at least a portion of the biasing element is able to extend through. The pin body can be configured to be at least partially inserted into a working surface hole and help position an object. The biasing element has an engagement element that is able to bias the working object in a direction of the slit.

Connectors with a pin, a housing, and one or more springs

The present application relates to connectors that use canted coil springs to retain a pin to a housing. The connectors have increased disconnect to connect force ratios. Dual concentric spring configuration allows for an initial locking configuration that can be overcome with higher force and deflection of the second spring. Dual springs in series in a constrained groove can require a high force for connector disconnect, since force vectors may be in a direction relatively close to being along the spring major axis. A curved groove wall can offer resistance to a spring that is required to slide first into the groove in order to allow disconnect.

CEILING FAN MOTOR ADAPTER

A motor adapter assembly can couple a motor shaft for a ceiling fan motor to a downrod. The motor adapter assembly can include a base plate, a cradle with arms extending through the base plate, and a threaded bushing secured between the arms of the cradle. Threading a cap to the threaded bushing can be used to pivot the downrod between an upright position and a pivoted position.

FORMED PLUNGER APPARATUS
20220056940 · 2022-02-24 · ·

An improved plunger for a self-locking pin having a plunger section and a base section in a unitary one-piece construction, wherein the plunger section is at least substantially orthogonal to the base section. Wherein the base section comprises at least a substantially planar configuration, and may provide for biasing of the plunger section. A portion of the plunger extends outwardly from a bore of the self locking pin in which the plunger resides. The plunger section is preferably wedge-shaped, or may possess other geometrical shapes, while the portion of the plunger disposed inside the bore is of a cylindrical shape. An extended biasing section tor positioning of the plunger section may be in unitary construction with the base section.

SELF-LOCKING PIN
20220056939 · 2022-02-24 · ·

A self-locking pin having a shaft, a headed end, and plunger biased in a bore in the pin. The portion of the detent or plunger that extends outwardly from the bore may be wedge-shaped, or possess other geometrical shapes, while the portion of the plunger disposed inside the bore is of a cylindrical shape or other geometrical shapes. The plunger comprises a plunger section and a biasing section in a unitary one-piece construction. At least one transition ledge is defined on the plunger. The shaft is staked at points along the perimeter of the bore so that the inwardly extending surface created by the staking abuts the transition ledge and prevents the plunger from rotating or being removed from the bore.

Valve

A valve, in particular for hydraulic circuits, includes a valve body (4) designed as a cartridge that can be fixed in a housing (6) having fluid connections (8) by a securing device (20, 26, 28). The securing device has at least one blocking element (20) in the form of a separate component between the valve body (4) and the housing (6). The blocking element has blocking surfaces that can be moved relative to the longitudinal axis (18) of the valve body (4) between an assembly position allowing the valve body (4) to be inserted into the housing (6) and a blocking position in which the blocking surfaces secure the valve body in an assembly position, preferably with zero backlash by bearing against retaining surfaces (26, 28) of the housing (6) and the valve body (4).

Magnetic and mechanical connecting device

A magnetic and mechanical connection device includes a connection surface provided female part with a female housing having a bottom to which bottom on the inside a first permanent magnet is attached and a top provided with a female opening. A connection surface provided male part with a male housing provided with a connection member having at least a magnetic surface and being slightly smaller than the female opening in the female part, the male part connecting magnetically with the permanent magnet. A spring biased locking pin is attached to either the connection member of the male part or the female opening of the female part. The locking pin is directed in a perpendicular direction from the insertion direction and which locking pin is interacting in a locking engagement with an opposite locking groove in the opposite part.

Clevis Pin Arrangement for a Tool

Embodiments of the invention provide a clevis pin arrangement for use in a tool. The clevis pin arrangement can include a clevis that includes a first and second leg with first and second apertures, respectively, a clevis pin that extends between the first and second apertures when in a closed position, and an actuator. The actuator can move the clevis pin arrangement between the closed position and an open position.

Spring loaded accessory hub
11339921 · 2022-05-24 · ·

An accessory hub joins accessories such as towel bars and robe hooks to a wall. In order to attach the accessory to the wall, a collet is fastened to the wall. The accessory hub may be joined to the collet with a spring-loaded button extending from the collet that is inserted into a receiver in the accessory hub. A first cleat portion on the collet mates with a second cleat portion on the accessory hub further securing the accessory hub to the collet. The accessory may then be attached to the accessory hub. The accessory hub may be detached from the collet without damaging the wall by depressing the button into the collet and disengaging the first and second cleat portions.
