To provide an end portion sealing member for a linear motion mechanism having good lubrication characteristics and a high degree of protection against dust. An end portion seal member capable of being attached at either end of slider in linear motion mechanism comprising rail and slider, wherein said end portion seal member has support frame body arranged at an outside circumference of said rail; base fabric portion, the back surface of which is secured to an inside circumferential surface of said support frame body; and cut pile that protrudes from a front surface of said base fabric portion; wherein fiber tip portions of said cut pile are bent and made to abut the rail in such fashion as to occlude a gap between said rail and said support frame body; and lubricant has been made to be retained in advance in spaces between pile fibers of said cut pile.

A lubricant supplying device has: a mounted member that is mounted to a moving member, which moves along a rail, and that is disposed with an interval between the mounted member and concave portions that are provided in the rail along a length direction of the rail; and a supply path unit that is removably attached to the mounted member, wherein the supply path unit has an introducing port into which a lubricant is supplied, supplying members that project out from the mounted member toward the concave portions and supply the lubricant to rolling surfaces of the concave portions on which rolling bodies that are provided at the moving member roll, and a tubular member that connects the introducing port and the supplying members, and the mounted member has an accommodating portion that is concave and accommodates the supply path unit from the length direction of the rail.

The base member is disposed on the elongated shaft member, and includes: an assembling surface and a plurality of assembling portions. The accommodating member is disposed on the base member and includes: a first engaging surface, a second engaging surface, and an accommodating groove for accommodating the electronic component. The first engaging surface has plural connecting portions for combining with the assembling portions. The second engaging surface has plural engaging grooves, the housing member is sleeved on the accommodating member, and includes a plurality of engaging protrusions for engaging with the plurality of engaging grooves.
Linear motion mechanism side seal unit and linear motion mechanism
Linear motion mechanism sealants capable of operating at low torque when engaging in linear motion which are capable of carrying out sealing with respect to fine particulate several μm in diameter, and which are side seal units for sealing gaps at a shaft provided at a front end portion and a back end portion of a slider of a linear motion mechanism equipped with said shaft and said slider which carries out reciprocating linear motion on said shaft, the linear motion mechanism side seal units 4 being characterized in that fibrous surfaces of seal members comprising fibrous material are arranged so as to be directed toward said shaft in such fashion as to abut and conform to the cross-sectional shape of said shaft at the front end portion and the back end portion of the slider.
Linear motion guide
The invention relates to a carriage of a linear motion guide for arranging on a rail of the linear motion guide, said carriage having an at least substantially U-shaped cross-section and having at least one substantially U-shaped base body (15) which is supplemented with plastic components, wherein the carriage, in both legs of the U-shape, is in each case connected to at least one self-contained rolling body housing (7) which is kept open towards the rail in order to guide as precisely as possible on the rail and nevertheless being easy to assemble. According to the invention, at least parts of inner and outer boundary surfaces of a return channel (10) and both deflection channels (11) of one of the rolling body housings in the respective leg are formed by means of a one-piece plastic component in both legs of the carriage.
LINEAR MOTION GUIDE
The invention relates to a carriage of a linear motion guide for arranging on a rail of the linear motion guide, said carriage having an at least substantially U-shaped cross-section and having at least one substantially U-shaped base body (15) which is supplemented with plastic components, wherein the carriage, in both legs of the U-shape, is in each case connected to at least one self-contained rolling body housing (7) which is kept open towards the rail in order to guide as precisely as possible on the rail and nevertheless being easy to assemble. According to the invention, at least parts of inner and outer boundary surfaces of a return channel (10) and both deflection channels (11) of one of the rolling body housings in the respective leg are formed by means of a one-piece plastic component in both legs of the carriage.

A linear motion guide unit has sleeves which form return passages and are formed of a high temperature resistant resin material which allows use in a high temperature environment. In the linear motion guide unit, spaces serving as grease pools are formed in the sleeves inserted into insertion holes of a carriage. The sleeves are formed of a thermoplastic resin whose heat distortion temperature is higher than 80° C. Each sleeve is formed by combining split circular members obtained by dividing a cylindrical member into two pieces along the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of grooves which become spaces are formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the sprit circular members through cutting orthogonal to a parting plane between the split circular members.

A linear motion guide unit has sleeves which form return passages and are formed of a high temperature resistant resin material which allows use in a high temperature environment.
