A pet training and location system including a collar configured to be affixed to a pet, the collar having a location determination mechanism; an audio transmitter configured to provide an audio stimulus; and a power source provided within collar operable to provide power to the audio transmitter, and the location determination mechanism. The system also includes a user platform configured to receive input from a user, the platform being operable to define at least one permitted zone where the pet is permitted to reside and at least one restricted zone where the pet is restricted from entering, wherein the collar is configured to provide at least one positive stimulus when the collar moves from the at least one restricted zone back into the at least one permitted zone.

System for providing a dynamic portable virtual boundary

A computerized system for a dynamic portable virtual boundary comprising: a server in communication with a tracking assembly having a server computer readable medium; a portable computer device in communication with the server having a display; a set of server computer readable instructions configured for receiving a boundary information from the portable computer device representing a physical boundary relative to a physical area, receiving a physical location from the tracking assembly, creating an action request according to the physical location and the boundary information, and transmitting the action request to the tracking assembly, and a set of tracking assembly computer readable instructions configured for determining the physical location of the tracking assembly relative to the boundary information, transmitting the physical location to the server, receiving the action request from the server and actuating a behavior action according to the action request.

AVATAR-ENFORCED SPATIAL BOUNDARY CONDITION
20170263032 · 2017-09-14 ·

A method, apparatus, and computer product for: determining that the location of a user satisfies at least one spatial boundary condition; and in response to said determination, causing the presentation of an avatar to the user, wherein the presentation of the avatar comprises presenting an instruction given by the avatar to the user.

Wireless location assisted zone guidance system incorporating shepherding of wayward dogs
11246291 · 2022-02-15 ·

An assisted guidance region has a plurality of zones, each with an associated set of characteristics used to provide behavioral guidance to an animal. Behavioral guidance is extended to a wayward dog who has moved outside of the assisted guidance region by providing stimuli to shepherd the dog back into a safe zone. Positive stimuli are provided when the dog is moving in a direction back towards the safe zone, by providing a safe zone or similar stimulus. Movement away from the safe zone will trigger the unit to deliver a non-aversive second alert zone stimulus. Movement that isn't getting closer or further away triggers a first alert zone stimulus. Calculation of relative movement direction with regard to the safe zone is preferably based upon a comparison of sequential data table position displacements from an approximate center of the safe zone or from a manually selected location.

LOCATION BASED WIRELESS PET CONTAINMENT SYSTEM USING SINGLE BASE UNIT
20220236367 · 2022-07-28 ·

A device is described herein comprising a base unit including at least three transceivers, wherein the at least three transceivers are communicatively coupled with at least one processor of the base unit. The at least one processor and the at least three transceivers are configured to determine locations of a transceiver remote to the base unit, wherein the location determinations comprise a series of transceiver locations along a boundary path, wherein the series of location determinations define a boundary region. The at least one processor determines locations using information of communications between the transceiver and the at least three transceivers and the relative positioning of the at least three transceivers.

Voice Command Pet Collar
20220201977 · 2022-06-30 ·

A voice command pet collar that is programmable with voice commands, audible alerts and vibrations designed to get the attention of a pet wearing the collar. The voice command collar resembles a regular pet collar but further includes a relatively small electronic unit having a microphone, GPS unit, wireless communication capabilities and additional features which may be useful in managing a pet or other animal. The voice command collar enables the pet owner to correct his or her pet's behavior using the plurality of prerecorded commands, and without the need to carry a separate remote control device to give electronic commands or other prompts to the pet. Additionally, the GPS feature of the voice command pet collar enables a pet owner to establish a perimeter around their home or other location, and ensure that the pet or other animal wearing the collar remains inside the established perimeter.

Location based wireless pet containment system using single base unit

A wireless animal location system is provided that identifies a location of a pet roaming within an environment using a single base unit. The wireless animal location system tracks and manages animal behavior in the environment using information of pet location.

System for monitoring and maintaining separation

A system for maintaining inter-object separation between different objects such as animals, machinery, or people, that uses distance signaling to provide and maintain separation via correction activities that may also be used to keep the first two objects at a prescribed distance from a third object.
