Lift fan clutch plate for protecting wear surfaces
A clutch for a lift fan comprising at least one output shaft lug key positioned in a keyway of at least two output clutch plates and extending axially from one to the other of the two output clutch plates. The output shaft lug key couples the rotation of the output clutch plates to the rotation an output shaft and allows axial movement of the two output clutch plates relative the output shaft lug key. The output shaft has an outer radial surface and an oppositely disposed inner radial surface, and the inner surface of the output shaft lug key extends radially to the seat of the keyway.
BRAKE DISK UNIT
In order to provide a brake disc unit the production and assembly of which is economically viable even with extreme mechanical and thermal load capacity, preferably without the application of intermediate elements, the disclosure proposes a brake disc unit with a friction ring and a friction ring carrier which are connected by means of a shaft-to-hub connection with an alignment gearing having a multitude of dogs, wherein the cross-section of the dogs provides a contour which, at least partly, runs along an extended trochoid.
SHAFT-HUB CONNECTION
For providing a shaft-hub connection which doesn't require additional transmission elements or intermediate elements, assures a better position of the load transfer angle and can be manufactured economically with the required quality and precision, the disclosure proposes a shaft-hub connection having an alignment gearing with a plurality of dogs, wherein the dogs comprise a contour in cross section, which runs, at least partially, along a prolonged trochoid.
DRIVE SHAFT CONNECTION
A shaft connection, e.g., for a motor vehicle driveline, comprises a metal shaft tube material and a metal connecting element. The connecting element comprises a connecting portion with an outer toothing which is pressed with a press fit into a connecting portion of the shaft tube so that an interlocking connection effective in the circumferential direction is formed for torque transmission, wherein the connecting element comprises a maximum outer diameter in the region of the outer toothing; wherein the shaft tube comprises an axial connecting region which is formed radially inwardly into a section of the connecting portion that is reduced relative to the outer toothing so that an interlocking axial connection effective in the axial direction is formed between the shaft tube and the connecting element for transmitting axial forces. A drive shaft can have such a shaft connection.
Lift fan clutch plate for preventing blade tilt
A clutch for a lift fan is configured such that in an engaged position, two output clutch plates are in frictional communication with input clutch plates and a load is transferred from an input shaft to an output shaft via the two output clutch plates, the input clutch plates and an output shaft lug key, and in a disengaged position each of the two output clutch plates are axially displaced from input clutch plate. A metallic clip is coupled to the outer periphery of the output clutch plate. The metallic clip defines a key way in the output clutch plate.
Lift fan clutch plate with improved axial positioning
A clutch for a lift fan with input and output shafts on a common rotational axis, connected by disc shaped output clutch plates oriented normal to the axis. A keyway extends radially inward from a mouth at an outer diameter of each output clutch plate to a seat at an inner diameter of the respective clutch plate. At least one output shaft lug key may be positioned in the keyway and extends axially from one output clutch plate to the other output clutch plate, which couples the rotation of the output clutch plates to the rotation the output shaft and allows axial movement of the two output clutch plates relative the output shaft lug key, the output shaft has an outer radial surface and an inner radial surface. At least one input clutch plate positioned axially between the two output clutch plates and rotationally fixed to the input shaft.
Control Tube Bearing Assembly
Disclosed herein is a control tube bearing assembly comprising in one example a main body having an outer surface, a longitudinal axis, a radial axis; and an actuator sleeve radially exterior of the main body longitudinally repositionable thereto. The actuator sleeve in use is grasped by a user and repositioned relative to the main body so as to actuate tape dispensing, mastic dispensing, creasing components, and/or tape cutting components or a taper as desired.
Lift fan clutch plate to reduce instability
A clutch for a lift fan comprises at least one output shaft lug key positioned in a keyway of at least two output clutch plates and extending axially from one to the other of the two output clutch plates. The output shaft lug key couples the rotation of the output clutch plates to the rotation an output shaft and allows axial movement of the two output clutch plates relative the output shaft lug key. The width of an inner surface of the output shaft lug key varies along the axial length as a function of the proximity to a home axial position of each of the output clutch plates when in the disengaged position.
Rotor, electric motor, method for producing a rotor and use of a rotor and electric motor
A rotor and a method of making such a rotor, wherein the rotor has a shaft, a longitudinal axis, and a rotor packet connected to the shaft at least in torsion-resistant manner. The rotor packet is assembled from individual sheet lamellae, wherein the rotor packet has an opening for receiving the shaft. The shaft is a hollow shaft with a wall, wherein the wall of the shaft has, on its side facing toward the opening, recesses extending in the longitudinal direction. An electric motor, in particular a synchronous or hybrid synchronous machine, including a rotor and a stator, has such a rotor. The recesses are produced by cutting methods, in particular milling, or reshaping methods, in particular pressing.
