Rotation locking device
A rotation locking device 4 has a locking gear 5; a reverse input blocking clutch having an input member 12 and an output member 13; and an engaging member 8, and switches between a first mode where an engaging claw portion 14 engages with an engaging concave portion 9 by the output member 13 rotating the engaging member 8 due to the input member 12 being rotationally driven, and rotation of the locking gear 5 is restricted, and a second mode where engagement between the engaging claw portion 14 and the engaging concave portion 9 is released and rotation of the locking gear 5 is allowed.
Anti-back drive components for a valve actuator assembly
Valve systems include a valve and a valve actuator assembly for operating the valve. The valve actuator assembly includes a drive device and a hand wheel assembly that can independently be used to cause movement of the valve. An anti-back drive component is coupled to the output of the drive device, the hand wheel assembly, or both. The anti-back drive component includes a locking device and an unlocking device, each with respective protrusions that cooperate to define cavities that house pairs of springs and rollers. The shape and orientation of the cavities allows for rotation of the rollers in the cavities and the anti-back drive component by rotating the unlocking device, while preventing rotation of the rollers and the anti-back drive component via rotation of the locking device to selectively prevent rotation of the output of the drive device, hand wheel assembly, or both.
A Clutch, Industrial Robot and the use thereof
A clutch comprising a hub and a cam connected to the hub, said cam comprising a ring-shaped part having grooves formed on a bottom surface of the ring-shaped part; a spring plate having recesses formed on a top surface of the spring plate; an output flange and a part of a roller bearing connected to each other, said output flange comprising a ring-shaped part configured to accommodate the spring plate, a plurality of transmission elements arranged in an angular direction between the spring plate and the cam; a plurality of springs arranged in the angular direction between the spring plate and the output flange; and a sliding bearing provided at an interface between the hub and the output flange, wherein the clutch is configured to be changed between first and second states. A high-speed industrial robot capable of moving on a plurality of axes, and use thereof.
Power transmission apparatus
A power transmission apparatus a centrifugal clutch including a holder and a press. The holder and the press are each circumferentially provided with protrusions fitted and attached to cut-outs of a clutch housing. The holder is an integrated assembly into which a mass that is being held is integrated. The integrated assembly and the press are non-connected separate components and are independently movable toward or away from each other.

POWER TRANSMISSION APPARATUS
In a power transmission apparatus, a centrifugal clutch includes a holder, a press, a first spherical 14bodv that is partially protruded from a first opening and in contact with a rolling contact surface of the press so as to be rollable thereon, and a second spherical body that is partially protruded from a second opening and in contact with a rolling contact surface of the holder so as to be rollable thereon. A through hole has a tapered shape from the first opening to the second opening. Disconnection of the first spherical body is prevented by an outer peripheral edge of one of the first opening and the second opening that has a smaller diameter.

Bidirectional torque limiter
A bidirectional torque limier, which allows setting a slip torque for a case of inputting rotation from a driving part to be smaller than a slip torque for a case of inputting rotation from a driven part. The force of an external coil spring (42) to clamp an outer race (8) is set smaller than the force of an internal coil spring (48) to clamp an inner race (10), so that the external coil spring (42) increases its diameter to slip with respect to the outer race (8) when a rotation torque is applied from the driving part, while the internal coil spring (48) increases its diameter to slip with respect to the inner race (10) when a rotation torque is applied from the driven part.
