BRAKING BAND OF A DISC FOR DISC BRAKE OF VENTILATED TYPE
A braking band of a disc brake disc of a ventilated type unusually capable of avoiding vibrations which induce annoying squeals during the braking action. The braking band having two plates joined by connecting elements. At least one of the connecting elements is a fin that has an extension along an outer circumferential width, and an extension along an inner circumferential width. A section taken along a section plane having a radial and circumferential direction, section made by passing through a mean air flow point which runs through a gap, where the outer circumferential width is greater than the inner circumferential width.
INTERNALLY VENTILATED ROTOR
An internally ventilated rotor, including at least two disc elements which are interconnected by at least one cooling element, the at least one cooling element having a textile fabric which extends from one disc element contact region of the cooling element, by which the cooling element is in contact with one disc element, as far as into another disc element contact region of the cooling element, by which the cooling element is in contact with another disc element.
HEAT SHIELD ASSEMBLY FOR WHEEL
A heat shield assembly for a vehicle wheel, comprising a single tubular heat shield panel or a plurality of heat sectional panel sections arranged to be connected to one another to form a tubular heat shield panel, the panel have an inner diameter surface and an outer diameter surface, the outer diameter surface arranged to be positioned, in use, adjacent to and spaced apart from an inner diameter surface of a wheel, and wherein the panel or each panel section is provided with one or more ridges extending in the circumferential direction, and wherein one or more wires is provided in one or more of the ridges.
HEAT SHIELD PANEL ATTACHMENT BRACKET
An attachment bracket for fastening a heat shield panel of a wheel assembly to a radially inner surface of a wheel, the bracket having an essentially Z-shaped structure comprising an attachment part defining two inner contact surfaces in a first plane each shaped to form, in use, a surface contact with the radially outer surface of the heat shield panel, and a wheel connector part defining an outer contact surface in a second plane arranged to form, in use, a surface contact with the wheel when the heat shield panel is located in position relative to the wheel, where the first and second planes are essentially parallel but spaced apart in the axial direction of the wheel, and a sloping connector part extending from the first plane to the second plane connecting a first end of the attachment part to a first end of the wheel connector part.

AIRCRAFT LANDING GEAR ARRANGEMENT
An aircraft landing gear arrangement (1, 101) on an aircraft, the arrangement including a wheel (2, 22), a brake (6) operable to inhibit rotation of the wheel, one or more fan blades (7a, 7b) rotatable to cool the brake, and a brushless DC motor (8) operable to rotate the one or more fan blades.
Wheel shield
A wheel shield includes a central disk having a central wheel hub opening surrounded by annularly spaced stud holes that correspond to a pattern presented by a vehicle. The central disk includes an outwardly open fastening surface such as a channel positioned around an outer diameter of the central disk. The wheel shield includes a radially-compressible ring such as radially extending filaments. The radially-compressible ring has an inner diameter attached in the outwardly open fastening surface of the central disk and sized to engagingly contact an inner diameter of a vehicle wheel rim to restrict movement of brake dust to an exposed outer surface of the vehicle wheel rim while still allowing for the movement of air for cooling.

BRAKE DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE, AND VEHICLE WITH BRAKE DEVICE
A brake device for a vehicle with at least one wheel, wherein the wheel defines a rotational axis, with a brake body device for the transmission of a brake force to the wheel, with a concentric brake cylinder for the generation of the brake force. The brake cylinder has an inner housing part for radial support on a wheel axle of the wheel and an outer housing part for axial support on the brake body device. The two housing parts can be moved relative to one another, and a pressure chamber which runs around the rotational axis is formed between the two housing parts. The brake device has an insulation device for the thermal insulation of the brake body device in the direction of the brake cylinder. The insulation device is arranged at least axially between the outer housing part and the brake body device.
