Vehicle shock absorber capable of generating electricity
The disclosure relates to the field of vehicle energy recovery devices, and particularly discloses a vehicle shock absorber capable of generating electricity which includes a shock absorber body, a piston rod and a bearing spring. The shock absorber body includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and an oil storage chamber communicated with an inner cavity of the inner cylinder is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. Both ends of the bearing spring are respectively connected to an upper end of the piston rod and the outer cylinder. A bottom end of the piston rod is connected to a piston in sliding fit with the inner cylinder, and a coil is sealedly disposed in the piston. Opposite sides inside the oil storage chamber are each provided with a permanent magnet with an opposite magnetic pole, and the coil is connected to an electrode lead.
Valve and shock absorber
A damping valve includes: a ring-shaped leaf valve having either one of an outer circumference and an inner circumference as a free end, the free end being allowed to be deflected toward both sides in the axial direction; a ring-shaped opposing portion that opposes the free end of the leaf valve with a gap; a first sub leaf valve stacked on one side of the leaf valve in the axial direction; and a first passage formed in the leaf valve so as to extend in parallel with the gap, the first passage being configured to be opened when the leaf valve is deflected in the direction away from the first sub leaf valve.
DAMPING FORCE VARIABLE VALVE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a damping force variable valve assembly capable of improving linearity of a damping force through pressure control by being provided as a poppet type built in a shock absorber and by improving the responsiveness so that a check valve responds and opens quickly by a minimum load.
Valve seat member, valve, and shock absorber
A valve seat member is provided with: a first seat arranged so as to be spaced apart from an opening of a port; a second seat connected to the first seat at both ends so as to surround the opening of the port; an island portion arranged on the first seat side of the opening of the port in a region surrounded by the first seat and the second seat such that a hollow space is formed between the island portion and the first seat; and a passage configured to extend through the island portion to allow communication between the port and the hollow space.
DEVICE FOR STABILIZING MOVEMENTS OF TWO PARTS OF A BODY REGION AND/OR OF A SPORTS DEVICE
An apparatus for stabilizing movements of two parts of a body region and/or of a sports device which are movable relative to one another, comprising a receptacle, which can be fixed to a first part of the region and/or device. An active body arrangement with an active body is received movably in the receptacle and can interact with the filling medium. A force transmission body can be fixed to a second part of the same region and/or device for transmitting an external force to the active body. The active body comprises at least one through-opening through which a filling medium in the receptacle can flow. The active body arrangement has a sealing lip for sealing a gap between an inner side of the receptacle and a lateral region of an outer side of the active body arrangement, the sealing lip being arranged on an outer side of the active body.
WAVE ENERGY CONVERTER AND BUOY
A buoy, preferably for a wave energy converter system, comprises a central portion; and one or a plurality of buoyancy blocks connected, directly or indirectly, to the central portion. By providing the central portion with a bell mouth opening and attachment means for a wire or rope, a buoy with improved characteristics is provided.
DILATANT FLUID BASED OBJECT MOVEMENT CONTROL MECHANISM
A method for execution by a computing entity includes interpreting a magnetic response from a set of magnetic field sensors to produce a piston velocity and a piston position of a piston associated with a head unit device. The head unit device includes a chamber filled with a shear thickening fluid (STF) that includes a multitude of magnetic nanoparticles. The method further includes determining a shear force based on the piston velocity and the piston position. The method further includes determining a desired response for the STF based on the shear force, the piston velocity, and the piston position. The method further includes generating a magnetic activation based on the desired response for the STF and outputting the magnetic activation to a set of magnetic field emitters positioned proximal to the chamber.
Hydraulic Shock Absorber
A hydraulic shock absorber including a housing and an absorber unit. The absorber unit is movable relative to the housing in the axis direction of an absorber unit middle axis A-A and includes a piston which is arranged on a piston rod and which subdivides the housing into a first and a second working space which is filled with damping fluid.
HYDRAULIC DAMPER
A hydraulic damper includes: a cylinder extending from one side to the other side and containing liquid; a rod configured to move relative to the cylinder; a first piston configured to move relative to the cylinder inside the cylinder along with relative movement of the rod and generate damping force; a first elastic member inside the cylinder and configured to be displaced along with relative movement of the rod; a second elastic member separate from the first elastic member inside the cylinder and configured to be displaced along with relative movement of the rod; and a second piston separate from the first piston and configured to move relative to the cylinder inside the cylinder, to be always supported by the first and second elastic members so as to be movable inside the cylinder, and to generate damping force that varies according to displacement of the first and second elastic members.
BYPASS PORT PISTON
Described herein is a bypass port piston comprising: a main damping piston, wherein the main damping piston has a plurality of standard ports, wherein the main damping piston has at least one bypass port, face shims disposed on at least one side of the main damping piston such that fluid flow through the plurality of standard ports is restricted, at least one check spring coupled to the main damping piston, at least one check shim disposed to cover the at least one bypass port and coupled to the at least one check spring, wherein the at least one check spring keeps the at least one check shim in an open position, and a position sensitive spring disposed to close the check shim as the main damping piston is pressed against the position sensitive spring.
