INDUSTRIAL TRUCK COMPRISING A DEVICE FOR REDUCING VIBRATIONS
The invention relates to an industrial truck comprising a mast (8), a load-carrying apparatus (36), which can be moved upwards and downwards thereon and which has at least one load-receiving means for receiving a load that is to be transported, and a support structure (24) connecting the load-receiving means to the mast (8), the load receiving means having a load-carrying arrangement (41) connected to the support structure (24), and a device for reducing vibrations, characterised in that the device for reducing vibrations has at least one load support (50), which covers the load-carrying arrangement (41) at the top at least in regions, on which support a load received by the load-carrying apparatus (36) can be supported and which support is provided so as to be movable to a limited extent on the load-carrying arrangement (41) such that it can perform vibration-reducing movements relative to the load-carrying arrangement (41).
Vehicle suspension with adjustment of vibration damping force
A device for connecting the elastic elements and dissipaters of variable type of a mechanical suspension interposed between two vibrating or tilting mechanical systems, the source body and the receiving body, respectively, in order to reduce the forces acting on the receiving body, and/or the displacement thereof, and/or the speed thereof, or combinations of the previous physical magnitudes and/or of any other ones, which are produced on the receiving body due to the motion or forces to which the source is subjected. The device consists of elastic elements, such as metal components or compressed gases, energy dissipating elements, either by means of friction between fluid and solid, and between solid and solid, or by means of suitable electromagnetic couplings the damping ability of which can be automatically varied by a suitable control system according to the operating conditions of the suspension; elements forming the kinematic connection structure between the elastic elements, damping elements, source and receiving bodies, such connections being solid or fluid or electromagnetic connections.
ACTIVE ENGINE MOUNT HAVING VENT HOLE
Provided is an active engine mount having a vent hole that includes a damper assembly including an exciter. The damper assembly in the active engine mount which controls pressure of a main chamber as the exciter is excited has a vent hole that enables communication from a lower part of the exciter to the outside formed thereon such that air inside the damper assembly can be discharged to the outside.
Arrangement for and a method of maintaining the alignment of an internal combustion engine, and a method of aligning an internal combustion engine and maintaining its alignment
An arrangement and method for maintaining an alignment of an internal combustion engine by utilizing an arrangement includes a number of fluid springs by means of which the engine is mounted on a foundation thereof, control valves arranged in communication with each fluid spring, at least three position sensors in communication with the engine, and an electronic control unit. The electric control unit is provided with preset engine position values. The method includes collecting engine position information to the electric control unit, comparing the position information to preset position values, determining, if the position information differs from the preset position values, such control valves that need to be operated, calculating the corrective measures, and giving corrective instructions to the control valves.
