Working Height Adjustment Device of Processing Machine
A working height adjustment device of a processing machine includes a retaining frame, a slide seat, and a lever having a connecting rod pivoted between the retaining frame and the slide seat. An adjustment seat of the slide seat has an accommodation hole. The accommodation hole is provided with an elastic member, a movable member, and an eccentric rod. The movable member has an engaging hole. The engaging hole has a diameter greater than that of a micro adjustment screw rod. The engaging hole has a toothed portion. Thereby, the eccentric rod is turned to push or release the movable member for the toothed portion of the engaging hole to engage with or disengage from a threaded section of the micro adjustment screw rod, such that the micro adjustment screw rod is tuned or the lever is pulled up and down to adjust the cutter seat quickly.
Accessory mounts for tensioning systems
A tensioning system includes a drive assembly, an accessory mount coupled with the drive assembly, and an accessory system coupled with the accessory mount. The accessory mount is arranged to apply tension to at least one of the drive assembly and the accessory system.
TENSIONING APPARATUS
Tensioning apparatus (10, 30, 130) for applying a required tension to a line means (12, 32, 132). A body (14, 34, 134) is provided which provides first (26, 50, 150), second (20, 60, 160) and third (28, 52, 152) parts with contact surfaces engagable with the line means so as to urge the line means from a straight alignment to provide a required tension therein. The second part (60, 62) may be adjustably movable relative to the first (50, 150) and third (52, 152) parts.
Manual window treatment having a floating chain tensioner
A manual drive assembly for a manually-operated window treatment based on a drive chain formed as a loop, may incorporate one or more intermediate tensioners disposed between two ends of the loop. The loop may be formed between a manual clutch mechanism coupled to the window treatment and an end tensioner. The one or more intermediate tensioners may serve to limit slack in the loop such that sides of the loop cannot be pulled to create a large loop, for example, having a gap of four inches or greater, between the hanging sides of the cord.
VALVULAR PATHS
A product for applying tension is disclosed. A block may have a first passage opening into the block. A body may have a first manifold and may be positioned against the block so that the first passage is open to the first manifold. The body may have a flow path for providing fluid from the first manifold to a second manifold and there through to a pressure chamber. The flow path may include a series of channels and may be configured to allow substantially unimpeded flow from the first manifold to the second manifold, and to impede flow from the second manifold to the first manifold. The flow path may be free of movable components.
TENSIONING DEVICE HAVING A TRANSPORT SECURING CONCEPT
A tensioning device (1) for tensioning a traction mechanism of a traction mechanism drive, including a housing (2), a piston (3) that is mounted such that the piston can be displaced in an axial direction inside the housing (2), and a transport securing element (4), which in at least one transport position of the tensioning device (1) is arranged in the housing (2) transversely to the piston (3) and in abutment with the piston (3) such that a displacement of the piston (3) in at least one first axial direction is blocked. The transport securing element (4) is provided with a support portion (5), wherein in the transport position at least one first web area (6) of the support portion (5) is in abutment with one end face (7) of the piston (3), and an additional web area (8) of the support portion (5) extending in an axial direction away from the first web area (6) is supported in the housing (2), at least in a radial direction.
The one or more intermediate tensioners may serveto limit slack in the loop such that sides of the loop cannot be pulled to create a large loop, for example, having a gap of four inches or greater, between the hanging sides of the cord.
TENSIONING DEVICE FOR A DRIVE TRAIN
A tensioning device for a door operating system includes a pulley carriage on which a pulley of the door operating system is mounted for rotation, the pulley carriage being movable relative to a track of the door operating system. The tensioning device further includes an adjuster configured to move the pulley carriage relative to the track and thereby alter a level of tension in a longitudinal drive component of the door operating system, the adjuster of the tensioning device being accessible from an end of the tensioning device facing a track operator end of the door operating system. The tensioning device also includes a resilient member operatively engaged with the adjuster, the resilient member configured to provide damping of forces experienced by the longitudinal drive component.
BELT DRIVE AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A belt drive system includes a drive sheave and a driven sheave. A drive motor turns the drive sheave when the drive motor is activated. A drive belt is connected to the drive sheave and the driven sheave so that the driven sheave is turned when the drive motor is activated. The drive motor is mounted upon a shuttle and the shuttle is slidingly mounted on a base. A drive system moves the shuttle when the adjustment motor is activated so that a position of the drive sheave relative to the driven sheave may be adjusted so as to increase a tension in the drive belt. A controller activates the adjustment motor when slippage of the drive belt on either the drive sheave or the driven sheave is detected.
SHEAVE OR SPROCKET TENSION ADJUSTMENT AND ALIGNMENT TOOL
A sheave/sprocket tension adjustment and alignment tool (STAT) for adjusting alignment between a sheave/sprocket of a motor and a sheave/sprocket of an application machine includes a plate, a securing unit, and an adjusting unit. The plate has a first side and a second side, each of which is an opposite side of a plane of the plate. The securing unit is coupled to the first side of the plate and is configured to protrude in a first direction from the first side of the plate. The adjusting unit is coupled to a second side of the plate. The adjusting unit includes an adjustable protrusion that is configured to adjustably protrude in a second direction, which is substantially parallel to the plane of the plate.
