Control system for oil supply mechanism
A control system for an oil supply mechanism includes an oil pump, a hydraulic pressure sensor, a drive shaft, a pump pulley, a toothed belt, and an output shaft. An electronic control unit included by the control system detects an abnormality of the toothed belt based on a comparison result between an actual value and a theoretical value that are frequencies of pressure pulsations of oil. The actual value is a value calculated based on time fluctuations of a hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensor. The theoretical value is a value calculated based on a rotational speed of the output shaft and the number of teeth of an inner rotor.
Arrangement for Construction of Wing Drum
A rotatable industrial drum includes a rotatable drum with an outer peripheral surface, a plurality of elongated retention devices disposed parallel to one another along and secured to the outer peripheral surface, and a plurality of elongated wing assemblies disposed adjacent and retained by the retention devices. Each retention device includes at least one retention flange spaced from the outer peripheral surface of the drum and defining an elongated axially-extending retention chamber along a side of the respective elongated retention device. The elongated wing assembles includes an enlarged base from which a wing extends in a generally radial direction from the drum, the enlarged base extending laterally outward from either side of the wing being disposed within and between the elongated axially-extending retention chambers of at least two of the plurality of elongated retention devices disposed along either side of a respective elongated wing assembly.
TOOTHED PULLEY
A toothed pulley P is made with a thermoplastic resin and includes a pulley body with an outer circumference along which teeth are arranged at a constant pitch. The pulley body is made of a resin composition containing a copolymer of nylon 6T and nylon 11 and glass fibers with a flat cross section.

Non-metallic belt-driven crosshead drive system for hydraulic decoking
An apparatus for raising and lowering a cutting tool within a decoking drum, a decoking system and a method of raising and lowering a decoking system cutting tool. Instead of using metallic ropes, chains, or a self-propelled gear-based approach, non-metallic belts are secured at respective ends to a crosshead and one or more counterweights to enable vertical movement of the crosshead that in turn permits vertical movement of the cutting tool throughout the height of the drum. A motorized pulley system controls the movement of the belt, and preferably avoids having the motor be carried by the crosshead. The belts on each pulley are preferably arranged as cooperative sets so that within each set, both primary load belts and secondary load belts are present. Enhanced engagement between at least the primary load belts and the pulleys promotes greater load-bearing capability, while the secondary load belts are sufficiently strong to ensure positional stability of the crosshead and decoking tool upon damage to or failure of one or more of the primary load belts.
Uni-drive pulley
An improved rear pulley for a rear wheel vehicle having a flexible drive belt. The improved rear pulley has a pulley ring that includes pulley teeth for gripping the flexible drive belt, and a pulley ring wall that extends inwardly from the pulley ring. The pulley ring contains sides for maintain the flexible drive belt on the pulley teeth. The improved rear pulley has an outer hub that has an exterior and an interior outer hub surface. The interior outer hub surface has a first, a second and a third interior outer hub face. The exterior outer hub surface has an outer hub wall that extends outwardly. The improved rear pulley has an inner hub that includes an exterior and an interior inner hub surface. The improved rear pulley has bearings and a sprag clutch for allowing rotation and directional rotation, respectively, of the outer hub about the inner hub.
TRANSMISSION GEAR AND DECELERATION MECHANISM COMPRISING THE SAME
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a transmission gear and a deceleration mechanism including the same. The transmission gear includes a metal ring; and a plastic gear member integral with the metal ring by injection molding, the metal ring is coaxially wrapped in the plastic gear member and provided with a locating portion for locating the metal ring in an injection mold, the plastic gear member having an outer circumference that is tooth-shaped, and the plastic gear member being formed with an input hole thereon through which an input shaft passes, an outer ring surface of the metal ring being adjacent to the outer circumference, and an inner ring surface of the metal ring having a diameter greater than or equal to that of the input hole. Since almost no shrinkage occurs to the plastic gear member during injection molding, such a transmission gear has good dimensional accuracy, strength and rigidity.
Steering system
A steering system with a reduced number of parts is provided. A driven pulley has a radially outer portion, a radially inner portion, and a connection portion that connects the radially outer portion and the radially inner portion to each other. The radially inner portion is provided with a plurality of slits at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. A plurality of retention portions are provided at portions of the radially inner portion between the slits. Lug portions are provided on the inner surface of the distal ends of the retention portions. A groove is provided in the outer peripheral surface of a ball screw nut. The lug portions of the retention portions are fitted with the groove of the ball screw nut.
SYNCHRONOUS SPROCKET PROFILE FOR NON-METAL SPROCKETS
A high torque sprocket includes a body formed of a castable polymer material defining an outer periphery and a recessed hub section defining an inner surface for engaging a bushing having a smooth circular outer surface and at least one threaded port for securing with the high torque sprocket. A continuous toothed structure is disposed on the outer periphery of the body, which has a circular pitch. A textile reinforcement may be embedded in the body adjacent the inner surface of the hub section. The hub section inner surface is of a tapered shape and adapted to engage a conventional QD bushing or a taper-lock bushing. The continuous toothed structure may have a plurality of S-shaped grooves for engaging a belt and having a groove width, and the ratio of the groove width to the circular pitch may be 0.65 or less, or even a value selected from the range of 0.50 to 0.65.
