An annular valve seat for a high pressure gate valve. The valve seat is configured to be received in a seat pocket and includes a gate end facing a gate and a body end. The width of the valve seat gradually narrows from the gate end to the body end. The gradually narrowing width of the valve seat improves the seal and reduces debris intrusion between the valve seat and the seat pocket.

Fast blind plate switching device

A fast blind plate switching device, comprising a sealing structure, a clamping structure, a support structure and an execution mechanism. The blind plate has an open-state structure and a blind-state structure. The support structure is used for connecting pipelines at two sides and providing support for the whole device. The clamping structure and the sealing structure are located inside the support structure. The clamping structure is driven by the execution mechanism, and under the drive of the execution mechanism, the clamping structure presses on the blind plate (1) to eliminate a gap between two sides of the blind plate, so that a seal is formed by means of the sealing structure. When a gap is formed away from the blind plate (1), the open/blind state of the blind plate (1) is switched.

Fast blind plate switching device

A fast blind plate switching device, comprising a sealing structure, a clamping structure, a support structure and an execution mechanism. The blind plate has an open-state structure and a blind-state structure. The support structure is used for connecting pipelines at two sides and providing support for the whole device. The clamping structure and the sealing structure are located inside the support structure. The clamping structure is driven by the execution mechanism, and under the drive of the execution mechanism, the clamping structure presses on the blind plate (1) to eliminate a gap between two sides of the blind plate, so that a seal is formed by means of the sealing structure. When a gap is formed away from the blind plate (1), the open/blind state of the blind plate (1) is switched.

A valve system having a vacuum valve and a regulating unit is disclosed. The vacuum valve has a valve seat including a valve opening, a first seal surface, and a valve closure for closing the valve opening using a second seal surface. A drive unit coupled to the valve closure is designed to be adjusted to provide respective valve opening states. The regulating unit adjusts the valve opening state by actuating the drive unit based on a currently determined regulating variable and a target variable. The regulating unit has a checking function configured such that a series of states of the valve closure are detected as park of the regulating process, and the states are stored as current regulating data. The current regulating data is compared with specified target regulating data and process information is generated based on the comparison of the current and the target regulating data.

System and method for valve seat arrangements

A valve assembly includes a valve body and a valve member extending through at least a portion of the valve body. The valve assembly also includes a seat pocket forming an annular recess in the valve body and a seat arrangement positioned at least partially within the seat pocket. The seat arrangement includes a lower seat extending radially inward from the annular recess toward the valve cavity axis. The seat arrangement also includes an upper seat at least partially overlapping the lower seat, the upper seat extending radially inward toward the valve cavity axis to contact the valve member along a seat face. The seat arrangement further includes an interface seal positioned along an interface between the upper seat and the lower seat, the interface seal receiving a fluid pressure to drive the lower seat radially outward and into the annular recess.

System and method for valve seat arrangements

A valve assembly includes a valve body and a valve member extending through at least a portion of the valve body. The valve assembly also includes a seat pocket forming an annular recess in the valve body and a seat arrangement positioned at least partially within the seat pocket. The seat arrangement includes a lower seat extending radially inward from the annular recess toward the valve cavity axis.
