VALVE SEALING DEVICE FOR A TILTING-ARMATURE VALVE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A VALVE SEALING DEVICE FOR A TILTING-ARMATURE VALVE
A valve sealing device for a tilting-armature valve, including: a sealing body having a first surface configured to close in a fluid-tight fashion a valve seat and/or an opening in a valve; and a retaining body which is arranged on a surface of the sealing body which is opposite the first surface, and is configured to secure the valve sealing device in and/or on a cutout in a valve, in particular in a cutout in a tilting armature of a tilting-armature valve, in particular in which the sealing body and/or the retaining body is essentially cylindrical in shape. A related method to make the valve sealing device and a tilting-armature valve that includes the valve sealing device are also described.
Sealing High Pressure Flow Devices
Apparatus and method contemplating a high pressure fluid end assembly having a body defining a body bore and defining a recess in the body intersecting the body bore. A closure is joined to the body and forms a sealing surface. A seal is mounted to the body in the recess and configured to extend from the recess beyond the body bore to seal against the sealing surface formed by the closure.
VALVE SYSTEM
A valve system comprising a valve chamber at a junction of an inlet port, an outlet port and a bypass port, the inlet port configured for fluid communication with exhaust gas, the outlet port configured for fluid communication with an inlet of a turbine, and the bypass port configured for fluid communication with an exhaust aftertreatment device; a rotary valve comprising a valve rotor which rotates about a valve axis within the valve chamber between a first position to permit gas flow through the bypass port and a second position to block gas flow. At least one of the valve rotor and the valve chamber comprises a protrusion and the other comprises a recess, wherein, in the first position, the protrusion and recess are spaced from one another, and, in the second position the recess receives the protrusion such that gas flow between the protrusion and recess is substantially prevented.
Valve
A turbine bypass valve comprising: a casing defining first and second casing ports; and a valve cartridge mounted to the casing; wherein the valve cartridge comprises: first and second valve ports; and a valve member, the valve member being movable between a first position in which there is a flow path between the first and second valve ports, and a second position in which the valve member substantially blocks said flow path between the first and second valve ports; and wherein the valve cartridge is mounted to the casing such that the first valve port is aligned with the first casing port, and the second valve port is aligned with the second casing port.
METHOD AND APPARATUS INSTALLING AND REMOVING A PLUG RETAINER
Aspects of the disclosure provide for a method and apparatus for installing and removing a plug retainer that may be used in a fluid end hydraulic system.
Variable control orifice valve
An apparatus for controlling flow through a flow body comprising an intake opening and an output opening in the flow body, a cavity with a first cross-sectional shape and an opening, a diaphragm or a bellows, wherein the diaphragm or the bellows seals the opening of the cavity and the diaphragm or the bellows includes a hole, a plunger with the cross-sectional shape corresponding to the cavity, wherein the plunger is longitudinally movable within the cavity and a plunger portion forms an orifice with cavity portion, and a rod coupled with the plunger for facilitating the longitudinal movement of the plunger, wherein the rod comprises a rod cross section that corresponds to the hole in the diaphragm or the bellows.
Valve position indicators
A rotational valve includes a valve closure element, a shaft, at least one detection element, at least one detection engagement means, at least one first stop and at least one second stop. The shaft is linked to the valve closure element and the shaft can rotate between a closed position and a fully open position. Each detection element comprises an aperture and an indicator element, the shaft extends through the aperture of at least one detection element, and each detection element is in sliding engagement with the shaft. The shaft can rotate relative to the detection element, each indicator element can move between a first and a second indicator position, each indicator element abuts a first stop when in the first indicator position and abuts a second stop when in the second indicator position.
Angle valve structure
An angle valve structure includes an angle valve body. The angle valve body is provided with a water inlet channel, a water outlet channel and an accommodation cavity. The accommodation cavity is rotationally provided with a valve core. One end of the valve core exposed outside the accommodation cavity is fixedly connected with a knob. The valve core is provided with a sealing block for sealing the water outlet channel when sealing. The valve core includes a main body part and an elastic arm whose one end is connected with the main body part. One side of the main body part is provided with a mounting slot for placing the sealing block, one side of the elastic arm is provided with an extrusion portion, and the other side of the elastic arm is provided with a contact portion against the sealing block after assembly.
REPLACEABLE BODY SAVER
A high pressure valve includes a valve body having a surface defining a corresponding portion of a conduit and a pocket. A removable insert is removably inserted into the pocket of the valve body and has surface defining a corresponding portion of the conduit. A seal insert is spaced from the valve body by the removable insert and has an interface with the removable insert. A moving member interfaces with the seal insert for selectively closing the conduit, the interface between the seal insert and the removable insert allows play between the seal insert and the removable insert in response to movement of the moving member.
