SOLENOID VALVE WITH NON-SLIDING PLUNGER ASSEMBLY
A solenoid valve including a non-sliding plunger assembly. The solenoid valve disclosed herein generally includes a plunger assembly that is moveably suspended within an internal chamber of a housing of the solenoid valve away from any sliding contact with adjacent surfaces. The plunger assembly may not be in sliding contact with any of the adjacent surfaces, and thus a radial gap may be defined between the plunger assembly and all non-moving, non-flexing features and surfaces of the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve may include a flexural washer that is resiliently flexible and is configured to enable selective axial movement of the plunger assembly in response to energizing the solenoid coil. In various embodiments, the flexural washer is configured to moveably suspend the plunger assembly within the internal chamber away from any sliding contact with adjacent surfaces.
VALVE DEVICE
A valve device includes an operating unit, a first pushing member, a plate-like member, a second pushing member, and a valve. The plate-like member includes a plurality of the moment arms arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. A force point of each of the plurality of the moment arms is pushed by a front end of the first pushing member. The second pushing member has an acted surface receiving a force from an action point of each of the plurality of the moment arms. The plurality of the moment arms are integrally connected by an annular frame portion of the plate-like member where the fulcrum is disposed.
Adjustable spool valve for a digital valve controller
A spool valve includes a sleeve with multiple axial ports positioned over the length of the sleeve and an adjustable spool component that couples neighboring ones of the sleeve's ports based on a position of the spool component within the sleeve. The adjustable spool component includes multiple sub-components having positions that are adjustable relative to each other such that the dimensions of the spool component can be tailored to precisely match the corresponding sleeve.
HYDRAULIC VALVE
A hydraulic valve includes a valve housing, a valve cone, a spring housing, a check valve, a first hydraulic connection and a second hydraulic connection. The valve housing has a valve seat and the valve cone is movable in the valve housing between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the valve cone is in contact with the valve seat and blocks a first flow path between the first and the second hydraulic connection. In the open position, the valve cone is lifted off the valve seat and the first flow path is opened. A spring element is disposed in the spring housing, which biases the valve cone into the closed position. The check valve is disposed in the valve cone and opens a second flow path from the second hydraulic connection to the first hydraulic connection when pressure is applied to the second hydraulic connection.
HYDRAULIC CHECK VALVE UTILIZING AN ORTHO-PLANAR SPRING
An orthoplanar spring for a hydraulic tensioner which has a flat, closed position, in which a flat center portion of the orthoplanar spring seals the inlet hole between the oil supply and the high pressure chamber of the tensioner and an open deformed position in which the flat center portion of the orthoplanar spring moves a distance to unseal the inlet hole such that fluid flows from the inlet supply through the openings in the orthoplanar spring and around the flat center portion to the high pressure chamber.
Check valve
A check valve includes a valve element and a valve body having a body housing, an annular valve seat insert, a bushing, and a biasing member. The body housing includes an outer circumferential wall extending between an inlet port and an outlet port to define a valve cavity therebetween. The valve seat insert is seated in a body seat surface surrounding the inlet port. The bushing is disposed in the valve cavity and defines a central bore, with the bushing including an outboard end surface axially engageable with the valve seat insert. The biasing member is disposed between a bearing portion of the body housing and an inboard end of the bushing to allow for axial movement of the bushing with respect to the body seat surface. The valve element extends through the bushing central bore and is movable between a closed position and an open position.
BIDIRECTIONAL ONE PIECE METAL SEAT FOR BALL VALVE
The disclosure relates a metal seat for a ball valve, having a seating segment of the metal seat; a curved seating surface defined on the seating segment, wherein the curved seating surface is complementary to an outer surface of a ball of the ball valve; a primary spring unitary with the seating segment and the curved seating surface; and a base unitary with the primary spring, the seating segment, and the curved seating surface.
Fluid valve
A fluid valve having a magnetic drive unit for a valve closing body is provided. The drive unit can include a core, a coil partially surrounding the core, and an armature movable by the energization of the coil and the resulting magnetic force, wherein a bearing portion can be provided at the armature, which bearing portion comprises a bearing area, by which the armature is pivotably mounted on a main body of the drive unit.
Valve
A valve (1) with a valve housing (2) and valve openings (3), and with a closing element (5) and at least one valve drive (6). The valve also has two mutually opposite flanges (9, 10) each having a passage opening (11). The flanges can be moved towards and away from one another by the valve drive and are force-coupled to the closing element with respect to the movements of the closing element and in the fully opened position of the closing element are pressed against the wall regions (4) of the valve housing and thus the passage openings of the flanges connect the valve openings together. The two flanges (9, 10) each include a sequence of fingers (12) and recesses (13) arranged in between, and the fingers surround the passage openings and the fingers of the one flange engage in the respective recesses of the other flange.
ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR
An electromagnetic-actuator having a coil-assembly (CA) with a coil-core (CC) and a coil arranged about the CC circumference and a movable-magnetic-armature-body (MMAB) as a movable-actuator-element (MAE) which is movable by a magnetic-field generated by the CA, the AB being mounted by a bearing-assembly (BA) and movable from a first/second position. The BA has depressions in a first-bearing-section formed on the AB, the depressions being integrated into the AB and being formed in the shape of depressions mutually spaced in the direction of a bearing-axis (BA) of the AB and have an at least partly cylindrical bowl-like shape, and elevations in a second bearing-section formed on the actuator on the CA side, the elevations being formed in the shape elevations which are mutually spaced in the direction of the BA of the AB and have an at least partly cylindrical shape and each of which engages into one of the depressions.
