Strain relief for quick assembly for a cable carrier

A tension relief for a cable carrier. A multi-part holding frame comprising bars which are connected by side parts holds block-like spacers, between which a plurality of lines, such as cables, hoses or the like, are laid. In order to exert a clamping force by the holding frame on the spacers for the purpose of strain relief, a quickly closable device is provided. A quick release clamp can be provided, which in the closed position clamps the side parts and/or the bars to one another. According to the invention, the two side parts are mounted pivotably on the lower strip and are fastened releasably to the first bar, for example by screws or the quick release clamp. Each side part can thus be pivoted from the closed position into an open position and vice versa in order to release and clamp the lines respectively.

Integrated joining system in tubular fluid distribution elements includes a tubular element having a first enlarged cup-shaped end and a second opposite end with a radial protuberance, the first end equipped with a flange having an external concentric edge and an inside cavity capable of receiving and retaining an elastomeric gasket, the first end having a concentric radial groove adjacent to the edge, and having an end edge protruding from the tubular element, the assembly of the tubular elements occurs by inserting the second end of a tubular element inside the cup-shaped end of a similar tubular element up to a shoulder of the cup-shaped end with the edge of the second end having passed the gasket, a junction block including two semicircles placed around the tubular element at this concentric edge and end edge which, by tightening by clamping elements, crimps the two tubular elements.

SECURING DEVICE FOR A FERRULE CLAMP
20230061560 · 2023-03-02 ·

A securing device for securing a wing nut type ferrule clamp installed on a ferrule, the securing device has a top and a hollow body that extends downwards from a periphery of the top. The hollow body has a front face and a rear face, the front face has an elongated hole configured to receive one end of the wing nut. A first cutout in the front face extends from the bottom of the hollow body and below the elongated hole. The first cutout has a width more than the width of the ferrule clamp. The rear face of the hollow body has a second cutout to receive an opposite end of the wing nut. Two flanges extend from opposite edges of the second cutout, wherein each of the two flanges has a hole. A shackle can pass through the two holes and limits the movement of the wing nut.

ANTI-KINKING DEVICE

Kinking of tubing can be prevented by use of a device comprising a first clamp, a second clamp, a first rod and a second rod. The first clamp and the second clamp carry the first rod and the second rod to form a frame, and the flexible tubing is secured to the first clamp and the second clamp. The device can be easily moved and adjusted by a user. The device can be attached to any location along the tubing and allow the tubing to bend past 90 degrees without kinking. Multiple devices can be used in series to route tubing in desired route without it kinking

TUBING SUPPORT DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

A tubing support device for tubing of a drug manufacturing system. The tubing support device has a body having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of projections. The plurality of projections include a first projection disposed at the first end and a second projection disposed at the second end. Each of the first and second projections includes an aperture adapted to receive a fastener. A bore extends from the first end to the second end of the body, and the bore is adapted to receive welded tubing such that the body reinforces the tubing, allowing the tubing to contain fluids at high pressures and/or preventing kinking in the tubing.

A management device simultaneously clamps both the power cord and the vacuum tube of a floor preparation machine to appropriately direct the power cord and vacuum tube and protect from damage the power cord, vacuum tube cord plug and machine socket associated with the power cord and fitting associated with the vacuum tube.

Field Joint Arrangement for a Pipeline and Protecting Method Thereof

A method protects a field joint of a pipeline, where chamfered edges of thermally-insulating parent coatings on conjoined pipe lengths are in mutual opposition about a longitudinally-extending gap. The method includes manufacturing an hourglass-shaped inner layer around the pipe lengths, which layer may be moulded. The inner layer extends longitudinally along the gap between the chamfered edges and at least partially overlies the chamfered edges. A thermally-insulating solid insert is assembled from two or more parts to lie in the gap surrounding the inner layer, and pressure is applied radially inwardly from the insert to the inner layer. An outer layer of molten material is manufactured around the insert to form a watertight barrier and to form one or more melted interfaces with the inner layer. Corresponding field joint arrangements are also disclosed.

Tube lock

A tube lock includes a lock housing, a clamp cover, and a tube clamp. The lock housing has a tube compartment having an opening therein. In this regard, the clamp cover mates with the lock housing to provide a barrier over the opening of the tube compartment. The tube clamp has a tube entry along a major surface thereof. A first tube passageway extends from the tube entry into the housing, and a tube receiving channel is coupled to the first tube passageway. The tube clamp also comprises a clamping mechanism having a lever handle, and a tube pinch that is coupled to the lever handle. When the clamp cover is mated with the lock housing, the lever handle of the clamping mechanism is prevented from transitioning from the second position to the first position, thus locking the tube inserted into the tube clamp.
