Flat flexible hose for transporting fluids
20220275885 · 2022-09-01 ·

A flat flexible hose for transporting a fluid, for example water, is adapted to move between an inoperative position having a flattened configuration and an operative position, in which the hose expands radially under pressure from the fluid. The hose has a first inner layer defining an axis, a second covering layer, and a reinforcement textile layer therebetween. The first and second layers are made of a first and respectively a second thermoplastic elastomeric material adapted to adhere to each other. The reinforcement textile layer is made of rigid textile yarns which at least partially have a respective first and second predetermined inclination opposite to each other so that the length of the hose remains unchanged both in the inoperative and the operative positions. The reinforcement textile layer is a knitted layer with tricot chain stitches with rows of stitches and courses of stitches made of chain stitches.

SAMPLE SHAKER SYSTEM WITH SEALED AIRFLOW

Disclosed is a sealed air flow system suitable for use with a sample shaker assembly. The sealed air flow system includes at least one component which accommodates movement of the sample shaker assembly while maintaining an air tight assembly between components of the sealed air flow system.

Tapered stress-relieved helically reinforced hose

Helically reinforced, flexible tubing or hose is formed from continuously extruded thermoplastic material helically circumferentially wound at a wrapping station around an array of bearing-supported rods that are concurrently but individually turned and are adjustably canted relative to an imaginary center axis. The tubing or hose being formed has a continuous reinforcing rib helically wound therearound and continuously integrally connected thereto. The resulting tubing or hose may be transversely severed at intervals along its length to provide discrete lengths of hose that are annealed while axially compressed to relieve stress.

Flow Path Member for Generating Nano-Bubbles, and Integrated Flow Path Unit and Nano-Bubble Generator Using Same
20220212152 · 2022-07-07 ·

The present disclosure relates to a fluid path member for generating nano-bubbles, and a fluid path integrator and a nano-bubble generator that use the same. The fluid path member may be configured such that a perimeter length of a cross-section of a fluid path is greater than a cross-sectional area of the fluid path so as to maximize a friction area per volume of fluid. In addition, the fluid path member may be configured such that a single fluid path is continuously formed over several tens of meters or more without a joint. Further, the fluid path member may be configured with a high density. Accordingly, the fluid path member may have improved ability to generate the nano-bubbles. A fluid path member configured to generate nano-bubbles according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes a body formed as a bendable single tube, wherein the body is configured such that one or more dividing walls dividing a fluid path space inside a fluid path so as to expand a surface area and a friction area of a fluid are continuously integrally formed along a flow direction of the fluid, wherein the body is formed of a soft material of any one of silicone, rubber, and soft resin material so as to be freely bent and wound, and wherein the body is manufactured by extrusion molding such that the one or more dividing walls are continuously formed in a longitudinal direction of the body.

Oxygen mask assembly with optimized package size

A hose that includes a main body portion that defines a lumen extending therethrough and includes an outer surface, at least a first axially extending protrusion extending outwardly from the main body portion, and at least a first axially extending slot defined in the outer surface of the main body portion. The hose defines a hose axis. A portion of the first axially extending protrusion is secured in a portion of the first axially extending slot.
