The elastic buckle has a guide slope, the elastic buckle is capable of being compressed as the connecting base moves toward the fixing base, and being introduced into the snap recess through the guide slope. The elastic buckle is rotationally fitted with the snap recess, and the snap recess is provided with an avoidance notch for the elastic buckle to be detached.
Detachable support and luminaire
A detachable support is provided. The detachable support includes a first arm having a first connection portion, a second arm having a second connection portion, and a frame. The frame has a first end portion and a second end portion, which are respectively hinged to the first arm and the second arm. The first connection portion and the second connection portion are operable to be inserted and fixed into two grooves respectively, and the two grooves are defined in a housing to be mounted. The first arm has a hole, the housing to be mounted is provided with a spring loaded bolt, and the spring loaded bolt is operable to be inserted into the hole to lock the first arm. No tool is required throughout installation and removal processes of the detachable support according to the present disclosure, thereby improving the efficiency of the installation and removal processes.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RETROFITTING LIGHT FIXTURES
A retrofit assembly for retrofitting an existing light fixture having an existing housing includes a base, a first mounting member selectively repositionable relative to the base, the first mounting member including a first flange configured to selectively couple the first mounting member to the existing housing, a second mounting member selectively repositionable relative to the base, the second mounting member including a second flange configured to selectively couple the second mounting member to the existing housing, and a lighting element coupled to the base.
LED lighting element and method of manufacturing same
Methods and apparatus are presented for retaining a dome lens in a lighting element that provides a projection of light forming a substantially uniform bright light on a surface a known distance from the lighting element. The lighting elements includes a dome lens that is removably positioned proximal to a light source, such that the light source is retained at a location within a focal length of a projection lens and at or within a focal length of the dome lens. The dome lens magnifies the light outputted by the light source, such that the projected light is brighter than the light generated by the light source.
LIGHTING DEVICE COMPRISING SPRING ELEMENT
The invention refers to a lighting device (18) comprising a light-emitting module (2) and an optical system. The optical system comprises a first reference face (16), wherein the first reference face (16) is configured to accommodate the light-emitting module (2); and at least one spring element (20) is provided for fixing the light-emitting module (2) to the optical system in a clamping position, wherein the at least one spring element (20) comprises a first spring section (26) configured to exert a spring force in a first spatial direction (f.sub.1) towards the first reference face (16) in the clamping position, wherein the at least one spring element further comprises a second spring section (28) configured to exert a spring force towards a second spatial direction (f.sub.2) in the clamping position, and wherein the second spatial direction (f.sub.2) is different from the first spatial direction (f.sub.1). The invention further relates to a method for fixing a light-emitting module (2) to an optical system.
Quiet-ceiling light fixture systems and methods
A light fixture includes a housing having sidewalls that define a manifold aperture, extending from upper to lower edges of the manifold aperture. The housing includes first coupling features. The light fixture includes at least one adapter plate with second coupling features that removably couple with the first coupling features. The adapter plate defines an adapter plate aperture. At least one light emitting engine removably couples with the adapter plate such that emitted light passes through the adapter plate aperture. The light fixture further includes a baffle that includes at least one baffle cell. The baffle cell includes an upper baffle edge that defines: an upper baffle aperture through which light emitted by the light engine passes, a lower baffle edge that defines an output aperture for the emitted light, and a baffle cell wall that extends from the upper baffle edge to the lower baffle edge.
Exterior rearview mirror with turn signal unit
An exterior rearview mirror assembly for a vehicle includes a turn signal unit having a housing, a light source and a lens disposed in front of the light source and attached at the housing. The turn signal unit includes an aperture element disposed between the light source and the lens, and includes a film disposed between the lens and the housing so as to be in front of the light source. With the exterior rearview mirror assembly disposed at a side of the vehicle, light emitted by the light source, when powered, passes through the film and through an aperture of the aperture element and through the lens in the forward direction of travel of the equipped vehicle. The film includes structured sections such that light emitted by the light source, when powered, passes through the structured sections of the film and forms an illuminated logo.
Lighting arrangement with battery backup
