The present disclosure relates to an assembly component, a lamp and a method of manufacturing an assembly component. The assembly component includes a first element and a second element, the first element includes a first main body and a first elastic engaging portion which are connected to each other; the second element includes a second main body and a second engaging portion; the second main body has a moving space; a bottom wall of the moving space forms a clamping surface, the second engaging portion is connected to a side wall of the moving space, the first elastic engaging portion is clamped between the second engaging portion and the clamping surface, and the clamping surface limits the first elastic engaging portion in an outward direction.
Lighting Lamp
A lighting lamp has a lamp body and an end cover assembly, the lamp body includes a strip lamp holder, a circuit board, a light source, a optical lens and two reflecting barriers; the reflecting barriers and the optical lens are integrally formed, and the bottom of the reflecting barriers presses the top surface of the circuit board when the optical lens is fixedly connected to the strip lamp holder. The present invention has a simple and compact structure, and is easy to assemble, the assembly process takes up less space, and is more suitable for automated production.
Luminaire, housing component for a luminaire and method for producing a luminaire
The present disclosure relates to a luminaire including a housing component and at least one LED carrier circuit board. The housing component has at least one section which projects from a base of the housing component and which is formed with a plurality of surfaces oriented differently relative to the base. The LED carrier circuit board carries at least one LED device as light source for providing light to be emitted by the luminaire. The LED carrier circuit board is arranged by a rear side thereof at least in sections on one of the plurality of surfaces of the section projecting from the base in such a way that the LED device overlies the surface at least partially. The housing component, in the region of the base thereof, has at least one region which is formed as a heatsink for dissipating heat generated by the LED device during operation.

Medical illumination device with LEDs oriented by tabs pre-cut in a printed circuit board
A medical lighting device for illuminating an operative field, which device includes light-emitting diode (LED) light sources that cooperate with collimator optical systems to light the operative field. LEDs are mounted on a flat printed circuit board so that their illumination axes (B) passing through the collimator optical systems (7) have different angular orientations. The printed circuit board (6) may be cut out to form tongues, each of which is flexible and has a free end carrying an LED. Each tongue can be deformed under stress in such a manner that its free end is oriented substantially perpendicularly to the illumination axis (B).
Connector, connector mounting board, illumination device, and display device
A connector comprises a first connector and a second connector to be connected with the first connector. The first connector includes a first housing, a holding portion, and a stopper. The second connector includes a second housing, a held portion, and an engagement portion. At the waiting position, the first connector and the second connector are movable between positions in a wall contact state, at which the leading end of the second connector is in contact with the wall defining the receiving space of the first connector, and positions in a stopped state, at which the stopper of the first connector and the engagement portion of the second connector are in contact with each other.

The invention describes an LED lighting assembly (1) comprising a reflector unit (11) comprising a number of reflector regions (11_lo, 11_hi); an LED carrier (10) realised to support at least one LED arrangement (2_lo, 2_hi); and at least one positioning feature (P.sub., P.sub., P.sub.Z) for positioning the LED carrier (10) relative to the reflector unit (11), wherein a positioning feature (P.sub., P.sub., P.sub.Z) is arranged in the same plane as the optical centre of the LED arrangement (2_lo, 2_hi). The invention further describes a method of manufacturing such an LED lighting assembly (1).
Lighting device
An improved lighting device includes a tower body, a pair of parallel PCBs attached to the tower body, a connector and a set of wires connecting the connector and the PCBs. The wires are wrapped inside a RF shielding and disposed inside a supply cable. Each PCB includes two arrays of LEDs. Each array of LEDs includes three LEDs. A set of omni-directional heat sinks are attached to the base of the tower body. Each sink includes a set of tinned stranded copper ropes. The copper ropes each have a free end. The lighting device further includes a plug metal retention nut attached to the connector, a ratcheting inner collar attached to the tower body, and a mounting collar. The mounting collar has tabs, a ratchet mechanism having a series of troughs spaced by approximately one millimeter, and two guidance grooves. The mounting collar is couple with the ratcheting inner collar.
Light-emitting device holder and light source device
A light-emitting device holder is configured to fix a light-emitting device to a mounting object. The light-emitting device includes a substrate, a light-emitting element, and a pad. The light-emitting device holder includes a holder main body, a terminal and an insulating member. The holder main body defines an opening at a position corresponding to the light-emitting element in a fixed state after the light-emitting device is fixed to the mounting object by the light-emitting device holder. The terminal is attached to the holder main body, and configured to be in contact with the pad in the fixed state. The insulating member is attached to the holder main body, and configured to be in contact with at least a region of the surface of the substrate between the pad and a portion of an edge of the substrate that is closest to the pad in the fixed state.
