The gas distribution assembly for distributing a gas to a plurality of burners includes a manifold unit detachably assembled to an outer surface of a combustion chamber in which the plurality of burners are received, the manifold unit including a plurality of gas nozzles that eject the gas to gas inlets of the burners through an opening of the combustion chamber, and a gas supply unit that is assembled to the manifold unit so as to be separable and that supplies, to the manifold unit, the gas introduced into the gas supply unit. The manifold unit is separated from the combustion chamber and the gas supply unit as needed for replacement.
DECORATIVE-FLAME BURNER
A burner includes an inlet coupling, a plurality of nipples, and jets. The plurality of nipples are fluidly connected to the inlet coupling. The jets are supported by and protrude upwardly from the nipples. At least one of the jets including an oxygen hole. The inlet coupling includes an inlet hole, an outlet hole, and a passageway extending from the inlet hole to the outlet hole. The passageway of the inlet coupling includes a crest between the inlet hole and the outlet hole. The passageway extends upwardly from the inlet hole to the crest and the passageway extends downwardly from the crest to the outlet hole. The crest being above at least one oxygen hole of the jets.
BURNER AND WATER HEATER
Provided are a burner and a water heater. The burner comprises multiple flame splitters, and each of the flame splitters is provided with at least three ejector pipes, and the multiple flame splitters are arranged parallel to one another; a fastener penetrates through the multiple flame splitters and connects the multiple flame splitters into a flame row; and compressing members are arranged at end parts where the fastener extends relative to the flame row, and the compressing members compress the flame row. The burner is integrally installed, easy to operate and firmly fixed, the combustion intensity can also be increased, the emission of nitrogen oxides is reduced, and the safety of use is ensured.
Tankless water heater apparatus, system, and methods
The present disclosure is directed to a tankless water heater and systems and methods of using the same. The tankless water heater embodiments of the present disclosure can be configured to have a plurality of independently operable heat exchangers that can be used individually or collectively, in any combination, to heat water based on the level of demand for hot water. Embodiments can be configured for randomly selecting which heat exchangers are used to heat the incoming water. Embodiments of the present disclosure can also be configured to flow water through heat exchangers that are not being used to heat water and direct such water to a recirculation loop.
Burner, gas water heater and processing method of fire row
The present invention discloses a burner, a gas water heater and a processing method of fire row, wherein the burner comprising: a plurality of fire rows; an air channel is formed between at least two fire rows; the fire row has a burning substrate; the burning substrate is provided with main burning holes; the burning substrate is further provided with auxiliary burning holes downstream of the main burning holes; at least one the auxiliary burning hole is disposed on at least one side of the main burning hole in a length direction of the burning substrate; flame of the auxiliary burning hole intersect with flame of the main burning hole; and a frame for mounting the fire rows. The burner, the gas water heater and the processing method of the fire rows disclosed in the present invention can help to decrease flame height, facilitate manufacturing and reduce costs.
Wind resistant outdoor heater burner
A windproof outdoor heater burner includes a casing and a flow-guiding device. The casing includes an inlet and an outlet. The flow-guiding device includes an inlet pipe connected to the inlet, a flow-guiding member, and a diffuser plate connected to the outlet. The flow-guiding member is connected to the inlet pipe. The flow-guiding member includes a flow-guiding channel therein and a plurality of first through-holes. Each first through-hole includes a first end intercommunicated with the flow-guiding channel and a second end intercommunicated with a chamber of the casing. The diffuser plate includes a plurality of first exhaust holes located between two sides thereof and intercommunicated with the chamber of the casing. The first exhaust holes are not aligned with the flow-guiding member.
Gas inlet fixture and air shutter
A burner assembly including a gas inlet fixture for use with a burner tube, the gas inlet fixture including a plurality of tabs to engage a neck of a gas control valve to improve ignition and center the gas flow down the center of the burner tube.
SUBMERGED COMBUSTION BURNERS, MELTERS, AND METHODS OF USE
Submerged combustion burners having a burner body and a burner tip connected thereto. The burner body has an external conduit and first and second internal conduits substantially concentric therewith, forming first and second annuli for passing a cooling fluid therethrough. A burner tip body is connected to the burner body at ends of the external and second internal conduits. The burner tip includes a generally central flow passage for a combustible mixture, the flow passage defined by an inner wall of the burner tip. The burner tip further has an outer wall and a crown connecting the inner and outer walls. The inner and outer walls, and the crown are comprised of same or different materials having greater corrosion and/or fatigue resistance than at least the external burner conduit.
Modular linear fireplace gas burner system
A modular linear fireplace gas burner system having a plurality of interconnectable pipe modules and one or more burner members of varying length, each said pipe module having a pipe segment, spuds, orifice mounting blocks and mounting brackets to retain one of more of the burner members, wherein the distance D(o) between adjacent spuds on each pipe segment is equal and for joined pipe segments the distance D(c) between the outermost spud of one pipe segment to the outermost spud of the other pipe segment is equal to D(o).
