Combustion plate
There is provided a combustion plate in which the combustion resonant sounds and instability at the time of high-load combustion can be resolved and in which a large opening ratio of the flame holes can be secured. Flame holes of an equal diameter are formed evenly over an entire surface of a combustion region of a plate main body in such a positional relationship that adjoining three flame holes form an equilateral triangle. Provided that a flame hole group which is made up of six flame holes disposed in a positional relationship to form an equilateral hexagon and one flame hole in the center of the equilateral hexagon is defined as a unit flame hole group when disposed adjacent to another flame hole group across a large equilateral hexagon enclosing the equilateral hexagon, there is formed in the surface of the plate main body a bottomed hole.
Gas burner and heating appliance
There is provided a gas burner that comprises a surface. The surface forms a burner deck comprising burner deck portions and a separation surface. The burner deck portions have holes. The separation surface is arranged to separate the burner deck portions from each other. Less than 5.0% of a surface area of the burner deck is formed by a combined surface area of the holes. The burner deck portions are adapted to define reaction zones extending over the burner deck portions. The holes are adapted to provide gas to be combusted in the reaction zones. The burner deck portions are arranged relative to each other to prevent the reaction zones from extending over the separation surface.
Gas burner membrane
A gas burner membrane is provided. The gas burner membrane comprises a plurality of first layers, each first layer comprises at least one inlet formed therein for receiving a combustible gas mixture, and a plurality of second layers. Successive first layers are separated by a second layer, and at least one outlet is formed between successive first layers.
Infrared radiation emitter
The disclosure relates to a gas-heated infrared radiation emitter comprising at least one radiating screen, which is for example made of ceramic and/or metal, in the form of at least one plate comprising a lower main surface and an upper main surface that are distant from each other, and a plurality of through-prisms, which are preferably hollow, extending from the lower main surface to the upper main surface, each prism being defined by a polygonal base and by an axis. The prisms may be juxtaposed with one another so that their polygonal bases form a tiling of at least one portion of the lower and upper main surfaces of said plate.
