CONVECTION CONVEYOR OVEN MANIFOLD AND DAMPER SYSTEM
A gas manifold for a convection conveyor oven includes an elongated housing having a wall that at least partially encloses an interior volume; a gas inlet in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of gas outlets in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of seat inserts removably coupled with a plurality of gas outlets; a plurality of valve openings formed in the wall and aligned opposite the plurality of gas outlets; and at least one valve removably coupled to the wall and aligned with a first valve opening, wherein the valve is aligned with a first gas outlet and has a first position in which a first seat insert is not in fluid communication with the gas inlet.
BUILT-IN RANGE FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
A vent cover system covers a gap between an appliance and a back wall. The vent cover system includes a gap plate securable across the countertop opening against the back wall, and a vent plate securable across the countertop opening and engaging the gap plate. A position of the vent plate is adjustable relative to the gap plate. The gap plate and the vent plate cover the gap between the appliance and the back wall. A cooktop for an appliance mounted in a countertop of a recreational vehicle includes the vent cover system.
Oven bake heating channel exchange system
A cooking appliance includes: a cooking cavity with a bottom wall and a rear wall. A convection fan is disposed adjacent to the rear wall of the cooking cavity. A gas burner is located in a subjacent space beneath the bottom wall and adjacent to the rear wall of the cooking cavity. A heat duct provides communication through the bottom wall and includes an inlet positioned directly above and adjacent to the gas burner through which combustion gases from the gas burner can enter the heat duct. An annular portion of the heat duct defines a pass-through opening in which the convection fan is disposed. Flames from the gas burner extend upwardly toward or through the inlet of the heat duct and are substantially isolated from turbulent air flow generated by the convection fan.
Gas oven
A gas oven having a gas supplying passage to supply gas to a burner is provided. The gas oven includes an ON/OFF valve to open/close the gas supplying passage, and a flow rate modulating valve connected to the ON/OFF valve in series so as to change the cross-sectional area of a passage, thereby supplying a proper amount of gas to a cooking cavity in response to the change of a cooking area. When a cooking cavity is divided into individual cooking cavities while a divider is mounted, the flow rate modulating valve is open/closed at a smaller opening degree than the maximum operating degree, and thus may be able to prevent a cooking substance from being carbonized in the individual cooking cavities.
Gas oven
Disclosed herein is a gas oven including a body, a cooking space formed in the body, an air supply flow channel configured to connect the cooking space with an outside of the body to supply air to the cooking space, and a distribution unit configured to distribute or bend the air supplied through the air supply flow channel to supply the air to the cooking space. Through the distribution unit, it is possible to smoothly supply a primary air for mixing with gas and to smoothly supply a secondary air to an inside of the cooking space.
Cooking device
A cooking device includes a frame forming a cooking chamber; a door opening and closing the cooking chamber; a burner cover disposed in the cooking chamber; and a burner located in the burner cover, the burner generating a flame, wherein the burner cover is provided with a first hole providing a path through which air flows, and the frame is provided with a second hole communicating with the first hole, the second hole providing a path through which the air flows.
COMBUSTION OVEN
An oven is provided, which includes a domed ceiling, a baking stone located below the domed ceiling, a cooking chamber between the domed ceiling and the baking stone, a front opening that provides access to the cooking chamber for food and utensils, a combustion chamber adjacent to, and at least partially below, the cooking chamber, and a rear opening that provides access to the combustion chamber.
Chile roaster
A method, system, and apparatus for roasting product such as chile comprises an inner roasting chamber, an exterior housing, housing the inner roasting chamber, a fixed engagement between the inner roasting chamber and the exterior housing on a burner end of the roaster system, an end cap fitting on a product exit end of the roaster system such that the inner roasting chamber can expand and contract within the exterior housing, a conveyor assembly comprising a conveyor belt, a motor configured to drive the conveyor belt, and a tensioning mechanism to adjust tension in the conveyor belt, and a gas distribution assembly connected to at least one burner.
Gas oven and control method thereof
A gas oven and a control method thereof are The control method of the gas oven, that includes a cooking space that is divided into a first cooking space and a second cooking space by a removable divider, a burner that directly heats a cooked object accommodated in the first cooking space, and an auxiliary heater that heats air of the first cooking space, includes performing baking for the first cooking space when a baking mode for the first cooking space is selected among a plurality of cooking modes, wherein the baking may include operating the burner according to the comparison result of a temperature of the first cooking space and a first setting temperature, and operating the auxiliary heater according to the comparison result of the temperature of the first cooking space and a second setting temperature.
ROASTER USABLE AS STOVE
Provided is a roaster usable as a stove. The roaster includes a drip pan guide unit, a first gas burner unit hingedly connected with one side wall of the drip pan guide unit and provided at one surface thereof with insertion guide members, a second gas burner unit hingedly connected with an opposite side wall of the drip pan guide unit and provided at one surface thereof with insertion guide members, and a heat guide unit formed in a reverse U shape having an open left surface, an open right surface and an open bottom surface, and having a gridiron insertion slot formed in a top surface thereof and insertion protrusions formed at edge portions thereof. When the first and second gas burner units are rotated and maintained in an upright standing state, the insertion protrusions are inserted into or withdrawn out of the insertion guide members.
