The venting apparatus includes a venting housing structure comprising a plurality of exhaust apertures proximate to a heat collector, wherein the exhaust apertures vent into a chamber defined, in part, by a circumferential surface having a radial extent from the apertures, and a thermoelectric device in thermal communication to the heat collector on a second surface thereof.
