AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY AND AIR COOLING REFRIGERATOR HAVING SAME
An air duct assembly is provided that is configured to supply air to a compartment and including: an outer cover housing, configured to be fixed to an outer side of a compartment wall defining the compartment, an external accommodating cavity being defined inside the outer cover housing; an inner cover housing, configured to be disposed opposite to the outer cover housing on an inner side of the compartment wall, an internal accommodating cavity being defined inside the inner cover housing. An air inlet is formed in the outer cover housing, so as to allow external air to enter the external accommodating cavity via the air inlet. A vent is formed in the compartment wall, so that the external accommodating cavity communicates with the internal accommodating cavity. An air outlet is formed in the inner cover housing, so as to supply the air in the internal accommodating cavity to the inside of the compartment.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator may include a body formed with a storage space and a cooling module accommodating space; a cooling module disposed in the cooling module accommodating space and having a heat absorption part and a heat radiating part; a drawer supporter disposed inside the storage space; and a drawer supported by the drawer supporter, and the drawer supporter is formed with an inner passage through which cold air flowing from the heat absorption part passes, and the drawer supporter is formed with a plurality of cold air discharge ports through which cold air of the inner passage is discharged in an opposite direction. Therefore, it is possible to maximize the depth of the storage space in the front-rear direction while minimizing the number of parts, and cool the entire storage space evenly.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator includes an evaporator arranged in a heat exchange chamber and having refrigerant pipes through which refrigerant flows and fins configured to guide heat exchange between the refrigerant and cold air, wherein the evaporator includes a first and a second side spaced apart from each other, and the fins of the evaporator guide flow of air such that the cold air introduce into the first and second sides is combined with each other in the space between the first and second sides.
Refrigerator appliance and air duct therefor
A refrigerator appliance and air duct are provided herein. The refrigerator appliance may include a cabinet, an internal liner, and an air duct. The internal liner may be positioned within the cabinet and define a chilled chamber. The air duct may include a duct body and a plurality of resilient fingers. The duct body may extend between a first end to a second end. The duct body may define a fluid exchange path between the first end and the second end. The duct body may further define a first fluid opening at the first end in fluid communication with the fluid exchange path. The plurality of resilient fingers may be radially-spaced apart about the fluid opening. The plurality of resilient fingers may extend integrally from the duct body against the internal liner at the first end of the duct body.
Refrigerator appliance
A refrigerator includes a cabinet, a first door, a second door, a partition wall, and a pressure relief valve. The cabinet defines first and second internal storage chambers. The first and second doors are disposed over the first and second internal storage chambers, respectively. The first and second doors are configured to transition between open and closed positions to provide access to and cover the first and second internal storage chambers, respectively. The partition wall separates the first internal storage chamber from the second internal storage chamber. The partition wall defines a channel that establishes fluid communication between the first and second internal storage chambers. The pressure relief valve extends between the first internal storage chamber and an exterior of the cabinet. The pressure relief valve is configured to open to vent air from the first internal storage chamber to the exterior of the cabinet.
REFRIGERATION APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A refrigeration apparatus having an external housing cabinet an inner storage cabinet having a first compartment intended to be cooled at a first temperature, and a second compartment intended to be cooled at a second temperature lower than the first temperature and separated from the first compartment by a partition wall. The first and second compartments and partition wall are defined by a single-piece plastic liner. At least one duct allows air to pass from the first compartment to the second compartment, and at least one fan is provided to force air from the first compartment to the second compartment through duct. At least one evaporator is provided to cool down the air flow before its emission into the second compartment or when it is flowing into the second compartment. A method for producing such a refrigeration apparatus is also provided.
