Arrangement having plural temperature-control stations for heat treating component parts, and their handling
An arrangement for heat treating component parts. The arrangement has a first temperature control station for heat treating component parts and a second temperature control station for heat treating component parts, wherein the first temperature control station and the second temperature control station each have a temperature control device, on each of which a functional device is placeable. The functional device is a charging device for carrying component parts to be temperature-controlled or a device of the temperature control device. The arrangement further has a charging station, on which the functional device is placeable, and a handling system for handling the functional device, wherein the handling system is configured to convey the functional device between the charging station, the first temperature control station and the second temperature control station.
HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM
A heat treatment system includes heating chambers configured to perform heat treatment on objects to be treated, and a conveyance device configured to load each of the objects to be treated into the heating chambers, unload the object to be treated from the heating chambers, and convey the object to be treated under an oxygen-free atmosphere, wherein the conveyance device includes a cooling device configured to perform cooling treatment on the object to be treated.
METHOD AND FURNACE FOR CONTINUOUSLY HEATING A STRIP WORKPIECE
A method of continuously heating a moving strip workpiece entails the steps of passing the strip workpiece in a horizontal travel direction through a tunnel furnace with a tunnel housing of oval cross section, providing the oval cross section of greater horizontal width than vertical height, and irradiating the workpiece with microwave radiation in the tunnel housing.

OVEN SYSTEM FOR HEATING LAMINATED GLASS PANES
The present invention relates to an oven system 7 for heating laminated glass panes 1, having at least one oven module 8, wherein the laminated glass panes are able to be transported in a horizontal orientation on transport rollers 10 through the oven system 7, and the oven system 7 has an outer box-shaped housing 9, wherein radiation heat sources and convection heat sources are disposed in the housing 9, characterized in that the convection heat sources are configured as elongate tubular nozzles having punctiform outflow openings which are disposed so as to be oriented transversely to the transport direction, wherein in a heat radiator 11 is disposed between two adjacently disposed tubular nozzles 12, and in that a central blower box which supplies the tubular nozzles 12 with heated air is disposed on an end face.
HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
A heat treatment furnace disclosed herein may include: a heat treatment unit configured to heat-treat an object; a cooling unit configured to cool the object heat-treated by the heat treatment unit; and a conveyor configured to convey the object in the heat treatment unit and the cooling unit. The cooling unit may include a housing, wherein the housing is disposed below a conveyance path on which the object is conveyed by the conveyor and configured to cool the object being conveyed by the conveyor by liquid flowing inside the housing. The housing may include an upper plate facing the object being conveyed by the conveyor. The upper plate may be tilted so that gas stays at a predetermined portion of the housing while the liquid is flowing in the housing.
System and Method for Recycling Asphalt through Radiant and Convection Heating and Simultaneous Gentle Tumbling
A system and method for recycling used asphalt material through convection heating and gentle tumbling recycles used asphalt material, such as reclaimed asphalt pavement, by uniformly and gradually applying radiant and convectional heating towards the used asphalt material. A radiant heating coil generates a controlled amount of radiant heat, at about 325 degrees, and up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit. At least one blower works to blow the radiant heat to the used asphalt material as convectional heat. An agitating conveyor simultaneously carries the used asphalt material while it is being heated. The agitating conveyor has a radiant heated conveyor floor that comprises depressions that work to agitate the used asphalt material. The uniform heating of the used asphalt material inhibits moisture from surging from the used asphalt material and maintains integrity of the subsequently formed rejuvenated asphalt. A rejuvenating chamber mixes the used asphalt material with a rejuvenating composition.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TREATING A PRODUCT
A vessel having an opening for receiving the product and walls surrounding the vessel at all sides except the opening. The interior of the vessel is filled with a fluid having a specific gravity lower than a specific gravity of a medium surrounding the walls outside the vessel. While the vessel is oriented with the opening facing downwards, the vessel and/or product is/are conveyed to ensure that the product enters the interior through the opening.

Finish heat treatment method and finish heat treatment apparatus for iron powder
A finish heat treatment apparatus for an iron powder. Raw iron powder is placed on a continuous moving hearth and continuously charged into the apparatus. In a pretreatment zone, the raw iron powder is subjected to a pretreatment of heating the raw iron powder in an atmosphere of hydrogen gas and/or inert gas at 450 to 1100° C. In decarburization, deoxidation, and denitrification zones, the pretreated iron powder is subsequently subjected to at least two treatments of decarburization, deoxidation, and denitrification. In the pretreatment zone, a hydrogen gas and/or an inert gas serving as a pretreatment ambient gas is introduced separately from an ambient gas used in the at least two treatments is introduced from the upstream side of the pretreatment zone and released from the downstream side so as to flow in the same direction as a moving direction of the moving hearth.
