CAPSULE, A SYSTEM FOR PREPARING A POTABLE BEVERAGE FROM SUCH A CAPSULE AND USE OF SUCH A CAPSULE IN A BEVERAGE PREPARATION DEVICE
Capsule containing a substance for the preparation of a potable beverage, the capsule having an aluminum capsule body having a side wall and an outwardly extending flange and a sealing member at the outwardly extending flange for providing a fluid sealing contact with an enclosing member of a beverage preparation device. The beverage preparation device comprises an annular element having a free contact end which may be provided with a plurality of radially extending open grooves. The sealing member is integral with the outwardly extending flange and comprises a projection. The sealing member comprises a single annular projection comprising a projection top projecting from an inner projection foot radially outside of a flat inner flange portion extending between the capsule body side wall and the projection and an outer projection foot radially inside of a flat outer flange portion extending between the projection and the curled outer edge. The flat outer flange portion is axially spaced from the flat inner flange portion towards the bottom of the capsule body or the flat outer flange portion and the flat inner flange portion are in line the flat outer flange portion and the flat inner flange portion are in line and a radially outer wall of said projection is oriented transverse to the flat outer flange portion.
UNCOVERING DEVICE OF CAPSULE COFFEE MACHINE AND CAPSULE COFFEE MACHINE
An uncovering device of a capsule coffee machine, includes a machine body; a first brewing assembly provided in the machine body, the first brewing assembly which includes a brewing head and a brewing seat, a cover body assembly, a sealing cover, a sliding groove extending from the rear side to the front side of the cover body assembly provided in the lower cover, a sliding shaft provided in the sliding cavity, a connecting rod assembly, wherein both ends of the sliding shaft are located at the opposite sides of the sliding groove; wherein one end of the connecting rod assembly is rotatably connected to the sliding shaft through the sliding groove, another end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the brewing seat or the brewing head of the first brewing.
Magnetically Driven Beverage Brewing System and Method
A coffee brewing system includes a brew vessel adapted to receive water and ground coffee to produce and store a brewed beverage. The brew vessel includes a filter and a magnet stirrer in the lower portion of the brew vessel. The magnet stirrer creates a water vortex for brewing the coffee. The used coffee grounds are allowed to settle on the filter creating a bed of used coffee grounds and the coffee is then filtered through both the bed of used coffee grounds and the filter and collected in a coffee storage container.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR EXTRACTED BEVERAGES, INCLUDING COFFEE, VIA CONTROLLED VACUUM, AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Temperature control for extracted beverages, including coffee, via controlled vacuum, and associated systems and methods are disclosed. A representative system includes a brew chamber, a beverage chamber in fluid communication with the brew chamber, a vacuum source in fluid communication with the beverage chamber, and a flow control device positioned to vary the force applied by the vacuum chamber on the brew chamber via the beverage chamber.
BREWER SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS
A brewer system includes a reservoir, a steep chamber movable relative to the reservoir and positioned over a mouth of the reservoir, and a filter tape positioned between the chamber and the reservoir. Brewing substance and water are added to the chamber to form a brewed beverage that passes through the filter tape and into the reservoir through the mouth.
ACOUSTIC CAVITATION INFUSING
A recirculation brewing process and apparatus for performing the same are disclosed. In some embodiments, the coffee brewing process comprises: a brew chamber to hold a packed chamber of coffee grounds; and a pump to force a liquid under pressure through the packed chamber of coffee grounds to extract coffee flavor from the coffee grounds into the liquid using acoustic cavitation.
Method and apparatus for controlling a coffee grinder
A method for controlling an automatic coffee bean grinder (2) which is separate from an automatic coffee brewing machine (1) using ground coffee produced by said coffee bean grinder (2), is shown, wherein a flowmeter sniffer element (15) is located in or at a housing (3) of said coffee brewing machine (1) is capturing the water flow-through information measured by a water flowmeter (5) of said coffee brewing machine (1), and transmits the water flow-through information to a grinder control unit (26) located in the automatic coffee bean grinder (2), and the grinder control unit (26) controls the grinder module (24) as a function of the water flow-through information transmitted from said flowmeter sniffer element (15).
Cold Brew Coffee Maker as Brewed by Pressure-Boosting Water
A cold brew coffee maker has a water cleaning system connected to a water source; a water pump connected to the water cleaning system, and connected to the pressurized-water storage tank for storing a filtered water in the tank; and a coffee brewing module connected to the pressurized-water storage tank and including: a detachable brewing cup detachably secured to a fixing bracket, a solenoid valve formed between the brewing cup and the pressurized-water storage tank, and a switch panel formed in the main body; whereby upon starting of the pump to suck and filter a feed water, a filtered pressurized water less than 30 degrees centigrade will be delivered into the tank and upon actuation of the switch panel to open the solenoid valve, the pressurized water will be ejected into the cup for brewing coffee.
