Vehicle interior heat exchanger and inter-header connecting member of vehicle interior heat exchanger
Cooling performance is secured by reducing a compression loss when a high-pressure gas refrigerant is allowed to flow without heat exchange on cooling in a vehicle interior heat exchanger. In the vehicle interior heat exchanger, an upstream header and a downstream header are communicated and connected with the same end side of the refrigerant circulation tubes of an upstream tube group and a downstream tube group where the refrigerant circulation tubes are stacked. Internal spaces of the upstream header and the downstream header are communicated and connected with each other via communication holes in the boss portions of the connecting member. In the vehicle interior heat exchanger, the total opening area of the communication holes is set such that the percentage thereof, with respect to the total opening area of the channel on the uppermost stream side of the upstream tube group, is in the range of 38% to 93%.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A heat exchanger includes a main heat exchange unit including a plurality of first heat transfer pipes arranged side by side, a sub-heat exchange unit including a plurality of second heat transfer pipes arranged side by side, and a relay unit including a plurality of relay passages connecting the plurality of first heat transfer pipes and the plurality of second heat transfer pipes. Each of the plurality of relay passages has one inlet connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of second heat transfer pipes, and a plurality of outlets each connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of first heat transfer pipes. Each of the plurality of relay passages distributes refrigerant flowing from the one inlet, without merging streams of the refrigerant together, and causes the refrigerant to flow out of the plurality of outlets.
HEAT EXCHANGER AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A heat exchanger, in which refrigerant causing disproportionation is used, includes a main heat exchange unit including a plurality of first heat transfer pipes arranged side by side, a sub-heat exchange unit including a plurality of second heat transfer pipes arranged side by side, and a relay unit including a plurality of relay passages connecting the plurality of first heat transfer pipes and the plurality of second heat transfer pipes. Each of the plurality of relay passages has one inlet connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of second heat transfer pipes, and a plurality of outlets each connected to a corresponding one of the plurality of first heat transfer pipes. Each of the plurality of relay passages distributes the refrigerant flowing from the one inlet, without merging streams of the refrigerant together, and causes the refrigerant to flow out of the plurality of outlets.
Heat exchanger and air-conditioner
A heat exchanger including multiple fins, multiple heat transfer pipes having an oval shape or a flat shape and joined to the fins, and a header connected, on one end side, to an end portion of an inlet pipe through which working fluid flows in upon evaporation operation and connected, on the other end side, to an end portion of each of the heat transfer pipes, wherein the header includes a longitudinal partition plate arranged to extend in a longitudinal direction and configured to divide an internal space of the header into an inlet-pipe-side space connected to the end portion of the inlet pipe and a heat-transfer-pipe-side space connected to the end portion of each of the heat transfer pipes, and an opening is formed at a position not overlapping with the inlet pipe at the longitudinal partition plate.

A heat exchanger includes: heat transfer tubes aligned in an up-down direction; a liquid header connected to ends of the heat transfer tubes; and connection tubes aligned in the up-down direction and connected to the liquid header. The heat transfer tubes include: a first heat transfer tube disposed at a lowermost position; and a second heat transfer tube disposed above and adjacent to the first heat transfer tube. The connection tubes include: a first connection tube disposed at a lowermost position; and a second connection tube disposed above the first connection tube. The liquid header includes: a first flow path connected to the first connection tube and the first heat transfer tube; and a second flow path connected to the second connection tube and the second heat transfer tube.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger that heats or cools water with a fluid includes: a heat transfer portion that includes fluid flow paths through which a fluid flows, and water flow paths through which water flows and that are adjacent to the fluid flow paths; an upstream portion that forms an upstream space on an upstream side of the water flow paths; and a distributor disposed in the upstream space and that distributes water that flows into the upstream space from a water entering port to the water flow paths.
Counterflow heat exchanger with side entry fittings
A battery cell heat exchanger having a pair of plates that together define a fluid passage having a first channel permitting fluid flow from a first end of the plate pair towards a second end of the plate pair, and a second channel permitting fluid flow from the second end towards the first end of the plate pair. The plate pair together defining a first conduit at the first end of the plate pair, the first conduit being in fluid communication with the first channel. One of the pair of plates having an aperture permitting fluid flow from the second channel to a duct, the duct coupled to the one of the pair of plates having the aperture and having a second conduit in fluid communication with the aperture; where the first conduit and the second conduit lie in the plane defined by the pair of plates.
