An assembly structure of a nonmagnetic member to which a position sensor arranged to to sense a rotation position of the rotation member, includes: a nonmagnetic member including a hollow portion; a cover which is fixed to an opening end portion of the hollow portion; and a retaining portion which is provided on an outer circumference portion of the hollow portion of the nonmagnetic member, and to which the position sensor is assembled from the opening end portion's side to be slid in a rotation axis direction, the cover restricting movements of the magnet holding portion and the position sensor in the rotation axis direction in a case where the cover is fixed to the nonmagnetic member in a state where the magnet holding portion and the position sensor are assembled to the nonmagnetic member.

POSITION DETECTING DEVICE

The present disclosure provides a rotational angle detecting device. An IC substrate has a flat surface extending along a rotational axis of a throttle valve. Yokes forms, together with the magnets, a closed magnetic circuit. A first Hall element outputs a first signal according to the magnetic flux density in a first direction along the flat surface. A second Hall element outputs a second signal according to the magnetic flux density in a second direction intersecting the flat surface. The first and second Hall elements are positioned within a region that is surrounded by the magnets and the yoke and that is between an edge surface and an edge surface.

Sensor module

A sensor module is adapted to be attached to an actuator body incorporating an electric actuator. The sensor module includes a sensor assembly, a sensor cover, and a connector housing. The sensor assembly includes a sensor detection part and a sensor housing. The sensor detection part is configured to detect a physical change amount of a driven body driven by the electric actuator and to convert the physical change amount into an electrical signal. The sensor housing incorporates the sensor detection part. The sensor cover is provided separately from the sensor housing and is attached to the actuator body. The sensor module is configured integrally by attaching the sensor assembly to the sensor cover. A connector terminal electrically connected to a connection terminal of the sensor detection part is insert-molded in the connector housing. The connector housing is provided integrally with the sensor housing.

SLOTLESS BRUSHLESS MOTOR-DRIVEN THROTTLE VALVE DEVICE, ENGINE, AND VEHICLE

The present invention provides a compact throttle valve device with good valve responsiveness and small unnecessary vibrations, an engine, and a vehicle. A slotless brushless motor-driven throttle valve device has a throttle body provided with a tubular portion in which an intake air passage is formed, a throttle valve disposed in the tubular portion, and a slotless brushless motor serving as a drive motor for performing opening/closing drive for the throttle valve. The throttle body housing has a hole portion into which a fixing member for fixing the throttle body to a member to be attached is inserted. The hole portion is formed in the vicinity of the outer circumferential portion of the tubular portion. The compact, narrow slotless brushless motor is disposed near the hole portion formed in the throttle body, and the throttle valve device is very compact.

Internal combustion engine

An intake port is configured such that a center position of an intake upstream side opening is offset to one side in a juxtaposition direction of intake downstream side openings with respect to a center position between the intake downstream side openings in the juxtaposition direction as viewed in plan of a cylinder head. An injector is configured such that a fuel injection center axial line is inclined to the other side in the juxtaposition direction with respect to a center axial line of the intake upstream side opening as viewed in plan of the cylinder head.

Dual Compressor Turbocharger

A dual compressor turbocharger includes two compressors. One compressor supplies fuel pressure, and one compressor supplies air pressure. The dual compressor turbocharger includes a turbine driven by exhaust of an engine and a shaft coupled to the turbine. The first compressor is mounted on the shaft and includes a first inlet coupled to an air supply and a first outlet coupled to an air intake of the engine. The second compressor is mounted on the shaft and includes a second inlet coupled to a fuel supply and a second outlet coupled to a fuel supply rail of the engine.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING TURBO SPEED OF AN ENGINE

The speed of a turbocharger may be estimated using data from sensors that are readily available in most engine management systems. In some cases, a pressure measurement from a MAP sensor may be used, in combination with one or more computational models, to provide an efficient, lower cost estimate of turbo speed that can be used to control operation of the engine and/or the turbocharger.

NON-CONTACT SENSOR DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC THROTTLE
20170218856 · 2017-08-03 ·

This invention is related to a non-contact sensor device for electric throttle, comprising a body and a cover. A drive assembly is set in the body and has a shaft corresponded to the on/off state of a throttle valve. An adaptor is installed on the shaft, and a magnet element is set on the adaptor. A Hall element is set on the cover to correspond to the magnet element for detecting the rotation angle of the shaft, thereby knowing the air inflow value and the open angle of the throttle valve to control the fuel injection of fuel-air mixture.
