FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE
A fuel supply device includes a sub-tank, a pump unit, a jet pump, and a connection structure connected with the pump unit and the jet pump. The connection structure has a guide part that is provided to the pump unit and guides the pressurized fuel toward the bottom in an axial direction, a pressurizing part that is provided to the jet pump and is fitted to the guide part from a side of the bottom in an axially slidable manner, to which the pressurized fuel is guided from the guide part, a shock-absorbing member that has a low spring constant that is predetermined and mitigates an axial impact between the guide part and the pressurizing part, and a sealing member that has a high spring constant higher than the low spring constant of the shock-absorbing member and radially seals a space between the guide part and the pressurizing part.
FUEL SUPPLY DEVICES
A fuel supply device includes a fuel pump for delivering fuel within the fuel tank to the outside and a sub-tank having a temporary storage region capable of temporarily storing the fuel. The sub-tank includes an inflow opening to allow the fuel to flow into the sub-tank under its own weight. The temporary storage region includes a top part positioned above the inflow opening.
Liquid reservoir, in particular for an aqueous urea solution
The invention relates to a liquid reservoir (1), in particular for an aqueous urea solution, comprising a buffer storage means (2) arranged on the bottom of the liquid reservoir (1) in the installation position, a liquid delivery unit (3), at least one, preferably a plurality of first filter elements (4) arranged on the bottom in the installation position outside the buffer storage means (2), each of which first filter elements is connected to the liquid delivery unit (3) via a liquid line (5), the first filter elements (4) being constructed such that the filter fabric of the first filter elements (4) is permeable to the liquid located in the liquid reservoir (1) and impermeable to air, a second filter element (6) being arranged between the interior of the buffer storage means (2) and the liquid delivery unit (3), which second filter element is constructed such that the filter fabric of the second filter element (6) is permeable to the liquid located in the liquid reservoir (1) and impermeable to air, the breakthrough pressure of the second filter element (6), at which air is delivered through the filter element, being greater than the breakthrough pressure of the first filter elements (4), furthermore comprising a first valve (7) between the liquid delivery unit (3) and the first filter elements (4), the opening pressure of the first valve (7) being smaller than the breakthrough pressure of the second filter element (6).
Fuel supply device
The fuel supply device has a module installed in a fuel tank. The module has a cap and a support pillar arranged between the cap and a bottom of the fuel tank. The cap is supporting a valve relevant to ventilation of the fuel tank. The valve is supported by a base portion. The base portion and a large diameter part are connected by snap-fit mechanisms. The valve and the base portion are connected by snap-fit mechanisms. A hook part is arranged in an engaging window. It is possible to inspect the valve through the engaging window.
FUEL SUPPLY DEVICE
A fuel supply device may include a pump case configured to accommodate a fuel pump, a reserve tank, and an elastic support member configured to elastically support the pump case with respect to the reserve tank. The elastic support member is connected to the pump case and the reserve tank via a first connection device and a second connection device, respectively. The first connection device is configured to pivotally connect the elastic support member to the pump case and/or the second connection device is configured to pivotally connect the elastic support member to the reserve tank.
RELIEF VALVE AND FUEL SUPPLYING SYSTEM
A valve element includes: a loosely insertable wall portion that is loosely inserted in an inside of a connecting portion on a downstream side of a valve seat; a fittable tubular portion that is fitted to the inside of the connecting portion on a downstream side of the loosely insertable wall portion; and a projecting annular portion-that projects from the fittable tubular portion toward a radially inner side of the fittable tubular portion. An outlet portion projects into the fittable tubular portion. A valve spring is located on a radially outer side of the outlet portion and on the radially inner side of the fittable tubular portion to urge the valve element toward the valve seat.
FUEL SUPPLY DEVICES
A fuel supply device includes a cover member which is attached to an opening of a fuel tank, a pump unit comprising a pump, and a connecting portion for connecting the cover member and the pump unit. The pump unit is connected to the connecting portion so as to be relatively movable to the cover member. When the fuel supply device is attached to the fuel tank, an engagement portion provided at a lower portion of the pump unit abuts the connecting portion such that via the engagement portion the connecting portion presses the pump unit against the fuel tank.
Fuel tank
A fuel tank includes a tank main body having an opening, a pump unit mounted to a mounting position on a bottom of the tank main body through the opening and having a fuel pump and a pump retaining member retaining the fuel pump and, and a guide means configured to guide the pump unit from an opening side of the tank main body to the mounting position on a bottom side of the tank main body. The guide means includes a guide rail provided on the tank main body and a slider provided on the pump unit. The slider is configured to be slidably engaged with the guide rail.
Fuel pump module
A fuel pump module for a fuel tank prevents electrification of a filter within the fuel pump module. A port injection filter is housed in a filter case that is separate from a pump case that houses a port injection fuel pump. A ground bracket housed in the filter case includes a cylinder part, a first connection part, and a second connection part, which are formed as a single body and made of conductive resin. The cylinder part is disposed inside of the port injection filter. The second connection part is disposed on an opposite side of the bracket relative to the first connection part, where the first connection part is connected with the cylinder part, for the connection to the ground through a ground line. As a result, a static electricity caused by friction of fuel flowing through the filter is discharged to the ground.
FUEL PUMP MODULE WITH REPLACEABLE FILTER UNIT
A fuel supply system includes a fuel pump having an inlet configured to pick up fuel and an outlet configured to discharge fuel. A pressure vessel is in fluid communication with the outlet of the fuel pump such that fuel is directed from the fuel pump into the pressure vessel, the pressure vessel having an outlet port. A pressure regulation valve subassembly is detachably coupled with the outlet port via a male-female interface that positively locks against axial separation upon axial coupling in a first orientation and relative rotation of less than 360 degrees to a second orientation. A reservoir defines an internal space at least partially receiving the fuel pump, the pressure vessel, and the pressure regulation valve subassembly. The reservoir includes an interior wall that obstructs rotation of the pressure regulation valve subassembly from the second orientation to the first orientation.
