RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
DEVICE FOR SIMULTANEOUS CONSUMPTION OF A FLUID AND A FROZEN SUBSTANCE
Various embodiments relate to a device for simultaneous consumption of a fluid and a frozen substance. In some embodiments, the device can include a squeezable chamber configured to store at least a portion of the fluid substance. A flange can be connected at a first end to the squeezable chamber. The flange can define a cavity in fluid communication with an interior of the squeezable chamber such that, when the squeezable chamber is squeezed by a user, the fluid substance is driven from the squeezable chamber and through at least a portion of the cavity defined by the flange. In some embodiments, one or more optical emitters can be coupled with the device.
FOOD-GRADE SHAPER AND CONTAINER FOR FROZEN CONFECTIONS
Food-grade shapers and serving containers for frozen confections are disclosed. A system of the disclosure includes a serving container and a shaping lid. The serving container includes a cup portion and a shaping portion, wherein the cup portion comprises a lower sidewall defining a cup cavity for receiving a shaved ice confection, and the shaping portion comprises an upper sidewall defining one or more shaping regions. The shaping portion includes a top rim defining a top-most portion of the serving container. The shaping lid is configured to removably connect to the serving container.
WHIPPED ICE CREAM MIX
System and methods concerning easy preparation of frozen food treats and in particular, frozen food treats that are molded into desirable and fun shapes. The system and methods are directed to dispensing a treat formulation into molds. Generally, such methods and systems utilize a pressurized canister, a treat formulation and an actuator. The pressurized canister has a pressure-actuated nozzle. The treat formulation can be blended and compressed into the pressurized canister with a gaseous propellant. The treat formulation can contain a dairy cream or a non-dairy cream, and two or more of sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and egg. The actuator is configured to apply pressure to the nozzle so as to trigger the release of the treat formulation through the nozzle.
SHAPED FOOD PRODUCT
The invention relates to a shape of a food product designed for a better biting, sharing, and overall eating experience, where each section is easily bitten off, keeping sensitive teeth from hurting, or broken off for sharing. More particularly, the present invention relates to a food product shape that includes a plurality of base units of polyhedrons or curved geometric shapes wherein the connection between the base units provide shearability.
Process for molding frozen confections with artisanal quality
A process for mass production of round portions of frozen confection. The portions are characterized by an artisanal hand-scooped appearance and distinctiveness, and surface melting characteristics comparable to the manually scooped product. These units are manufactured by hardening in molds that introduce particular features of shape and texture. Furthermore the mold composition allows preservation of subtle differences that result from variations in each portion's internal pressure when the confection expands during freezing.
CONFECTION PACKAGE
The invention is directed to a confection package comprising of a handle (8), a planar sheet (7) and a plastic mould product. The plastic mould product (1) comprises of a space (2) for a confection fluidly separated from a space (3) for one end of a handle (6), and a horizontal planar surface (5). An offset intermediate part (11, 22) of the handle (6) is sealed at its upper end (13) to the planar cover sheet (7) and at its lower end (14) to an upper end (15) of a wall part (16) of the plastic mould product (1) which wall part (16) horizontally separates the space (2) for a confection from the space (3) for one end of a handle (6). The upper end (13) of the handle (6) is positioned above the planar surface (5).
Device for simultaneous consumption of a fluid and a frozen substance
The present disclosure relates to a device for molding a freezable substance and dispensing a stored fluid substance. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a device that, when assembled, creates a Popsicle-like frozen confection having a container containing an alcoholic liquid, where the user employs a plunger to drive the alcoholic liquid upward through a lumen in the frozen confection so that the user may simultaneously consume the frozen confection and ingest the alcoholic liquid. The device is a four-piece assembly. The first member is a handle with a plunger disposed at one end. The second member is a flange and a container extending from the flange and receiving at a first end of the container the plunger, the container defining an inner volume to receive and store a fluid substance. The end of the container generally opposite the end receiving the plunger has an orifice. The third member interacts with the second member at the flange. Finally, the fourth member interacts with the orifice of the container.
Ice Cream Catcher and Dispenser for Frozen Confection Toppings
A device for reducing dripping or spillage of a frozen confection food item during the consumption of the food item that includes a catcher device which catches melting ice cream or frozen confection. There is also provided a food additive arrangement that can be used with a food dispenser to enable a food additive to be easily and conveniently mixed with the food item as the food item is being dispensed from the dispenser.
Ice cream machine and a method for producing an ice cream product using an ice cream machine
The present disclosure relates to an ice cream machine having a filling zone and an emptying zone. The ice cream machine may include a rotatable unit, a mould for receiving ice cream, a stick providing arrangement, and a guiding structure arranged to prevent more than one stick from entering the groove of the mould from the stick providing arrangement. The stick providing arrangement is arranged such that a rotation of the rotatable unit causes the groove to match the position of the stick providing arrangement and thereby allow a single stick to enter the groove, wherein further rotation of the rotatable unit causes one of the sidewalls of the groove to bring the stick along the rotational movement of the rotatable unit.
