Sliding member
To provide a sliding member which has hardness that is suitable for the circumstance, to which heavy load is applied, and which is excellent in abrasion resistance property. The sliding member contains a sliding layer for slidably supporting a body to be slid, shot blasting being performed on a surface of the sliding layer, and a sliding surface formed on a surface of the sliding layer, the sliding surface having an uneven configuration with arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 1.0 m through 2.5 m, 10-point average roughness (Rz) of 5.0 m through 10.0 m, and surface hardness (Hv) of 220 through 250.
Hydrostatic axial piston machine
A hydrostatic axial piston machine (1) with a cylinder barrel (2) having at least one piston bore (3) in which is located a power unit piston (4) supported on a cam disk (18). A control surface (5) is stationary relative to the housing and is on a control base (6), against which control surface the cylinder barrel (2) is in contact. In the control base (6) there are a kidney-shaped inlet connection (8) and a kidney-shaped outlet connection (9). The sealing web surface on the control surface 5 on the control base (6) in the vicinity of the inlet connection (8) is reduced, so that in operation as a motor, when there is a pressurization of the inlet connection (8), a reduction of the hydrostatic relief force is achieved. In operation as a motor, a residual application of the cylinder barrel (2) against the control surface (5) from a hold-down force of a hold-down spring (24) that is in an operative connection with the cylinder barrel (2) and/or pressing cylinder compression forces is preserved. In addition or alternatively, the terminal areas of the kidney-shaped inlet connection (8) of the control base (6) have a transitional contour (K) in the shape of a flattened arc in the radially outer area.
HYDRAULIC ROTARY MACHINE AND VALVE PLATE THEREOF
It includes a plurality of cylinders formed on the cylinder block; a piston slidably inserted into the cylinder; a case accommodating the cylinder block; and a valve plate formed by a core member and a resin layer coating the core member, the valve plate being interposed between the cylinder block and an end cover of the case. The valve plate has a first land portion formed by the resin layer, the first land portion being in sliding contact with the cylinder block; and an outer-side non-contact portion provided closer to an outer side in a radial direction than the first land portion, the outer-side non-contact portion being separated away from the cylinder block. At least a part of the outer-side non-contact portion is an exposed portion where the core member is exposed.
HYDRAULIC UNIT CYLINDER BLOCK FOR INTEGRATED DRIVE GENERATOR
A cylinder block for use in an integrated drive generator has a shaft portion with a relatively small outer diameter and a cylindrical body portion having a larger outer diameter than the shaft portion, and said cylindrical body portion formed with a plurality of piston chambers, said cylindrical body portion extending from a first end to a second end, said second end being provided with cylindrical ports leading into said piston chambers and said cylindrical ports having a third end and a fourth end wherein a ratio of a first distance from said first end to said fourth end to a second distance from said first end to said second end being between 0.91 and 0.93. A generator and a method are also described.
Hydraulic pump port plate with variable area metering notch
A port plate for a swashplate type axial piston pump is described herein. The port plate includes an inlet port, a discharge port, and a first metering notch in fluidic communication via a first passage with a metering notch area adjustment valve configured to adjust the effective area of the metering notch. The first metering notch is disposed at a leading edge of one of the inlet port or the discharge port.
Hydraulic motor
A hydraulic motor apparatus includes a motor housing engaged to an end cap having a first porting system and an adapter connected to an external surface of the end cap and having a second porting system. A filter may be attached to the adapter and connected to the second porting system and a pressure reducing valve in the adapter is connected to the second porting system. The assembly may also include a controller operatively connected to the pressure reducing valve and system sensors measuring parameters affected by the output of the hydraulic motor apparatus, whereby the pressure reducing valve is operatively controlled by the controller in response to input from the system sensors.
Banded ceramic valve and/or port plate
Valve and/or port plates incorporating or formed entirely of ceramic can each be provided with a reinforcing band. The band, which can optionally be metal, can be placed around the plate to provide additional strength to the plate, thereby allowing for a reduction in the overall diameter and/or thickness of the plates and, thus, the use of less ceramic material. The band can hold the plate in compression and/or be glued to hold the band in place.
Hydrostatic axial piston machine
A hydrostatic axial piston machine of swashplate type of construction includes a rotatable cylinder drum that has a plurality of cylinder bores, which are arranged approximately axially, formed in the cylinder drum. A piston is inserted into each cylinder bore at one side. At the other side, each cylinder bore is freely connected via a respective passage opening to a face surface of the cylinder drum. The face surface bears against a static distributor disk. The respective mouths arranged at the face surface, or the passage openings as a whole, have a cross section that has two or four widenings with rounded corners so as to enlarge the cross-sectional area in relation to the circular shape.
ACTUATION SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR
Methods and systems for a variable balancing piston motor are described. In one example, a hydraulic displacement motor includes a valve plate coupled to at least one piston of a cylinder block, the valve plate comprising a plurality of grooves fluidly coupled to a passage comprising a valve.
