Hydrostatic positive displacement machine
11215172 · 2022-01-04 · ·

A hydrostatic positive displacement machine has an adjustable swept volume, and has a lifting element, a rotor with positive displacement elements supported on the lifting element, and a hydraulic adjusting device that adjusts the swept volume and includes an adjusting piston that is mounted in or on a cylinder, is movable axially rectilinearly in relation to the cylinder, and is adjacent to a pressurizable adjusting chamber. A bearing gap is formed between a circular-cylindrical bearing surface of the adjusting piston and a circular-cylindrical bearing surface of the cylinder. The adjusting piston is mounted hydrostatically, wherein at least three pressure pockets are distributed uniformly in a row over the circumference of a bearing surface. Pressure fluid flows into each pressure pocket via a fixed throttle, which is assigned only to the respective pressure pocket, and flows out of each pressure pocket via the bearing gap.

A cradle bearing for supporting a swashplate of a variable hydraulic axial piston. The cradle bearing is of an angular ball bearing type or includes, with respect to the bearing axis, a tapered inner race and/or a tapered outer race. A swashplate for a variable hydraulic axial piston unit including a first and a second cradle bearing zone spaced to each other in axial direction of a swashplate tilt axis, suitable for supporting the swashplate in a housing of a variable hydraulic axial piston unit, wherein the first cradle bearing zone is inclined with respect to the swashplate tilt axis. A variable hydraulic axial piston unit of the swashplate type including a swashplate which is supported rotatable in the housing of the variable hydraulic axial piston unit at a first bearing zone by a tapered bearing and at a second bearing zone by regular cylindrical cradle bearing or a journal bearing whose axis is aligned with the swashplate tilt axis.

Hydraulic assembly device, system and method
11788505 · 2023-10-17 · ·

A device, system, and process for turning hydraulic pressure into rotational force and for turning rotational motion into hydraulic pressure. An example of the device/system for performing the process comprises actuators, rotationally positioned between two thrust plates that are fixed in a housing at an angle to a rotational axis and in parallel to each other.

One embodiment of a hub feed oil system is used to provide oil to components on the rotating side of an aircraft rotor hub system. A pump is configured so that a portion of the pump rotates with the rotating portion of the rotor system and a portion of the pump is fixed relative to the static portion of the rotor system. Multiple oil channels—with the provision of a variety of different pressures—may be provided.

Piston of a hydraulic machine and hydraulic piston machine

A piston (1) of a hydraulic piston machine is described, the piston (1) having a hollow (2) surrounded by a wall (3) and an insert (4) arranged in the hollow (2). Such a piston is used to have a piston machine with high efficiency at low costs. To this end at least two pliable rings (12, 13) are arranged between the insert (4) and the wall (3).

Axial piston machine with high drive rotational speed

A swashplate-type axial piston machine includes a housing and at least one working channel extending through a distributor plate. The at least one working channel opens out at an outside on the housing at an associated working port. The at least one working channel includes a first section and a second section. The first section extends over the entire distributor plate. The second section is arranged entirely in the housing. The second section directly adjoins the first section. A first rotary bearing has an outer circumferential surface that defines a circular cylindrical reference cylinder about the axis of rotation.
