Tip seal and scroll fluid machine using same
Provided is a tip seal that makes it possible to improve the durability of a tip seal installed on the tooth tip of a wall even when a continuously inclined section is provided to the wall. The tip seal is provided with: a tip seal inclined section (7A) installed in a groove section of a wall in which the height changes continuously in a spiral direction; and a tip seal flat section (7B) that is installed in a groove section of the wall in which the height is fixed in the spiral direction and that is adjacent to the tip seal inclined section (7A). A recess (8) is formed at a position away from the adjacent area between the tip seal inclined section (7A) and the tip seal flat section (7B).
Scroll compressor
Provided is a scroll compressor capable of expanding a compression space and accordingly increasing a design volume ratio. The scroll compressor includes: a main body; a fixed scroll fixed inside the main body; an orbiting scroll orbiting the fixed scroll; and a plurality of compressing portions respectively provided in the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, wherein each compressing portion includes a circular arc portion of which a curvature is constant, a curved portion positioned in an inside of the circular arc portion and spaced a preset distance from the circular arc portion, and a connection portion connecting the circular arc portion to the curved portion, wherein a curvature of the connection portion changes from the first circular arc portion to the second circular arc portion.
Scroll compressor
Provided is a scroll compressor having an improved structure in which reliability of a compression portion can be enhanced. The scroll compressor includes a compression unit that compresses a refrigerant introduced into a body, wherein the compression unit may include: a fixed scroll fixed into the body and having an ejection hole and a fixed wrap placed at an outside of the ejection hole; and an orbiting scroll orbiting with respect to the fixed scroll and having an orbiting wrap that constitutes a compression chamber together with the fixed wrap, and wherein the orbiting wrap may include: an outer contact portion formed at an outside surface of the orbiting wrap and being adjacent to the ejection hole; and an inner contact portion formed at an inside surface of the orbiting wrap, being adjacent to the ejection hole and connected to the outer contact portion, and the compression chamber includes a first compression chamber formed when the outer contact portion contacts a first position of an inside surface of the fixed wrap at an ejection starting time of the refrigerant, and the outer contact portion is connected to the inner contact portion along a circumference of a first center circle formed to contact the first position at the ejection starting time of the refrigerant, and a center of the first center circle is placed on a normal line of the first position.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes fixed and movable scrolls, each scroll having a spiral lap placed on one surface of a plate. The lap of the fixed scroll and the lap of the movable scroll are interlocked to form a compression chamber between the laps of the scrolls which are adjacent to each other. At least one of the laps has a spiral shape in which a base radius of an involute decreases as a winding angle increases in a region extending from a winding start part to a winding middle part, and the base radius of the involute in a region extending from the winding middle part to a winding end part is larger than the smallest value of the base radius of the involute in the region extending from the winding start part to the winding middle part.
Scroll compressor having wrap with reinforcing portion
A scroll compressor is provided that may include an orbiting scroll having an orbiting wrap, and which performs an orbiting motion; and a fixed scroll having a fixed wrap to form a compression chamber including a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber, by being engaged with the orbiting wrap. A wrap thickness of the fixed wrap may be greater than a wrap thickness of the orbiting wrap within a range which forms the suction chamber. With such a configuration, even if the fixed scroll or the orbiting scroll is thermally-expanded, a transformation of the fixed wrap at a suction side may be prevented. This may prevent a gap between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap at an opposite side to the suction side, thereby enhancing compression efficiency.
Compressor with a muffler
Disclosed herein is a scroll compressor in which the discharge hole is formed to have an axial length less than an axial length of the fixed shaft accommodation portion, thereby increasing efficiency.
Scroll fluid machine with decreasing inter-facing surface and arc shape end plate central portion
In this scroll fluid machine, a tip seal (7) that is in contact with facing end plates (5a) and that is for sealing in a fluid is provided to a tip seal groove (3d) formed on the tooth tip of a wall (3b). The tooth bottoms of the end plates (5a) have a shape in which a central section is deeper than a side section (5d3) in a width direction orthogonal to the spiral direction of a wall (5b). During operation, the protrusion amount (δ) when the tip seal (7) protrudes from the tooth tip of the wall (3b) in an inclined section and is in contact with the facing end plates is greater than the protrusion amount (δ) when the tip seal (7) protrudes from the tooth tip of the wall (3b) in a flat section and is in contact with the facing end plates.
