The casing can include intake ports, exhaust ports, ports for an ignition mechanism, wherein the intake ports are provided with one-way valves. The drive shaft can include one or more guide slots, which can penetrate through the drive shaft wherein the vane(s) is located inside the guide slot(s), and edges of the vane(s) can constantly touch the inner surface of the casing during a rotor rotation of the rotor. Each vane can possess a rectangular shape or a discoid shape, and the sealing plate or a sealing ring can be located along an edge of the vane(s). The rotor and the casing can form isolated spaces inside the rotary-vane mechanism and during the rotor rotation can provide three work strokes for an engine, and two strokes for a compressor.
VACUUM PUMP WITH A SOLENOID VALVE
A vacuum pump includes a housing defining a base, an internal cavity, and a partition wall defining a first chamber and a second chamber. The second chamber is sealed relative to the first chamber to form a compression chamber. A motor assembly and an electronic control unit are positioned within the first chamber. A pump assembly is positioned within the compression chamber and in communication with the lubrication fluid and the motor assembly. A battery is coupled to the housing to provide power to the motor assembly to drive the pump assembly. An inlet is coupled to the housing to connect the vacuum pump to an external system. A fluid pathway extends between the inlet and a pump inlet of the pump assembly. A valve is positioned within the fluid pathway that selectively opens and closes the fluid pathway and is biased towards a closed position.
Slide vane, pump body assembly, compressor and air conditioner having same
The disclosure discloses a slide vane, a pump body assembly, a compressor and an air conditioner having the same. The pump body assembly includes a cylinder assembly, a flange portion, a rotating shaft and the slide vane. The flange portion is connected to the cylinder assembly, a working cavity is formed between the flange portion and the cylinder assembly, and an avoidance portion is provided on a surface, located in the working cavity, of the flange portion. A limiting structure is provided in an accommodation portion. The limiting structure is provided with an avoidance position in the accommodation portion, and at least part of the limiting structure is provided with a limiting position protruded out of a surface of the accommodation portion. Such a configuration avoids friction occurring between the head of the slide vane and the cavity wall of the working cavity.
VACUUMING DEVICE AND VACUUM APPARATUS
A vacuuming device comprises a main body, a rotary shaft, a vacuum pump rotor, a motor stator and a motor rotor. An air inlet, an air outlet, an oil storage chamber and a motor chamber are disposed in the main body. The oil storage chamber communicates with the air outlet. The rotary shaft is rotationally connected to the main body. The vacuum pump rotor is fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft and cooperatively forms a stator cavity of the vacuum pump with the inner-wall of the main body. The air inlet and the oil storage chamber communicate with the stator cavity of the vacuum pump respectively. The vacuuming device reduces the cost of manufacturing, optimizes the spatial structure and downsizes the device.
Vane pump including pressure relief groove
A vane pump including a housing having a peripheral wall portion, a bottom wall portion, and a pump chamber; a rotor disposed in the pump chamber to be rotatable; a vane disposed to be slidable in the radial direction with respect to the rotor and partitioning the pump chamber into working chambers; and a reed valve that opens and closes a discharge hole of the bottom wall portion. A pressure relief groove is disposed in a portion of the bottom wall portion corresponding to the discharge section with a clearance secured between the peripheral wall portion and the pressure relief groove. When the vane overlaps the pressure relief groove, a pair of the working chambers on both sides of the vane in the rotational direction communicates with each other via the pressure relief groove.
Rotary compressor with unequally spaced vane slots
A rotary compressor is provided that may include a cylinder having an inner circumferential surface with an annular shape to form a compression space; a roller having a plurality of vane slots disposed at predetermined intervals along an outer circumferential surface thereof, and rotatably inserted into the compression space of the cylinder; and a plurality of vanes slidably inserted into the respective vane slots to rotate together with the roller and by which the compression space is divided into a plurality of compression chambers. At least one of the vane slots is unequally spaced in a circumferential direction. Accordingly, periodicity of noise may be reduced to thereby increase the effect of noise reduction of the compressor.
Displacement expanding apparatus and engine including the same
Provided are: a displacement expanding apparatus, which uses environmentally friendly electrical energy to generate rotational power; and an engine including the displacement expanding apparatus, the novel engine having improved performance and a long lifespan. Also, to realize a novel engine, provided is a novel engine which is environmentally friendly and has a long lifespan.
Vane pump
A vane pump includes a housing, a rotor, a vane and a reed valve. A position at which the sliding direction of the vane with respect to the rotor is inverted from outward to inward is defined as a reference position, and a section of the pump chamber on the discharge hole side with respect to the reference position is defined as a discharge section. A pressure relief groove is disposed in a portion of the bottom wall portion corresponding to the discharge section with a clearance secured between the peripheral wall portion and the pressure relief groove. When the vane overlaps the pressure relief groove, a pair of the working chambers communicate with each other via the pressure relief groove.
