Control device
A control device, for a hydraulic consumer (22) and susceptible to vibrations, includes a valve (24) having a control spool (40) controllable by an actuating device (46). The valve (24) has a pressure supply port (P), to which a pressure compensator valve can be connected, which can be supplied with pressure fluid from a pressure supply device. The actuating device (46) has a motor (74). A load-pressure-dependent force on the control spool (40) can be generated by a control device (66). That force at the control spool (40) acts on an electronic motor controller (208) of the DC motor (74), which detects a change of the force and acts as a damping of the vibrations of the consumer (22) against this change of force.

Hydraulic control valve unit
A hydraulic control valve unit includes an input port hydraulically coupled to a pump, a working port hydraulically coupled to the working load, and a return port connected to a hydraulic tank. The unit includes a control slide movable into different working positions in an axial direction for controlling a hydraulic flow between the hydraulic ports and a slide housing surrounding the control slide. The control slide includes a control segment which is delimited in the axial direction by a control edge, and cooperates with an axial housing segment of the slide housing for controlling a flow cross section for hydraulic flow at the control segment. The control slide is rotationally driven about an axis of rotation in a rotational direction. The control edge of the control segment or the housing segment cooperating with the control segment is designed such that the flow cross section has a different size depending on a rotational position of the control slide.
AIRCRAFT POWER SYSTEM
Aircraft power system is disclosed having a hydraulic reservoir, a bi-directional hydraulic pump for pumping hydraulic fluid to and from the reservoir, and an electric motor. The electric motor is connectable to a first driveable component of the aircraft such that the electric motor is arranged to drive the first driveable component of the aircraft. The hydraulic pump is connectable to the first driveable component of the aircraft such that the hydraulic pump is arranged to pump hydraulic fluid from the reservoir to drive the first driveable component of an aircraft. Thus, in a first driveable mode of operation, the first driveable component is driven by both the electric motor and the hydraulic pump.
Compact electric linear drive for a gear rack, in particular a hydraulic valve, and method for mounting the same
An electric linear drive for a gear rack including a stepping motor, a holding plate, a motor output gear, and a gearing. The holding plate, the stepping motor, the motor output gear, and the gearing form a drive unit that, together with a basic housing, form an overall housing. The overall housing has an opening for the insertion of the gear rack. Drive electronics are fixed to the holding plate such that electrical connections are present on the outside of the overall housing. The stepping motor has a rotor axis arranged parallel to the holding plate. During assembly, a rack belonging to a device to be driven can be pushed into a lateral opening of the overall housing, and the device to be driven can be connected to the overall housing. The electric linear drive is compact, allowing devices to be driven to be located close to one another.
Control device
A control device for controlling a hydraulic consumer (2), such as a working cylinder, has at least one control valve (18) having a control spool (20). Control spool (20) is guided in a valve housing (22) in a longitudinally movable manner and is actuated by an electric motor (24). Electric motor (24) can be controlled by control electronics (MC), which receive input signals from a sensor device (58, 60, 62) detecting at least one operating state of the consumer (2).
Linear actuator
One object is to calculate the position of a rod of a linear actuator with a high precision. The linear actuator includes a rod capable of moving in an axial direction relative to a housing. The rod is moved by rotation of an output shaft of a motor. A position sensor for sensing the relative position of the rod relative to a preset reference position is provided in the housing. A rotation sensor for sensing the rotation angle of the output shaft of the motor is provided in the vicinity of the motor. The linear actuator includes a position calculating unit for calculating the position of the rod based on a position sensing value of the position sensor and a rotation angle sensing value of the rotation sensor.
